Amazing hotel, very clean with lovely staff, nice bar area and amazing cocktails! Very good location near enough to downtown without being right on top of it! Couple of breakfast bars local to hotel
Pool was not that clean and light music would have been nice
4.1
Beautiful
Had to pay for every additional thing you use. No amenities came with stay
4.1
Good solid room, well appointed, good desk and internet.

The location of the hotel is okay, not in the middle of crowd but walking distance to alot of other places around
Everything cost. Paid alot for the hotel room, to get no Continental breakfast, paying for daily parking, no transportation to airport. They offer nothing helpful to guest. No microwave, or room refrigerator. Beware of the pricey mini bar in the room tho.

The property was really nice and in a good area.
Sink in our bathroom could not drain because the stopper was jammed. Bathroom shower floors could use some scrubbing.

The básics like toothbrush , etc

Corner had good view of sunrise and city.
#1457. Room was cool, 68 and could not warm up to the 70 we liked. However, it was not a problem. I wish there was some drip coffee in lobby for early morning.

The hotel was amazing with great room service and attentive staff members
Everything was great

The hotel charged additional fees once we had checked out. There was no explanation for the additional fees charged and booking.com has not yet replied to our request for an explanation or refund.
We did not TOUCH anything in the mini bar because there's a sign saying if you touch (not consume!) you pay.
Booking.com is aware of this issue and has not responded (twice).

The staff was really nice and helpful
The hotel is way too expensive not to have room service and basic cable. the rooms are small. my mom got dehydrated due to no free breakfast and expensive snacks

Most everything
Pillows are all oversized and not comfortable.

I loved the location, how comfortable it was, the staff, and the reasonable pric.
I only had one little aggravation and I didn’t want to trouble the staff. The toilet taken times that it wouldn’t flush and I would make it work.

The atmosphere was very nice. The building is exceptional the front desk it was exceptional, even during the chaotic.
The room next-door flooded the night before. Therefore, it was construction light on my first day in the morning. The view outside of the room the balcony looks like it’s of an old swimming pool that doesn’t have water
4.1
The location was great for Essence Fest.
It could use some modernizing. There was a small hole in the ceiling in my room and the shower handle had to be pulled with all of your strength to turn the water on.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Location was excellent and room was very comfortable.

Great location wise for exploring NOLA, spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff.
Couple of maintenance issues and charge for a mini fridge

The staff was really nice
Not enough towels
4.1
good location
clean room
staff was not accommodating
kids were playing on the exercise equipment in the gym and large groups of unattended kids at the pool
no hotel staff would come up to enforce rules
would not give us a 30 min grace period in the parking garage
4.1
Everyone was polite and the hotel was good.
The fitness centre and pool was dangerous I believe. People were drinking alcohol from glass bottles around the pool - this is very dangerous. If broken glass gets in your pool you will have a potential law suit on your hands. Also you need a life guard on duty. There is precedence in the justice system for organisations who do not provide life guards getting sued if someone drowns.

rooms we clean
staff was not the friendliest and most definitely not efficient. booked a suite with a balcony and didn’t get one. to compensate they switched us to a regular room with a balcony several hours (7 to be exact) later. I paid for a suite with a balcony and was offered nothing to adjust the price difference and they screwed up on our parking pass so I got a boot on my car and had to wait another hour to have someone take it off and clean the window where they had smeared greasy prints and sticky stuff all over my window. The lady said we will take care of it and you don’t have to pay the $115 fee for the boot! no kidding since you screwed up and delayed us leaving an hour! where is my compensation for time and hassle of all your screw ups? worst experience ever at a hotel! oh and mice running through Pete’s restaurant where they serve breakfast and it costs $72 for two people????
