This is a great condo in a great location! Nicely appointed and equipped. Beds were comfortable, nice pool in complex, walkable to groceries, restaurants, etc. We'll be back, I'm sure.

The place was nice and centrally located to town and the market and close to a trolley stop. Place was well kept and had all the amenities for a nice stay. Ryan was quick to respond to questions that came up.

This condo was perfect for my family of five. Clean and comfortable. Only 20 yards to the jacuzzi, very nice when you are walking in the snow. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean, the heated tile floors in the bathroom are always a nice touch! We will be back next year.

Overall great experience for our Mammoth vacation. Condo had all the amenities we were looking for. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. Property Manager was responsive, place was clean, WiFi worked great, parking was convenient, kitchen and fireplace worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Took the whole family up to Mammoth and they loved it. Super clean and all the furniture seems new. The boys loved the play station and their own place to hang upstairs.

The property was located in a great place. Loved the huge glass window in living room where you could see the mountains and snow falling. Everything was wonderful and just had a small issue when trying to get into the unit. Owner was wonderful when I contacted him and we resolved the problem. I would definitely be renting out this unit in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in Mammoth, even though the weather was pretty bad while we were there. Half our group still got some skiing in while the other half stayed cozy by the pellet stove. The condo was perfect for what we needed it for, and so close to the shuttle stop! We discovered that my daughters portable mini crib fit perfectly in the downstairs bathroom… which ended up working much better than accidentally waking her up when we entered the room at night. The dining room table was perfect for dinner for 6, and game nights! My daughter loved the bin of toys, and there were also a bunch of board games if you don’t want to pack your own. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans, but if you need something specific for baking in the oven like cookie sheets I would bring them. I would also suggest brining baby gates for the stairs (we did) because they are not very toddler friendly and require a lot of supervision.
Ryan was a great host and responded very quickly to questions we had. I would stay here again for sure!

We had a fun snowy vacation at this condo with 2 families with 3 toddlers. The stairs are a little precarious for little kids. Super close to town and good sledding areas. Very cozy and well equipped. The heated bathroom floors were so helpful on cold mornings. We would stay here again.

We had 4 adults, one couple, 2 friends. This property was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very updated.
Location was was walking distance to restaurants or short driving distance to others. We could take a short drive or take the redline to ski.
Ryan was always accessible and friendly.
Will definitely be coming back

This was the perfect location for a group of friends to get together for new years. We loved being able to have our dogs there. The house had a table large enough to enjoy family meals together. We are about 50ft walking distance from the hot tub. The house is hooked up with a surround sound that plays in the first floor. No one complained about noise and we couldn’t hear our neighbors despite sharing walls. Would definitely stay again!

It was a fantastic Mammoth stay. Kitchen needs some updated utensils, additional pots and pans for cooking if you cook, and wine glasses - only had one while two others were cracked. Also needs coffee mugs...only had a few little ones, and we desperately need coffee in the am. :) Having said that, it's a great location, short drive to Eagle, and walking distance if you want to restaurants and the market (or a short drive). The snow toys are also cracked, so an update on some of the sleds might be a good idea. The dryer is a bit old we suspect, as the heat is pretty low, which doesn't help as much if your clothes get wet. So we had to run it throughout the night as our first ski day was a little wet. Overall though, great stay.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
This is a modern, bright and airy place to stay. The host made check-in and out very simple. This is my wife's favorite condo to stay at.

Another great stay!
My family has stayed in Ryan’s listing a few times now and it was great again this time. Clean,, uncluttered and the furniture is in great condition. Ryan is super easy to reach, although we didn’t really need him since the check-in info and condo details were all covered before we arrived. It was another wonderful vacation in Mammoth!

Family Trip
Ryan was great with responding immediately. Check in/out was easy. Unfortunately, it seemed like previous guests have done some damage to the property (i.e. wall damage and some dog pee accidents) and I really do wish people would be better about respecting the property when renting. Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

Fun mountain retreat
Ryan was great to communicate with and arrival was simple. We had plenty of room with family of 4 and a dog. Living area and kitchen has a homey feel and sitting on the deck was peaceful for morning coffee and a deck of cards. Kitchen remodeled as well as bathrooms. We all agreed we would stay there again. So close to everything. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. (Important to the Hubby!) Very happy with our stay!

Perfect Little Townhouse
This property was wonderful! The decor is beautiful and the beds are comfy! Everything we needed was there. I really liked that the complex had baggies available on a nearby tree to help clean up after your dog. We always carry our own but the ones at the complex were much more sturdy. Ryan was extremely accommodating and a wonderful host. One word of warning. The altitude of Mammoth Lakes is around 8000. This condo is three levels inside. If you have a hard time breathing going up and down the stairs might be an issue for you. It was a bit for me as I have health issues. But regardless I loved it and we will definitely stay again!

Loved this rental! Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect, only a short walk to our favorite breakfast place in Mammoth (The Stove).

Nice condo for the family
This condo was nicely updated and inviting to stay in. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the condo. We had a small issue at check in but Ryan's quick repose and assistance ensured we had a great stay. We will be coming back for future trips.

Great up to date space
Recently remodeled, and in great shape. Things we loved were heated floors in stylishly remodeled bathrooms, great appliances, comfy furniture and strong internet speed (I was streaming video for work). Fireplace stove is unusual, takes a bit of time to get started (I'd walk away and do something else so I wouldn't get impatient), but is a genius design and pumps out tons of heat. My only caveat, that would take the place from a 5 to a 4.8, is that kitchen set up is more for a weekender or someone who is not excited about cooking. Pots and pans are older and none of the skillets sit flat on the stove, kitchen tools are basic compared to other places we've stayed at this price point, cabinets were not updated with the counters or backsplash, so we got to remember the by now awkward openings of 1970s cabinetry. I would for sure stay here again, it's a great space, definitely a good value, but since to protect for Covid we cook all our meals, I'd bring a bunch of key kitchen tools for myself.

Excellent location, easy parking, great condo with everything we needed.
Condo was perfect for the 6 of us family members. Nice touches with the pellet fireplace, heated bathroom floors and comfy beads with individual room heaters and humidifiers. Ryan, the owner was great, provided consistent helpful communication. Highly recommend!

Great family rental
We had an amazing stay at this rental! Ryan was communicative and check-in was easy. Our kids loved the house and playing in the piles of snow right outside, and the condo was in close proximity to everything. We will most definitely be back.

Recommended Stay in Mammoth!
This townhouse is exactly as is depicted in prior reviews and photos. It is in a convenient location, with easy access to the town and the complex is well maintained with trucks shoveling out the snow from the parking lots and streets so efficiently and timely. The unit itself is comfortable, clean, well maintained and well appointed. There are two main bedrooms downstairs, an upper level communal space with kitchen, dining space and living room space, including a balcony with grill. Upstairs is a loft which has its own privacy with a set of bunk beds and a single bed, if u have kids. The kitchen had everything we needed ... due to the pandemic, we relied on being able to cook ourselves and having a functional kitchen with decent space and appliances . The supplied bedding and towels were high quality. The townhouse has two bathrooms, one in the lower level, and another which also has a shower shower, in the upper communal space floor. Ryan was super communicative and very responsive . He made sure that check in went well and provided accurate and detailed instructions before our arrival, including wifi and parking access, both of which were not a problem at all. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt very comfortable and safe , despite the Covid restrictions at the time. Would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay in a lovely home
Beautifully and cleanly decorated, with lots of light, high ceilings and new and modern appliances and fixtures. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! Centrally located, and the owner was easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Great value, quiet place
This was a great place for us. They followed COVID restrictions well, which really eased our minds. We all were concerned with being conscientious about contact and social distancing and it was basically entirely stress free. We were able to cook easily. The place was clean and it was like a normal vacation. Of course, it helped that there was a statewide lull in cases when we went, but they hit the sweet spot of helpful, clean, and responsible.
There are some quirks due to COVID that we didn’t really think of- some things like soap dispensers and toilet paper can’t be cleaned between visitors, and as a consequence Mammoth stores were almost sold out. Best to bring your own! If you have a humidifier, bring that too, Mammoth is incredibly dry. And always bring that sense of adventure and fun that’s always appropriate to Mammoth!
