About this house rental

Enjoy amazing ocean views from the backyard pool, each of the three bedrooms and rooftop with your favorite drink in hand surrounded by friends and family. Our place is great for couples, families, golfers, sport fishing enthusiasts, etc. Our villa is fully equipped with beautiful furnishings, kitchen with granite countertop, laundry room, private heated swimming pool and outdoor BBQ grill.

Copala is a private gated community within Quivira. You will have access to the Copala clubhouse (walking distance) that has an infinity pool, kiddie pool, gym, spa, coffee shop, snack bar and concierge.

This villa is amazing. My family and I loved everything about this house. With the five of us it was more then enough room. Maria was always responsive whenever I had questions. We definitely plan on renting this villa again in the near future.

4 guys on a golf trip. Very comfortable. One of the bedrooms has two beds. There is a blow up mattress in the downstairs bathroom closet. The area is quiet.

Beautiful home with exceptional views. Our point of contact was Maria, and she could not have been more kind and accommodating. Pueblo Bonito is gem. Once you learn to use a combo of shuttles and Ubers, its easy and inexpensive to get around. The taxis are a little pricier, but with a few people its really not bad. I recommend going to the store on your way from the airport, as the markets within Pueblo Bonito are limited and pricey. Would definitely stay again.

The property is a little out of the way, but it is in a new safe and secured area. Feel like you could sleep with the doors and windows open. The shared access to beach front hotels makes this the ideal place to stay. Peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Property is clean and very well kept. We will definitely stay here again. This unit is huge and has its own private warm pool. 3 onsuits and 2 half baths. Plenty of room for a large family or 3 small families. The resort it's connected with Pueblo Bonito Sunset is absolutely amazing. This is a must stay.

I wish i could give the great review of the property and stay. However, over a week after our stay, now am receiving charges for damage and missing items that was absolutely not done during our stay. Also had someone come into the property on the days we were there with no communication from the property manager.

I can't say enough. The local, ( Cabo San Lucas), the property ( Coppola at Quivera) , the house ( #9) and the food ( on property and in town) were just amazing. I couldn't find a thing to complain about...you have to come and experience it for yourself!

Don't look at any more properties. This 1 is absolutely amazing! the beds were all comfortable, all rooms have TV, bathrooms are amazing there are so many!! the house has everything you need, fully furnished, kitchen stocked. there are games, beautiful dining area. pool. great views, easy walk to the clubhouse for pool, food bar, the staff in Copala was all amazing, easy trips to Walmart, Costco for supplies. Parking for your car. Shuttles to all the hotels in area you have access to they are all amazing we recommend visiting them all. The Sunset has an amazing food court all food you could want. amazing pools. The Pacifica is adults only if you don't feel like kids. all in all 10 stars. you will not be disappointed. Thank you Maria for sharing your amazing home. and all your help

We were not ready to rate the property until the management addressed our complaints. The complaint email was quickly answered, not the emails prior to check-in. The owner was "sorry" for our problems, and said if we came back, she was sure she could do something for us. The property was lovely, and the a/c worked well. The location was FAR from downtown and altho the property had shuttles, a car was really a must. By our third day, the covered birthday cake on the kitchen counter drew ants. I found a few in the downstairs shower ledge as well. This was the day after cockroaches started appearing in the laundry room and wandered into the hallway. They appeared outside of the front door and in the backyard around the pool area. One nite our grandson stomped on 6. We felt some consideration should have been offered on this stay, not a future stay we have no desire to take. Oh, the TV in the downstairs bedroom did not work. Someone was sent to fix it, but we learned later that it only worked in Spanish. My son figured out how to finally get English, but after several hours, the internet connection was again lost. Too many problems on this trip to return.

This is our 2nd time renting this villa. The home itself is comfortable and well appointed. It’s in a great location, with wonderful amenities and a breathtaking ocean view. You can actually hear the waves crashing at night. Every restaurant at Quivira offers delicious menus and good service. And it’s easy to get around via the complimentary shuttle if you don’t rent a car or golf cart. Well worth every penny.

Unfortunately it was very windy every day of our stay & we did not get to enjoy the rooftop deck or pool. Home was very well stocked. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. Also restroom mats by sink areas were very dirty. They were supposed to be white in color but instead you could see that they had a lot of use & not been washed in quite a while. I simply rolled them up & put them to the side. Community pool area by clubhouse was very nice & clean. Limited menu at pool area bar but all the food we ordered was very good. Great communication with owner & concierge was very helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

Quivira is growing, construction noises constant. The house itself could use overall maintenance. I had been going annually to Cabo San Lucas for years. I started off staying in the all inclusive’s. Four years ago started renting houses. This year was absolutely fantastic. María’s house is in a fantastic location with an absolutely incredible view. Nothing but blue sky. The house is perfectly laid out. The bedrooms are spacious with each one having its own full sized full bathroom. The openness of the living room kitchen dining area facing the ocean was so relaxing. Not only was everything perfect about the property and the location but Maria’s service and attention to detail was incredible. If you need anything or anything needs attention you can message her and she will get back to you immediately. Moving forward this is the only place I will rent in Cabo on my yearly trip. A+ across-the-board

House was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. Pool was nice, beds were comfy and the rooftop terrace was the I I g on the cake. The pictures don not do this house justice. We can’t wait to return! We loved bei g able to utilize all of Quivera properties. My only suggestion is that copilot would run their shuttle to the market more frequently. We waited fir an hour to get a shuttle. We started driving our golf cart and it worked out much better. Overall, 5 stars!!!

This place was over the top amazing, location, atmosphere, view the whole 9 yards. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle about 10 mins by car or so. The amenities are over the top wonderful. We spent an afternoon at the sky pool, tried to get into the Pacifica but they said they were closed but most days you would find us hanging at the pool at the clubhouse located just 2 roads down. Definitely walking distance. Hammocks in the pool, covered seating area comfortable enough for 6 of us, drinks flowing and food a plenty. Every morning you would find the guys in our private pool sipping on their morning coffee while the girls hung out played cards or dice right next to the pool. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again. I had to contact Maria on a couple of things that were needed and she responded ASAP and had things done within the hr. It was such a pleasant experience and she is definitely on top of things. She was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much Maria!!! The only thing anyone had to say that was on a negative side which isn't 100% negative but some of the beds in the rooms that don't have the king are in need of being replaced. The downstairs queen bed is not what Americans call a queen but a full size and was very short and extremely small for 2 adult ppl. It also has a pretty big sag in the middle. The room with 2 beds upstairs were as stated but the one next to the outside wall had a large lump or hole of some kind and only half the bed could be used. But seriously if that is all there was to find wrong it was well worth it. The house is completely stocked with just about anything you need for a vacation including a first aid cabinet. When we arrived there was plenty to choose from. Also other vacationers leave behind all their non perishables leftover stuff which we found to be of great use. Hands down one of the best vacations we could have had. We will be back. Thanks again for the fantastic hospitality.

Loved our stay - tastefully decorated, well appointed home in a newer gated community. Easy communication with the owner/manager. We picked it for and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the privacy. Had everything needed to cook regularly in the kitchen. Only blemish was the noise from the gravel trucks on-going on the blvd behind the property - but this is reflected in the price. This villa is a great value. Definately recommend.

We had other family members staying in a condo in Quivira which was a 4 min walk from the house. There were 4 grandparents and a baby just going to the pool and taking walks while their parents worked. Dinners together every night. Golf, couple trips to town. Low key and delightful!
