Beach Haven is located on Anastasia Island, just 10 minutes south of downtown St. Augustine. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway or an active vacation! The in-ground heated pool offers a safe and private space for both children and adults.

The neighborhood is quiet, featuring a mix of vacationers and year-round residents on a dead-end street. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, accessible via a beautiful wooden walkway that provides stunning views of the dunes, beach, and ocean. You'll also spot local wildlife, including turtles, rabbits, and various birds—perfect for avid birdwatchers!

We welcome children and pets at this pet-friendly rental house, with a small pet fee applicable. You'll be just minutes away from excellent restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. St. Augustine is known for being dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating that welcomes your furry companions. There are 44 dog-friendly activities in St. Augustine, along with a variety of watercraft rentals, golfing, museums, art galleries, and historic sites along the intercoastal waterway and in downtown St. Augustine.

*The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 84 degrees for an additional fee of $200 per week or less. Pool heating must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival. Please be aware that we do not heat the pool from Memorial Day until mid-September.

What a relaxing week! The house was super comfortable, clean and inviting. Plenty water toys were available, the beach access was about a block and a half away and the beach was not swamped with people. There were plenty of books available and puzzles if you wanted to stay out of the sun. I know this is a minor thing but this was the first rental house i' ve ever rented that had a filtered water pitcher (great for coffee, ice cubes, drinking); what a wonderful idea! We all agreed that we would return. Thanks Marty.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and a short easy walk to the beach. The only issue was the master TV. Volume very low and we couldn’t get it turned up. We will probably be back next year. 😊

One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.

The home is well appointed and well maintained. The host and property manager are very responsive. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which is a beautiful one nice and wide and soft sand.

All in all the stay was relaxing and the beach was beautiful. The house did show signs of pets… with hair on the coaches and because of that my sister struggled with allergies the whole time. The coffee pot did not work. And on our last night we did not have water in the house… no showers no flushing toilets.

This is a well maintained, super clean and pet friendly home. The beach access is a 3 minute walk. The local neighbors are also very outgoing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. If you venture out at night, I recommend River and Fort and the Tini Marrini.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the breeze and the view. The kids loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved everything and would like to come back!

Great location and had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the front door wasn’t as easy to open as the video they sent. My older family members could not figure it out. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great time . The house was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the pool . Conveniently located , just a short walk to the beach. We saw turtles, rabbits, and tons of birds…. And with such a short drive to St Augustine, this place was perfect for us.

This house was great, really well equipped, nice pool. Any inquiries we had ahead of time were answered promptly and courteously. While our group was just four adults, we’d recommend for two families or a grandparent situation due to the very thoughtful layout of the house. Great neighbourhood, close to the beach. No beach chairs, but there’s a store really close by if you forget them.

This property is perfectly located. Historic downtown is within 10 min which allows you to be in quieter area than all the tourist. Yet still close to nice restaurants and extremely close to the beach and beach access. Marty, the property manager, is always quick to respond and answer questions and/or provide suggestions. The house is clean, adequately equipped and great size for a large family! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Had some pool issues from previous renters but management was quick to respond. Very clean home. Few minute easy walk to uncrowned very wide beach. St Augustine just a few miles away. The beach in this area is our favorite on the east coast. So much area and never overcrowded. Quiet residential neighborhood with more full time residents than renters. 4 adults and 4 kids would be the max for this property . Perfect for 2 families. This is my second time using this rental company with 2 different properties in this same area and came away very impressed both times. Will definitely use first choice FL vacation rentals again.

We have stayed in St Augustine Beach several times for family reunions. This is first time we got a house with a pool. We loved having our own pool. Plus the beach was within walking distance and a short drive for on beach driving access. The house was very nice but comfortable feeling. Kitchen had everything needed. The guys in the family loved the man cave downstairs.

We spent a wonderful week at Beach Haven. The property was clean and stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs, beach towels, linens, and pool rafts. The beach walk up is literally 200 steps away. We spent most evenings enjoying the pool and sitting on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet, but very close to all of the St. Augustine attractions. A perfect spring break get away for our family of four (Kids were 18 and 20).

Awesome house, great location

We spent our annual family summer vacation here instead of our usual place in NC. The house is awesome, very well maintained, and a very short walk to the beach. The pool is a very nice break in the evening or for a change from the surfs. The location itself is perfect, away from the crowds and just a short drive to historic St. Augustine. Highly recommend if you're looking to get away to a nice quiet corner of Florida in an awesome place.

The house and location was great for a relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk from the property and was perfect - not commercialized at all. We had rain nearly every day, but the house offered plenty if room to spread out, and also had a nice selection of books, puzzles and games. The backyard pool was wonderful too.

The beach house, pool, and location were wonderful! The house was extremely well-stocked and clean. We cooked almost all our meals at the house and had everything we needed. We had asked to have the pool heater turned on prior to our visit, which allowed us to go swimming even on slightly chillier days. The location is a short walk to beach and within close driving distance to St. Augustine, so that we were able to have a good mix of beach days, relaxation, swimming, and a few days out to see the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, Fountain of Youth, and Old Town St. Augustine. Such a wonderful trip after a crazy year. Thank you!
