Hola! This is a perfecto beachfront location for families with Medano beach providing gentle waves for the younger muchachos and the nearby Pacific side offering more action for the older members of the familia. You will feel like you are in Mexico when you stay in our villa! Our premium ocean view villa features airy 10-foot ceilings and enviable views of the garden courtyard, sapphire-blue Sea of Cortez beyond, and Cabo’s ‘Land’s End’ in the distance.

The beautiful pool features lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five ocean-view hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals, Enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.

La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in the villa. This is a fantastic unit in a fantastic resort! The unit is very spacious, updated, and clean. Plenty of room for four (or more). Really appreciated having three full bathrooms. The balcony is huge, and overlooks the courtyard with a view of the ocean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and having the washer/dryer available was great as well. The resort itself is first rate. The grounds are well kept, the pool and hot tubs were fantastic, and it was so nice to have a roped off area with chairs and umbrellas available for us on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. It was great to have so many dining options with the two sister resorts too. The market was handy, albeit expensive for most items, except for bottled water, which was appreciated. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that people ‘reserve’ the chairs by the pool (i.e., throw some books or shoes on a few chairs then leave) pretty early in the morning, but I think that’s pretty common anywhere you go these days. The location is great too. You’re on a swimmable beach and it’s only a 15-20 min walk to the marina, and the area felt very safe. There were always Ubers next to the resort for inexpensive rides when we needed them. We will be back!

Great stay, very spacious, comfortable, clean property. We were looking forward to a relaxing time and we accomplished that! We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and grill. Would definitely stay again!

We were able to pull together an amazing vacation at Villa Estancia in Cabo San Lucas. Our hosts shared contact information for airport transportation, restaurants, adventure packages as well as answered question over email in a very responsive manner. The room we stayed in was amazing and had a fully stocked kitchen minus food that we were able to easily purchase at the convenience store the day we arrived as well as Walmart via a quick 110 peso Uber ride. We had a great time hanging out by the pool, swimming in the ocean and enjoying the resort. Highly recommended and considering returning again.

This villa was amazing! It had everything we needed and was in a great location on the resort, plus only a 5 min taxi ride to the marina. We did a fishing charter and made fish tacos in the room kitchen. Lots of space and great balcony view for morning coffee and breakfast. We had a great time, thank you!

We had an amazing time at this very roomy and lovely villa. The resort had everything we needed and was also close to the beachside bars and restaurants so we could walk down the way for something different. The villa had everything from kitchen supplies, to shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back someday!

Beautiful condo, large rooms, very clean, nicely furnished. Loved the patio overlooking the pool area and the Sea of Cortez. The Villa offerings were excellent. Restaurants were top notch and the service was very good. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Armando the concierge was wonderful. He was able to get us dinner reservations at some restaurants that we were unsuccessful getting on our own. Can't say enough good things about this Villa.

My husband and our two college age kids spent four nights. The Villa la Estancia exceeded our expectations. Great location, view, amenities and staff is superb. The unit is lovely and well appointed. (the carved wooden bird made me smile everyday!) and very comfortable. Both Owner and manager were communicative and helpful. We ate out on the town some nights, but the food on site was delightful when we just wanted to stick around and relax. Next time we are in Cabo san Lucas, I know where we will stay.

Villa La Estancia couldn't be nicer! Our unit was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Beds and linens were all top notch. The resort is small and easy to get around. Pool area was great and just steps down to the beach. My family loved it all!

Everything about our stay was absolute perfection. Check in was efficient and they made sure to put our groceries in the refrigerator before our unit was ready. The unit itself was well furnished with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The deck got the morning sun to start the day and was perfect temperature for afternoon relaxing. The staff were simply wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely property over Thanksgiving and could not have made a better choice. The Villa was spotless, check in was easy, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms were very spacious. The pool area and views are gorgeous and taxis were available whenever we needed one. We used Cabo Adventures for excursions and were really happy. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Choice of several pools, many restaurants and a short walk or drive to Cabo San Lucas and the Marina. The personal concierge, Armando, helped us with the transportation and booking day trips, last minute usually as we had trouble making up our mind! Would love to plan a return trip!

This was truly our dream vacation the villa was luxurious. The beds and furniture were amazing the view from the balcony was gorgeous perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook, we did have an issue with the microwave not working but it didn’t interfere with our visit. The staff were super helpful and most enjoyable to speak with they gave us great tips on the best authentic dinning (Thank you Oliver). The pool area and service there was also excellent. The valet was always available with a ride to anywhere we needed to go the onsite market was convenient and had everything we needed. Armando our personal concierge was very attentive. We had a wonderful stay here for a week with our two teenage daughters. The villa was beautiful. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing, cooking and storing meals. The rooms were all spacious as well as the bathrooms with plenty of closet space. The beds were very comfortable. The resort location was perfect, the grounds were well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We made sure to get to the pool before 8am to get loungers. We only ate poolside from the grill and thought the food was good. The host was easy to work with and provided lots of great info regarding activities, transportation and restaurants. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again.

Our family had the most wonderful Spring Break week at Sarah’s property in the Villa La Estancia resort. The condo was spacious ,well appointed, had comfortable beds , and featured a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed many meals outside. The grounds were immaculate and the resort staff was so helpful from the concierge and pool staff to the gym managers. We spent most of our time by the pool - heated pool, lounge chairs, and even a swim up bar! If we wanted a change of scenery , the beach was just steps away with plenty of lounge chairs . It was so nice not having to lug chairs or towels down the beach or pool - it was all taken care of so you could truly relax and enjoy. We traveled with our girls (ages 6-14) and they enjoyed the resort immensely too! It’ll the vacation was just perfect and the villa & resort property were the highlights of our trip!

Beautiful large villa with all the amenities we needed for our Cabo vacation. Nice Mexican decor and very comfortable. The pool was perfect; heated but refreshing. The resort and grounds were so well kept. Resort staff was amazing: bell staff, pool staff, housekeeping, lobby and everyone in-between. Location is perfect: close to popular bars and restaurants, yet quiet within the resort.

The 2-bedroom was very spacious and super clean. The decor was classy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we used to prepare some of our meals. The beds were comfortable and great water pressure in the primary bathroom shower. The patio was a great place to relax and see some breathtaking sunrises! The property owner gave me a timely response when I emailed her some pre-trip questions. High recommendation for this property…wish all our future travels included lodging like this one!

We return here every year because this is a lovely condo in the beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is nicely furnished. Our host is always easy to communicate with making our vacation relaxing and worry free.
