Clean, bright, comfortable 1450 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome located on a very quiet street within about 4 block walk to Seabright beach, the Boardwalk and the Yacht Harbor. In the immediate neighborhood, just a 2 block walk to many great restaurants including Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers, Engfer's Pizza, La Posta, Tramonti, Verve Coffee, Java Junction, and the best breakfast in Santa Cruz - Linda's Seabreeze Cafe! Aldo's and the Crow's Nest are a 10 minute walk to the Yacht Harbor, and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf is on the other side of the Boardwalk Amusement Park, which has many classic restaurants like Riva Fish House, Stagnaro Brothers, and more.

The living space is on three levels. On the main level is the dining room, kitchen, large living room, a half bathroom, and a deck/patio. The dining area seats 6-7 around the table and 3 more at the breakfast bar. The galley kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a 48" LCD HD Smart TV (includes apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc.) with Comcast Cable channel access as well as high speed internet throughout the house. You can stream your favorite music with the Bluetooth wireless speaker available in the living room. The patio deck off the living room has a new Weber propane BBQ and chairs/small tables for hanging out. A variety of games are available for family game night. Washer and dryer for guest use on the lower floor.

There are two bedrooms on the lower floor. The master bedroom has a new King bed, and a full bathroom with shower and two vanity sinks. The guest bedroom has two new twin XL beds that can be converted to a King bed, depending on your needs. There is a full bathroom in the hall outside the guest bedroom with a shower/tub combination. The loft bedroom is up the spiral stairs from the main floor, and has two new twin XL beds that can be converted to a King bed, depending on your needs. Additional sleeping available with a Queen Aerobed with linens/blanket/pillows.

Beach trip amenities: 6 adult size Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 2 child size beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, ice chest, rolling chair caddy, collapsible beach wagon, and 8 beach towels. BYO sunscreen!

We stayed here as a group of five, and it was really lovely. The host is very communicative and gets back to my messages very swiftly. The beds could be converted into twins beds instead of a king, which was perfect for our group. Close to cafes and restaurants, lovely neighborhood.

Everything was perfect for the stay with our family. We felt right away at home. The place was clean and cozy, the kitchen very good stacked. We loved the location, we walked everywhere from there. My granddaughter loved the boardwalk and the beach. We like to come back one day.

Place was pretty much perfect. Had all the essentials needed including spices, cooking stuff, plenty of towels. Main bed had heating blanket. TV worked with all the channels I needed to watch US Open finals and opening week of NFL! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and a market, the cafe was delicious. The pictures are accurate. Had a great time. Joan was very easy to communicate with. Was able to use laundry with nice w/d machines after my 70.3 Ironman race so I didn't have to return home with sweaty smelly clothes. Affordable, without all the fees and tax. Very happy with our stay and would stay there again (if I do the race again). Only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, are walls are a little thin, but with small group not a problem. Thanks Joan and Michael.

We were looking for a place close to the beach, to rest and relax after doing some serious hiking in Yosemite earlier in the week. Having grown up in Santa Cruz, Seabright is one of our favorite neighborhoods and the beach is so much fun for families. We loved having a bonfire on the beach, being able to walk to the boardwalk and taking our coffee on the porch every morning. The house was perfectly clean and the space was well organized with throughtful touches, like the foot wash basin with old towels to clean up after returning from the beach. This is a perfect spot to spend time with family and loved ones, looking to enjoy some quality time in Santa Cruz. The owners were incredibly easy to communicate with and they were very kind. 5/5

Perfect house for our family vacation.Fully stocked kitchen, Very clean, Fuel in the BBQ, Very comfortable beds and bedding. Provided beach gear was a plus. Easy walk to boardwalk and coffee shop and restaurants. We only needed one but 2 parking spaces is nice to have. Everything worked and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was awesome, the location to the boardwalk, beach, food and stores was GREAT!!! Our family highly enjoyed our stay and we were so comfortable in every room! Having the multiple bathrooms helped us so much! The fans in the rooms kept the house so cool and breezy. The have plenty to help with cooking and having ice trays was easy way to always have something cold to drink. There is only 1 tv but guess what in the three days we stayed it was never on!! Not even the kids thought about it! Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone we encountered was so friendly. The binder they provided helped out with locations for food and shopping. Having the washer and dryer was awesome and helped more than you can imagine. They provided beach towels and everything you could need for the beach so it helped us not having to take anything! The house felt so homey and safe for our family especially the kids! Our hosts were great at communicating every step of the way for our trip and I can’t thank them enough! The keyless entry was so convenient and made things so easy! Check in and check out was the easiest we’ve ever had even comparing to hotels!!

Four ladies stayed at your home and the place accommodated us perfectly. Getting up/down to the loft is a little trickly with the spiral stairs, but we mastered it after a couple of times of going up and down. The house was stocked nicely with all that was needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had, and were so welcoming with any questions we may have about the house or area. It was a very easy walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk if you wish. Very short walk to beautiful sunsets as well. I would most definately stay in this house again.

So happy with the house and location. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and toys for the child. We loved Pelican House!

The property is as looks, really clean and great communication with the owner. Some of the property could be updated including the lower level bedrooms which felt dark and cold (although good bathrooms). Plus you hear people walking on main level and even from next door.

We stayed here for a race that 3 of us were doing in our family. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The kitchen has all the basic stuff needed to cook. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but the time we were there, felt at home and clean. The person helping rent it was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly on any questions/needs. :)

Easy to access and location near the beach and local dining and drinking spots was awesome. Thoroughly equipped kitchen if you want to eat in ( we didn’t). Comfy beds and lots of linens. Highly recommend!
