The butler service was great and vip was Exceptional

The property is very outdated!! The pools and jacuzzi need to be updated! The lounge chairs are very old and uncomfortable!
One day during our stay we had no water! It was on and off all day! They just kept telling us they are working on the pipes! They didn’t compensate us or offer us anything! When the water did work it kept spouting in and out, it wasn’t consistent water!
One night we went to dinner at the Asian/Japanese restaurant, we tried to order 4 or 5 different items and they told us they didn’t have any of the items!
The staff was very friendly but the property was no worth the money!! Will not stay there again!

Excellent service with a smile. Great food. Quiet and very relaxing. Only negative is you can’t swim at the ocean as it’s really rough.

Beautiful property with amazing staff and food. It’s very tranquil with a subtle energy and there are a few fun activities offered during the day like pool volleyball, dance lessons, card games but mostly you’d come here for some R&R with a loved one. We stayed in the Towers and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever like sleeping on clouds, the rooms are on the smaller side but enough space for a 4 day trip. Our butlers were super nice and helpful though we really only used their services on day 1. The biggest letdown was the spa of you can even call it that. First of all, it’s hard to find, hidden below the lobby down a hall with barely any signs. There is a small locker room area for men and women and each has a tiny steam room, hot pool and cold pool q with 1 lounge chair. It’s tiny and very disappointing, especially since it’s such a nice resort overall. Feels like an after thought and I wouldn’t call it a spa. The I my other downside which really wasn’t a big deal is the VIP lounge. You’d think arrive would be great given the name but it’s incredibly slow and often the wait staff (only one was there each time we went who was actually taking orders) forgets your orders…this happened twice. We ordered soup which is likely somewhat premade and it took 35 mins yet we were the only ones there and it was like 3pm. Same thing happened the next day. I wouldn’t upgrade to a towers for that but overall very nice property with warm, friendly staff.

We first visited the Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in August 2022 and rebooked while at the airport to go home. August was too hot and humid. We booked for February to swim with the Whale Sharks but something came up at home and we rebooked for June. The weather was wonderful! Not too Hot and no real humidity. The resort is tops. All the employees make you feel welcome!! A great level of service! The food is outstanding! The highlight of the trip were the special cocktails created for us at the Quivira Bar by the Euphemio!! We HIGHLY recommend!!!

Amazing stay, one of our top all inclusive. Know before going, tips are not included, not a big deal as service was great and we didn’t mind tipping but other resorts don’t accept it and this resort encourages it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I stayed in the Towers and the service was impeccable! My ONLY complaint is that, although it looked inviting, the bed was very hard. I had an Ocean View suite. I was not given the uncomfortable pressure for a time share, but I did let them know right away I was there because I was preparing my head for surgery, so maybe they thought it was improper, which I am thankful for! Oh, and the VIP lounge is the BOMB for whale watching while you snack and chill!

We were especially pleased with our Butler Alexis who was very helpful and anticipated our needs. The staff at Pacifica could not be nicer, and they have been consistently nice in the 5 years we have been enjoying this property. Orlando in the VIP Lounge was also very accommodating and friendly. We are going back next year, same property.

Very good food, great service. Adrian who works in the fitness center was very helpful and so nice. You always feel as if there’s not that many people so it feels excluded from the rest of the world which is nice. Amado was a huge help at the bar, he would go out of his way to find our specific drinks that we like, excellent!.

This is my second stay at this resort. Not sure if I would come back....
Key take away points from my 7 night stay:
The grounds on the hotel are truly superb.
We booked a butler room within the Towers. Butler service consisted entirely of one txt message a day asking how diner was. It truly was more annoying then anything. The brand hotel prides themselves on being certified by the British-Butler Institute. The butler service here is not to the British Institute standards at all. I have stayed around the world with butlers certified from there and the experience is a complete 180 degrees.
I wanted a private sedan from the resort to NOBU for a dinner reservation. Instead of finding a company that could provide the service, the butler simply stated we don't offer that but we have cabs the door man can assist with.
Dulce Maria Roura the pool butler was excellent, went above and beyond to assure everything I wanted was taken care of.
Karla at the pool goes above and beyond and should be a butler. The standard she held for the resort and customer service she provided is what is expected on vacation.
Quivira steak house is recommended. Service is excellent.
Service at Siempre is below average. Food was okay. I did the up-charge on the cowboy steak. Was okay. Wouldn't recommend.
Food at the peninsula is okay, again, service below average.
OVERALL 6/10. I HOPE things are changed so I will come back because the actual resort and location are truly stunning & beautiful.

Beautiful, the best service!! Up charges for some restaurants not worth it to me. Food and drinks elsewhere were delicious

We stayed at the towers at Pacifica. It was beautiful, food was great, and our Butler Israel was amazing! The time share presentation wasn’t bad but one of the salesman was rude when we told him no. Otherwise, the trip was perfect! We will be coming back for sure!

This is our second time at The Towers third time at Pacifica...
we were so impressed with the high standard of sanitation being used due to the Covid-19..
The care and courtesy shown by all was excellent
We want to give a big shout out to Lidia our butler .Everyday she went above and beyond to help us..
Thank you again Lidia.

Leopaldo was an awesome butler! He catered to all of my needs and was very helpful.

We got the all inclusive. I didn’t like having to sign a $0.00 balance ticket every time you got a drink or meal. We have been to several all inclusive resorts and we didn’t have to do this non sense. This seems like a ploy to persuade a tip but it is actually time consuming and annoying !

We had a fantastic time at this property and will certainly return. Our butler, Stefano, was top notch. He worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was as memorable as possible. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and he coordinated some very cool stuff with my girlfriend for this day! We booked a fishing charter and he got us some motion sickness medicine off site and even brought us a cooler he purchased to store our fish! Top notch! The grounds were pristine and they definitely took COVID-19 extremely serious and had measurements in place to Mae us feel completely safe our entire stay.
The one issue we had was with the concierge. For whatever reason he recommended a fishing outfit that was dreadful. The boat didn’t have AC in its cabin and it was an absolutely miserable experience with a very inexperienced fishing outfit. To be such a top notch resort it was mind boggling they would partner with such a horrible fishing outfitter (which we did not look at reviews as we should of). We ended up going out with another outfitter two days later and the experience was incredible. We recommend the resort being more cognizant of who they recommend, as this was nothing short of neglectful, and costly.
Great resort, top notch staff (outside of considerate). Hopefully they will take our advice in ensuring the folks they recommend have been cross referenced. This certainly wasn’t the case with our situation.

Pacifica by Pueblo Bonito is one of the best all inclusives we've stayed at in Cabo. The rooms look like a high-end hotel room in New York. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and on-top of whatever you needed. The food was exception! We had the best butler, Stefano, that took care of our reservations and helped with recommendations during our stay. I highly recommend Pacifica, and any resort within Pueblo Bonito, we loved everything about our stay.

The property is absolutley beautiful. I stayed at their neighbor property about 7 years ago and always wante dto stay here. As beautiful as the prroperty was, the staff was underwhleming. We had a couple amazing servers, but the front desk and concierge were less than helpful, and were almost annoyed to offer help. I wouldnt reccomedn thi sproperty or stay here again. For the maount of money I paid, I expected exceptional servce. It was lack luster.

Food was decent/good but not amazing. Drinks were subpar. Rooms were clean, bed could be more comfortable. Did not like the fact that we had to sign for every little thing we got even though this is an all inclusive and we had to also wear a bracelet even though we had to also sign for everything. Very redundant and not convenient at times. The shuttle between sister properties was booked a lot and not convenient from Pacifica as you have to take a shuttle and get a ticket at another resort because shuttle tickets at Pacifica are not issued. This created inconvenience as by the time you get to the other resort to get a ticket most seats on the shuttle if not all are booked for several hours. We also did not enjoy that we were trying to be sold a timeshare at least 3-4 times a day by the employees. They even called our room twice early in the morning waking us up asking us to attend a timeshare. For this reason probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Execellemt Staff and accommodations. Couldn’t say a negative thing about our
Entire experience there

Our stay was very disappointing and frustrating. The staff was relatively friendly, but extremely unhelpful and unaccomodting. Do not waste your money on the towers!! Absolutely not worth the so called "butler service" and "VIP Lounge". We never saw the butler other than when he walked us to our room upon checkin, and the lounge is nothing more than another room. Overall the food was not good. Never even got a decent margarita, and gave up after 5 tries. ALL other hotel guests were frustrated with all of the same issues we were. After talking with guests from PB Rose and PB Sunset- the service and staff was even worse at those resorts. Unfortunately we will not be staying at any of the Pueblo Bonito resorts in the future.
