If Location is what you desire on your Beach Vacation, please look no further! If you are looking for a prime location in Santa Cruz, within walking distance to some of the best the area has to offer: Twin Lakes beach (at the end of the street), Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor: (just over a block to our right), Crows Nest for ocean front romantic dining, cocktails & entertainment, Johnnys for fresh seafood and a great harbor view, Aldos, El Palomar, The Kind Grind, etc., look no further! This is an entertainers paradise, newly remodeled with all of the high tech details you desire--two flat screens, a multi location stereo system, Free WiFI so that you can stay connected if desired, brand new stainless gas grill for your BBQ on the sunny front deck while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers, and much more. Serene and tranquil fenced back yard with gorgeous succulent and hydrangea garden. Three spacious bedrooms, including a private Master suite with private entrance to the back yard/garden, an over-sized bathtub for relaxing bubble baths after a long day at the beach, all complete with brand new linens & towels of course! Hot Tub and Fire Pit in the Back. Also included for your use are two cruiser bikes to explore the quiet beach-side neighborhood, 2 boogie boards & 2 skim boards! With three bedrooms, we sleep eight in beds comfortably.

This was such a homey home. So welcoming, so beautiful and such a wonderful stay. The gated front yard and back was perfect for a 2 yr old granddaughter, everything was perfect in the home, Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommended!

My sister and brother-in-law have a place four blocks away. They have a toddler, and a six month old. I'm middled aged and I brought my senior parents to stay in this rental with me. Being able to walk such a short distance back and forth between houses was invaluable. My sister brought the kids over every morning to watch Bluey and play in the hot tub. The three month old said he wanted to live there. We made use of the bunkbeds and had a slumber party one night. My mother is very ill and both my parents really needed this trip and I believe it was truly healing. Everyone is super happy. Plenty of parking; very little traffic by the house. Very close to the beach, and the garage came equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and lots of toys. My family will be staying at this house again and we're already discussing when that will be. Great house, great host, great neighborhood to leave your car and walk places. This vrbo was cheaper than renting a room for my parents and myself at the Sea and Sand Inn, and I much prefer where we stayed. I will recommend renting this house to my friends and family.

We really loved our stay here, and wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy walk to the beach, Crow's Nest, and cafes. Really cozy, clean, airy home + super easy communication with the owner. Especially loved watching the sunset in the gorgeous back yard.

Great spot for a family vacation
We had an amazing time. Place was well furnished and stocked with everything our family needed to head to the beach and cook a few meals in house. Close to everything- walkable to one beach and a few food places, but a car opens up a lot more of surrounding beaches and towns. Highly recommend!

Excellent spring break for ages 5-7
We had a fantastic spring break. This house was perfect for two couples and three kids. We were able to walk to the beach, to brunch, a playground, bike to the beach and Arana Gulch, walk to happy hour at Crow’s Nest, BBQ on the patio, hot tub, and more. What a great house, neighborhood and experience! Thanks, we will be back.

Great location, cozy house and great communication
Loved walking down the street to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants--and that it was even close enough to do easily with our kids (4 and 7). Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. House layout worked well for our group; the grandparents came with us and were able to stay in the master suite on one end of the house, while we and our kids had the bedrooms and bath on the other side of the main living area. And the owner was very responsive throughout -- sending a warm welcome email immediately after we reserved, and responding quickly when we texted with a question during our stay.

Ringing in 2022 beachside!
We rang in the new year with our 2 sons and close friends of ours. This perfect little gem is located near the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and filled with amenities. We made wonderful memories and look forward to booking our next little getaway! The property manager, Mary was amazing and the BEST!

Comfortable home and good location
We spent 2 weeks at this property.
It is a great size and the hot tub and firepit made this property very nice in cooler September temperatures. It is very close to the twin lakes beach but slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and wharf. The beach chairs were great! The house has cute beach decor and is generally well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little outdated but overall a nice comfortable place for a family get together.

We love this beach house!
This is our third time renting this home from Mary and we absolutely love it! The location is primo; short walk to beach, Crow's Nest and yacht harbor. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you'll ever need for a beach vacation; high quality beach chairs, towels, coolers and lots of toys! The home is large enough to accommodate several couples or a larger family. The hot tub in the back yard is divine after a day at the beach. We will definitely rent here again! Lovely house in a great neighborhood
This is a lovely house with nice owners in a great location close to the harbor! It is walkable to the harbor, Twin Lakes Beach, and other local businesses, which makes it very convenient. Nice neighbors are all around too. The backyard fire pit and hot tub are wonderful.

You can’t beat the location of this property. While it isn’t large, it has everything you need to enjoy the beauty and beaches of Santa Cruz. The decor is comfortable and pleasing and a welcome place to come back to and relax . I highly recommend this for families or small groups..
