Heating was a bit hit and miss

The staff were amazing and very friendly.
Nothing really...maybe just change the location of the bed as it was right in front of the door...

We skipped breakfast BUT were very impressed by what we saw in the dining room as we left. It looked great 😊
Just couldn’t get the shower to work. The bath and basin were okay

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast

Fantastic looking venue and was just what we needed for the plans we had.
Radiator thermostat was broken so Rad didn't heat up - an oil heater was in the room but not big enough for the room size. Unfortunately an exceptionally cold night so the room was a tad cold. But bedding was warm enough so quick shower - dressed and out.

Great location. Lovely friendly staff.
Bathroom wasn’t clean and needed updating. Tiles behind bath needed regrouting.

I was on my way from Essex to deepest Wales and stopped over as I get too tired driving hundreds of miles in one go. I wanted a relatively cheap pub B&B. Perfect choice for me. Plenty of parking, the room was perfect, several real ales to sample, great dinner experience, very friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast.
I was made very welcome as soon as I arrived. The room had lovely views over the surrounding countryside - a shame I had no time to explore around Fladbury.
Dinner was absolutely lovely - I spoke to the chef and said it was lovely. Service was with a smile as well. Had a decent chat with some other pub guests plus a couple of red wines to finish the evening off with. Then breakfast, the (different) chef was an absolute gentleman; attentive and friendly. Plus a great cook!
Definitely I would stay here again based on my one night experience.
There was nothing I didn't like. All was very good.

Great breakfast and evening meal.
Needed to leave heating on to be warm enough in bed. Would have liked a warmer duvet in the cover. Only a thin one prepared.
More chairs donwstairs by the fire would have been good.

A warm welcome, unusually these days my suitcase was carried up to my room for me, a large, very clean room and bathroom with a very large and comfortable bed.
One of the tastiest pork belly meals I've ever eaten, a fair wine selection and a very tasty and filling full cooked breakfast the next morning with the famous Fladbury sausage.

The food was outstanding especially the breakfast

The dinner was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef. Service was extremely slow. The room was adequate and the beds comfortable
The room was tired. The curtains were like rags, the side of the bath tub was broken. There was no hot water in the shower and the bath tub too small. Bathroom surrounds were dirty. We had an issue with our car and no staff were available to assist us. We eventually managed to get help from a neighbor. The stair carpets were so badly worn that I was concerned about falling as I am disabled. If the carpet is not repaired there is a possibility the hotel could be sued should a guest fall.

Excellent breakfast and a wonderful location. My room was spacious, comfortable and light with windows which opened on to a large balcony and a view of the countryside. Great hot water for the bath. The hostess and staff in general were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Nothing. It was great.

The pub is characterful and situated in a lovely quiet location. Staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Beer gardens are pleasant. Food is excellent. Rooms are quirky but comfortable.

Old building with lots of character, kind staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Lovely and quiet.
When someone else had a shower at the same time as me, they stole all the hot water. Kind of expected in these old place’s really though so no complaining

Front of house staff really friendly and professional, evening dinner excellent, terrific beer garden and real ales, room very clean and bed comfortable.
Minor niggles with the room, bathroom door didn't close at all, TV remote not working, shower doors didn't close properly, having listed those this is a 14th century building

Perfect location for a one night stay ahead of a family get together. Free onsite parking, nice bar and restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great value for money and we enjoyed our stay.
Needs a bit of tlc to make the most of the rooms. Let down by a few cobwebs around window frames , tired furniture, stair carpet and decor.. Nothing major. Would stay there again, and would happily pay more for the room if minor improvements were made.

quaint inn proper olde worlde with rickety floor boards - lovely
only down side was the TV didn’t work in our room and the main entry door was stiff to shut. Only one staff member on duty for breakfast who was the chef. Didn’t get told where cereals, juice etc were, he forgot to bring us condiments and sauces. But he was very polite and pleasant.

The staff were what made the stay, the pub/restaurant is a hidden gem with excellent, warm and attentive service - a genuine welcome by all. The evening meal was fresh and represented good value however it was the cooked breakfast that was a different class to many mainstream Premier Inn/Travel Lodge offerings and it was clear that the produce was far better, an excellent start to the day. Clean and comfortable bed.
All comments are relevant to the price paid - Whilst the room reflected the price paid there were some little attentions to detail that would've improved my review ratings, the curtains barely attached to the rings (I resolved this climbing onto the window sill but shouldn't have had to) the bathroom needs some TLC clean yes, but gives the wrong impression with cracked sink, toilet seat and tiles within the shower. Just needed that extra 10 minutes cleaning with dust on the top of the TV (visible and not as if I was looking for it) which made me curious and found the same on all of the mirrors and picture frames, could really do with a desk/dresser for those like me who are away on business.
