5 walking minutes with toddlers to the beach. Tons of space inside, massive play room upstairs; great location. Remote but not so far away that your day is wasted if you remembered you forgot something and need to drive into Tillamook. Not crowded at all on the beaches, very nice getaway spot.

This was our second stay here because the layout accommodates our multi-generational family perfectly and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach. The fire pit area is awesome and all the "kids" loved the hot tub and foosball table. The kitchen knives could use an upgrade, and a few containers with lids for leftovers would be nice.

This place was great for our family to come enjoy the coast.

The property was a little dated, but had all the amenities. Great location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The hot tub wasn’t completely clean, and the towels and some of the kitchen supplies looked like they needed replacing. The sheets also were a bit scratchy. It was good for 2 nights, but I might pick somewhere else if staying for longer.

This house was the perfect size for our group! Very dog friendly.

We had a great time. The hot tub was awesome after the Hood to Coast Race.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood a few blocks from a section of Rockaway Beach that has very few visitors. Beds are very comfortable (some are memory foam, which we really like). House has well-stocked spice cabinet but no condiments. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub. We didn't use the fire pit, preferring to do fires on the beach instead. Beach chairs and toys in the garage were also great. House was surface-level clean but could use a deep-cleaning. Mildew smell in bathroom and garage. All in all we were happy with our stay, but next time I will try to find a place closer to the beach.

This was perfect for our 2 families! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels for beach and hot tub fun. Beds were so comfy! Easy walk to the beach and the sand toys and kites were an added bonus! Thanks so much for helping with some great memories!

4th Year back at this house for our annual friends trip and it was very clean and well stocked this year for paper towels, laundry soap and other toiletries. Spacious house, only issue I might have had was that the controls on the hot tub are so warn and rubbed down that it's really hard to determine what buttons actually turn on the jets, raise heat, etc. But other than that it was a great time. Look forward to staying here next year! :)

There was plenty of room for us to spread out. It’s a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It would be better in summer when it’s possible to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and the game room.

As with most rentals there are several remote controls for the TV system. If you are not tech savvy and push the wrong button, you're frustrated enough that you can't make it work which causes you to call the rental help number, at which point the rudeness about policy makes the situation worse.
If you like old style beach houses, which I do, this works well. Floors slope in many different directions, furniture just might be the most uncomfortable in any rental I've ever stayed in. The beds made up for it. They were great. Long walk to the beach, but you can hear the surf. Hot tub was functional, not very clean, no bromine/chlorine in the float. Very quiet neighborhood in October. Over priced from what I've rented before. Will not return.

Clean and well appointed
We enjoyed our stay at this property. While it is a little worn at the edges, it is well appointed and has many great features including space for us to spread out, a nice open floor plan for socializing, a hot tub, and quick proximity to a wonderful beach. We would definitely stay here again. The house could use some new cookware and knives, but we will bring that ourselves next time. Thank you so much for a great day!

A few missing things
The house was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach.
The house could have supplied more dish washer detergent and toilet paper. We ran out by the end of our stay. We didn't find any type of instructions for the house. Knowing what was recyclable, how to work the tv/remotes, and what was required for check out would have been helpful. Most importantly the power went out due to a wind storm. We couldn't find any emergency supplies such as working flashlights, candles, radio, etc. These are all minor things, but submitting suggestions that came up.

Great Stay!
We had a terrific stay here. Loved the spacious common areas, and all 3 bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Hot tub was clean & hot. Only 2-3 blocks to walk to the beach! Home had a fair bit of wear & tear, but nothing that really impacted our stay.

lovely vacation
Nice clean home, very well supplied. It was nice that the two queen rooms are on the main floor because my father has a hard time with stairs. the upstairs loft, master bedroom would be perfect for families with children. Hot tub was great, Vacasa was quickly responsive when it ran out of chlorine tablets. Had a great vacation!

The king bed did not have support boards resulting in the bed sinking below the rails. There was mildew all around the shower door and on the ceiling. The bedroom smelled like dog poop, I had to buy air fresheners.
The living room furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen and hot tub was very clean.

Comfy house close to the beach!
The layout of the house was perfect for our large family, and we enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table and fire pit all 9 days of our trip. The house is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, and is a short walk to a beautiful beach. A very comfy family beach house.

Return Visit. Great but with a few Cons...
This was a return visit and the house itself did not disappoint. The only reason for 4 stars is that the Hot Tub was not operational and yet I was charged a fee for it when booking. I would like to get that rectified at some point.
Will be coming back again next year, with hopefully a working hot tub. :)

Not what expected
Walking into the place you immediately get a wet dog smell, I know it’s dog friendly but there was nothing done to help with the smell. The place was also so dirty when we arrived. Mold on the kitchen skin, hair around the sink in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets, dust everywhere. Over this place was not worth the money from being so far from the beach, not being cleaned, not having propane that works for the barbecue, and the owners not responding to messages.

Perfect house for my moms 50th
We celebrated my moms birthday and this house not only slept our family comfortably it also had all that we needed. We made all our meals there and went to the beach that is so close to the house so many times. We will definitely be coming back :)

Good stay!!
We had a wonderful weekend with 9 people and two dogs. Although the house could use some updates such as new shower heads it is overall a pleasant stay and the new owners have replaced mattresses so our sleep was better than expected. We had stayed here two years ago and we're very pleased with the updates that has been done. Good supply of pots and pans although there was no oil.

Roomy but pricey
The house had enough room for us and we love Nedonna beach, however for all of the extra fees we paid it ended up being three times more a night and definitely not worth the extra. For the extra Covid-19 cleaning the house wasn't as clean as I would expect. Everything is a bit run down and worn for so many extra fees. Definitely worth the original per night price.

We stayed here for a getaway birthday celebration for me and it was perfect! Super close to the beach and it housed a lot of us :)

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach.
The house was very clean and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The kitchen was a lot smaller than I expected and was a challenge to cook for a large group. Other than that it was great! The management company for the house was wonderful! We will work with them again.

Vacasa rocks!
You have excellent customer service. The house was in an quiet neighborhood and was very clean. Our group enjoyed it. The only reason we won't rent the house again is because the kitchen was too small for us. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Very Private and Spacious Home
This house was not only larger than what I thought it would be but it was very organized and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. House was kept very nice and was extremely cozy. There was plenty of amenities provided to make our stay comfortable and also gives us less to pack. Also the hot tub was just an added bonus. Our group loved it.
Will be booking this house the same time again next year as it made quite the impression on us. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! 11/10, Will stay again

Great spot for families
We really enjoyed our stay here. A pleasant three block walk to the beach, the house was clean, the fire pit was awesome, the hot tub was clean and worked well. I will say that the beds could have been better, cleaner and nicer. The mattress I slept on left much to be desired but overall, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable and the layout of the place is fantastic.

2nd time around
We loved this house so much, we rented it again. Well stocked and plenty of room. For families with kids, it's fantastic. Games and movies make entertaining easier. The hot tub was a new addition. The 2 blk walk to the beach is hard to beat. Will rent again.

Summer trip
We have rented a few Vacasa homes in the past, but this floor plan was by far, our favorite. My SIL & my family go together every year, so the set up was perfect for us.
This house had the nicest mattresses yet, usually all the previous homes had rock hard mattresses- not fun when you’re staying several days. We were all pleased to have comfy beds this trip!!
We loved the fire pit set up & access to the garage to store our bikes & lawn chairs (previous homes we’ve rented have had garages but you were unable to use them).
My only complaint was the lack of household items. Usually with Vacasa homes we have had plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc left for us to use. However, this visit we were provided 2 small rolls of paper towels, 3 garbage bags, no extra toliet paper (that we could find), 3 laundry pods & 4 dryer sheets.
Granted it isn’t a huge deal, but for the price we paid & our experiences in the past with a group of 7, we weren’t expecting to go out and have to buy it all. Had I known, I would have brought the items from home to save $.
Besides that, I would definitely rent this house again as it was a great setup & plenty of room for our family.
