Entering through a dark wooden door, this wonderful unit unfolds the beauty of Paradise in a way that you have never seen before. As you enter, a hallway stretches out and forms crevices on the wall that house a full bathroom in magnificent gray tones of marble stone, and a bedroom with a large king-sized bed dressed in white linens against a beige canvas of cushioned fabric and an ornate rug. Hand-carved nightstands on each side hold reading lights, and a large wooden closet houses a smart TV set and three silvery trees that add grace and light to the dark tones of the wood.

Along with a stunning ocean view and magnificent decor, this home allows for six adults to enjoy the wonderful life of exquisite taste and majestic environments that can be found only in Cabo, and atop the hills of Cascadas del Pedregal, it becomes tenfold as the views Kings crave open at your feet.

Inside the hallway, a fully equipped laundry room appears. Out in the deck, overlooking the hills and city and gazing into the horizon, lounge chairs in wicker frames and outdoor living rooms in gray cushioned fabrics share the space with a spectacular fire pit and a state-of-the-art grill and rotisserie, mounted atop a speckled marble slate.

In the main-frame of the house, a large table surrounded by six chairs of wonderful design serves as the diner and share the large area with a fantastical L shaped living room of thick, pearly cushions and white rugs. In the center, a coffee table of iron and marble faces a large entertainment center with a large flat TV set wired with Dish Network for relaxing afternoons with friends.

The second master bedroom, a King sized bed formatted to mimic the third bedroom, faces a large fitment of woods with a smart TV set and wired with internet access. On top, three wise monkeys remember the beauty of life. In the private bathroom, a shower is shielded on two-sided by glass and covered in marble tiles on the inside, while facing a large mirror glass set on top of twin sinks in pristine white and pearl countertops.

Inside the Master bedroom, life changes; the large king-sized bed is crowned by a tall headrest cushioned and curved from the main-frame of the bed. The sliding glass door that guides into the terrace overlooks the ocean and the hills, and a large fitment rests underneath the levitating TV set on the wall. In the master bath, twin sinks mirror the image of the bathtub embedded in a marble slate. On its side, the shower is shielded by glass and seems to be carved from marble tiles. In the far end, a soft couch and a walk-in closet equipped with a security box to safeguard your belongings.

We loved our stay and the condo is huge Ana better in person that photos. We wish we spent more time there but we’re out of the house most days. The beds are super comfortable. Check in was easy. There is some loud noise as construction around the condo is non stop. Some guests above us were pretty loud all night but I’m sure it was just during our stay. Bring ear plugs in case. Everything else was perfect. Beautiful property and amazing people to work with.

This was a wonderful trip for my husband, myself and three children. We celebrated my 50th and Christmas away for the first time Location was great and we loved the secure, safe and quietness away from the downtown hustle and bustle Carlos was wonderful and we had no issues the entire week we were there. Property was well equipped and wished we had bought more groceries beforehand to do more cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Pool was the highlight and the views never got old!

The Condo is decorated beautifully and everything is modern. We all loved how this unit is decorated so much and got ideas for our own homes. This unit is the best as it sits right above the pool. The view is everything! We all agreed that it is the best unit on the property. When we return to Cabo we would like to rent it again.

Condo and view were absolutely gorgeous! I could sit on balcony all day and night watching the cruise ships come in and out and the admiring the city lights! However, when you are in walking distance of everything fun in cabo we were hardly in the room and did not get to experience everything the property had to offer! Pool and hot tub were great! A little difficult to navigate the condo with different elevators,etc but we quickly figured it out. Was disappointed that we were not met at check in ,like promised,because we had a few questions about Uber’s, taxis, amenities but we managed. Was able to walk to downtown/marina in about 10-15 minutes but coming back is quite the workout up the hill so would take Uber if it was late at night or we were just too tired. I am trying to book the same property for next year!!

This condo was beautiful and inviting. We rented three separate condos in the building for a week for a vacation of three families. This was by far the nicest and ended up being the hub of all families each day. Will definitely be back!!

Six adults came to celebrate a 60th birthday (youngest was 24 yo). The property was more spectacular than the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with premium appliances, dishware, spices and small appliances. We cooked on the BBQ twice, and made breakfast in the kitchen each day. The décor, cleanliness, quality of TV/cable, pool/spa area made it feel like a 5 star resort. We stayed 'off season', late July, so we rarely shared the pool/spa area with anyone outside our party. The area is under construction so some units are unoccupied. The construction noise and interruption was minimally obtrusive. Minor criticism's: 7 min steep walk to gate and difficult to communicate with security for Uber access if you don't speak Spanish or have sketchy cell service; water heater capacity small for six people. However, we had no issues getting food/alcohol/ice from grocery stores delivered and Door Dash delivery. Leo, our concierge, was very helpful setting up airport transport, including a Costco stop on the way from the airport, as well as assistance with excursions. Uber is readily available and inexpensive, however for large groups there is no 'Uber XL' so checking the cost of a driver 'on call' might be less expensive and more convenient as you always need two cars for more than 4 guests. The value of this unit in this complex is currently among the highest. Would recommend without hesitation and would come back again!!!

This is a review with Cascadas 712, the property was more beautiful in person! The bed sheets were soft and every room had AC. We had 3 beds, 3 bath, 2 of the rooms and baths were masters. Our concierge Carlos was really nice, easy to communicate with, and made our stay more than amazing. We were welcomed with fresh salsa, guacamole, and he made the BEST margaritas. We were also greeted with foot massages and we felt like celebrities. Each condo had a beautiful fire pit that everyone used and the view was unbelievable. For the bed rooms, I suggest the owners to get blackout blinds, when the sun comes out it tends to get bright, there are blinds for now, but sun still gets through. The main community pool was cold, and the hot tub was not working during out stay. However, if you follow the hallway to the left of the main pool and go down the stairs and walk left, you will find a smaller infinity pool that is a lot warmer than the main pool that also has a hot tub that takes about 30 mins to warm up, but it gets hot. There's a 15-20 min walk down the cobblestone to get into town, which wasn't too difficult, but walking back might be a lot harder since its on a hill. Taxi's charge $12-$20 USD one way into town depending on the driver, which can get pricey for such a short ride. My only complaint is that the water heater is small, and there is construction still going on. In terms of taking a shower or bath I recommend spreading the times out. Also, the construction was happening during the weekday but not during the weekend. Overall, We LOVED our stay and I will be telling all of my family and friends about it. This experience makes me never want to go into a hotel again. You have your own bedroom and bath, kitchen to cook whatever you want, and at night it would be really peaceful and quiet. The area isn't crowded and the view is unbelievable! Thank you so much Karla, Marco and Carlos! I can't wait to return!
