For one or two people, this place gives easy access to all Bar Harbor has to offer and is very convenient to the supermarket, restaurants, shops, the free bus that takes you just about anyplace on Mount Desert Island. Convenient to Acadia park for hiking, sight seeing, biking and kayaking. The place is clean, neat, with modern appliances and a great little covered porch, just right for a morning coffee enjoying the fresh air. Bar Harbor is quite popular and parking is at a premium. It is a lovely walkable town, yet driving around the area is easy, knowing that you have a dedicated parking spot to use.

And that is not a small thing! Location is excellent. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It even has a lobster cooker! The only thing I would say is the living room furniture could be more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Parking just outside the door. Within walking distance to all of Bar Harbor. Perfect size for a couple. Well decorated and well appointed space with everything we needed. Nicely stocked kitchen that we ended up cooking a meal in. Host checked in to make sure everything was good. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip!

Pleasant condo just 2:blocks from downtown of Bar Harbor. Convenient to shopping, tours, restaurants. We did Lobster cruise and ate on boat, sailed another day, thoroughly enjoyed our week stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time!! The condo was well equipped and aperfect size for us. We loved that we could walk to town and were just a few minutes from the entrance to the park. Communication was great with the owners and we appreciated so much the jam that was left for us.

We had a wonderful time at this sweet downtown condo with an amazing covered outdoor patio and convenient parking spot. Easy short walk to all Bar Harbor has to offer including local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this condo.

I had a WONDERFUL time at this property! The place is perfect for one or two people and is 100% equipped. The appliances are new and work like a dream, the water pressure is AMAZING. There’s plenty of space to unpack and stash things, and there were plenty of amenities that I didn’t take advantage of (grill, streaming services on TV, electric fireplace) that make the place feel like home. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to town, easy to get to the carriage trails (on foot, bike or car) and very close to the Cadillac mountain entrance of Acadia. The hosts were extremely responsive with my small handful of questions. I’m already planning a return trip.

My wife and I were very impressed with this little ondo unit! Fantastic location to downtown Bar Harbor that was easily walkable within a few minutes. The stackable washer and dryer makes it easy to pack light if you spend your days in Acadia and nights in the town. And a parking spot to make life easy! Highly recommend rhis little gem.

We stayed at three VRBO this year and this was the cleanest and best maintained. The owners are very prompt with answering questions. The location is great, walked from the condo to everything in town. Highly recommend this condo!!!

Great little condo! It’s small, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Condo was clean, owner was very responsive and had everything we needed. Location couldn’t be better. Close to Acadia and downtown was a couple minutes walk away. Grocery store right around the corner. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Deb and Bob's condo was a delight to stay at - everything you could need was available. Walking distance from everything in town and close to Acadia. We enjoyed the patio every night and appreciated having a dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Will be recommending their place to any friends/family who want to explore this area and would stay here again if we return to the area.

The condo location was fantastic, just a very short walk to the downtown area. It was well appointed with everything you'd want and need. It's a bit on the smallish size, I'd say about the size of a studio apartment, but laid out well in that the bedroom is walled off from the living area. Everything was very clean and we loved sitting on the porch. It was bit on the noisy side being right on one of the main streets in town, but it was not in anyway something that affected our vacation; the noise definitely died down as the night went on and didn't affect our sleep in the least bit. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a sweet cozy little condo in just the right spot! It had everything we needed and was neat and clean. The location allowed us to walk to all the shops, restaurants, grocery, and boat tours, and was just a very short drive to the park sightseeing and trails. It allowed us to get the relaxation we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

The condo was the perfect location for both being walkable to downtown Bar Harbor and a 5-15 minute drive to most of the trailheads we wanted to hike in Acadia. It was a great place to stay for two people, and the amenities were exactly what we needed for our trip. We would definitely come back here again!

Just as pictured. Ideal location. Walk to town to shop or eat, close to Acadia park entrance. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Owners left sightseeing, restaurant and hiking tips in a notebook that were very helpful. Owners responsive quick and helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week, mostly as a base of operations for hiking in Acadia. For that, it was perfect. The place itself is only a 5-10 minute walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor and the pier, so you can go shopping, rent a bike, eat out, etc. without having to drive anywhere. Though close, the condo itself faces a one-way side road, so it was a relatively quite stay. Pros: - Well stocked with the basics and some extras, including board games, cooking stuff, and foldable chairs for the beach - Very conveniently located - Owners are responsive and had a ton of great recommendations (and guides for hiking Acadia) - Lovely little patio for outdoor relaxing Cons: - Lack of desk, so not a WFH kind of property (was not a problem for us) - It's on the 1st floor facing the street, so we had windows closed the whole time - This is more accurately an alcove studio rather than a 1BR, i.e. there's a partial wall between the living room and the bedroom

The condo was absolutely perfect for the two of us...cozy but quite nice. Owners supplied so much information about every aspect of the condo. No wants for anything and grocery store was just around the corner. Parking is a premium in Bar Harbor and the ability to park our vehicle right in front of our door was such a plus. Location to the town was another positive...we walked everywhere. Loved everything about the condo and Bar Harbor! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cute condo, clean and centrally located. I was able to walk everywhere with ease. Nice dedicated parking spot so no trouble with parking. Only a couple of blocks to catch the shuttle to Acadia was nice as well. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

We loved our stay in Bar Harbor & this condo was perfect. It was clean, cute, well-equipped, & very well-located. Having an assigned parking spot (right outside our door no less!) was great, & it was nice having the little private covered patio - great spot for breakfast. Due to the location we could easily walk anywhere in BH, and driving in & out of town was also a breeze. I should also mention that Deb & Bob are fantastic hosts - great communication before & during our stay and lots of great info available at the condo...these folks know what they're doing & it shows. We'd rent this place again in a heartbeat
