I still enjoyed my stay , the hotel was clean and cozy . Not too much noise , very peaceful .

The area it was in was perfect and I could get to everything easy and fast .

I don’t like how crazy and high the pricing was for the 2 days I stayed and the parking to stay at the hotel . My iron was broken and it damaged one of my shirts while trying to use jt .

This hotel was everything I wanted for my birthday trip!

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! It’s luxury & beautiful.

Didn’t like I was charged an extra $60 at check in for the specific card I had ( cash app debit card ) still haven’t got my refund like I was told. I didn’t like how no one disclosed there was a hotel balcony that’s nice & could be used.. I discovered it myself but other than that this hotel is in a perfect area & it is beautiful

The hotel was conveniently located to all the French quarter activities we wanted to do.

We had breakfast at one of the next door locations suggested by the front desk. It was excellent.

We had a great stay and enjoy our room at Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter Area.

It was a clean room. Enjoyed the two queen beds, the mini living room, the mini kitchen with the spacious counter top, the extras drawers for our clothes and the big tv. I liked the bathroom was a good size to share for two people. The 3-sided alarm clock was great from any view from the bed. The big windows with a view to the city and street was amazing.

The pillows were too soft that I use two of them. No coffee machine/service in the lobby.

LOCATION & VIEW

Location, room & view were amazing.

Jimmy at check-in was not pleasant & although I had my booking confirmation he setup a second reservation that charged me a no-show $215.81. Management slow to respond but eventually refunded at checkout & Jimmy was blaming the "system" or booking.com which I knew wasn't the case. Overall I'd stay again.

I liked the location & the beauty of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that valet was almost non-existent during my stay. At one point, we had to leave our keys with the front desk because no one was available to park our vehicle. What disappointed me the most was that we woke up to having no running water in our suite on Saturday morning. It would've been great to have that information communicated to us. On top of that, the elevators were faulty. Our fun weekend turned sour, but we still tried to make the best of it.

Superb

Very helpful and friendly front desk reception. We came in to the sound of vibrant live piano melodies. Ms. Daya made our stay all the more memorable! Loved the spacious suite set up for 2 Queens and the location of the hotel which was within walking distance of the French Quarter, and other attractions and well serviced by means of transportation.

A breakfast option would increase the appeal of this hotel. Would have appreciated some recognition for choosing this hotel as part of a 50th birthday celebration.
