Lovely house just few blocks from beach, special for a family trip, vacation and relax time. Neighborhood is still under development / renovation process but this property is well maintained and we had a great time here. Service level from management was great!!

We loved the place. The house is near the Santa Cruz beach, (start nights, days with fishing and sailing and boottrips and a lot of surfing, and very comfortable. There are 3 great bathrooms, and enough space for all the (adult) children. It was clean, quiet surroundings, friendly neighbours, and we felt welcome. Plenty of towels, toiletpaper, wasmachine tablets and kitchen equipment. Also enough parking place, and a small place for coffee nearbye. A minor thing was the internet, wifi was not always strong enough to work from home. We will certainly come back.

Modern condo near the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk and wharf. Very nicely decorated. Bikes were available for quick travel to many areas. We enjoyed the 65 degree temperatures (July) while the rest of the country was suffering through 100+ degree temperatures.

The property was pretty dirty. They ask for guests to remove their shoes, but we ended up cleaning the floors on our first night. One swipe of the floor and it was dirty. It would have been nice to have coffee, but there is a local shop. Pool table was nice. Absolutely no AC, thankfully it wasn’t the hot part of the season. Best part of the property was the location. All the appliances are super old. Something that would have taken 5 minutes to cook at home took almost an hour.

Overall great. Easy to check in. Plenty of room. Well stocked. Nice porch to sit and eat. Simple, so not overcrowded. Kids room was absolutely perfect for my 4 and 6 year old. Easy, short walk to beach. Would definitely come back.

This is our second stay at this wonderful Seabright property. The home is very clean, wonderfully equipped and very close to the beach. It’s a great family vacation beach home, and the property manager was excellent with a few minor issues. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for us to explore Santa Cruz. We had 4 “teens” who enjoyed walking to the Boardwalk, SeaBright beach or Betty’s for fries & shakes!

We were a family staying here for a week (7 of us). We found the kitchen very well equipped. The living and dining areas were spacious. We really appreciated the large dining table. There were not any dressers in the bedroom, though the master BR next to the living area had lots of shelves in the closet. This was a minor issue compared to all the positives. Location is excellent. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This property set up worked great for a large family or 2 smaller ones traveling together. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (including the awesome kids space with lofted beds, art table, tv etc) and the 4th bedroom is a master suite upstairs off the main living area. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Awesome location walking distance to beach, restaurants, quick 1 mile to boardwalk. Owner was very responsive, we hope to stay again soon!

This property is well located in Seabright. Close to some neighborhood restaurants and walkable to the Beach Boardwalk or Seabright beach. House was clean and we found nearly everything we needed in the kitchen.

Wonderful property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Seabright property! It is very clean, has everything a family would need, and the location is perfect; close to beach and Seabright shops. It felt very comfortable and was truly a relaxing stay for us. The pool table was a bonus for my kids and husband. We hope to stay again soon!

Comfortable home near the beach
We were attending a family wedding and this home had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk from the house. It was easy to navigate from there to anywhere we had to go. Off street parking a huge plus. Space separation for our 2 small families sharing the home. Host provided helpful information on site and was very responsive to any question. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great roomy house in a convenient location
We had a great stay! This house was a good size for all 8 of us, both kids and adults. We weren't there a whole lot as there were too many fun things to do nearby, but we cooked a couple of breakfasts in the kitchen, which was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and having three full bathrooms was very nice. The house is on a busier street in the neighborhood but the windows are pretty soundproof and only the kids bed is in the front of the house and they didn't seem bothered. The other bedrooms are at the back of the home and are very quiet. We were able to easily walk to both the boardwalk and the beach and the downtown area is only a 5 minute drive. Very convenient location! When I had a question for Mirian she was available right away and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and proximity to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk was easy to get to with the available bikes. The kids had a great time. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs, wagon and beach toys though.

Great house in a perfect location
This was one of the best housed we ever rented for a vacation. The kitchen was stocked with utensils like we've never seen before and as I like to cook, this was just perfect. The location is fantastic (3 minute walk to the beach) and really close to midtown (which we liked a lot). Highly recommend this property!!

We were a group of 6, three of them kids under the age of 5, and we had a wonderful time at this beach house. It was a great experience from the very beginning. I appreciated the contactless check-in, especially during COVID ,with the keyless entry. The kitchen was well-equipped with an ice maker, Keurig and regular coffee machine, and water filtration system. For the kids, there was a pack n' play, folding stools for the kids to reach the sink, high chair and even a baby bathtub seat. There's adequate parking for 2 cars in the driveway and bikes/beach toys/chairs/umbrella for you to use for the beach in the garage. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids and all of the beds were comfortable. The patio has a nice sized table with a bbq (which we didn't use during our stay). The property is beautiful, well decorated and a convenient 5 min walk to the beach in one direction, and a 5 min walk to restaurants (Betty's Burgers, Linda's Seabreeze cafe, Tramonti) in the other. The home has a no-shoe policy (which keeps the home so clean) and there is plenty of shoe storage and hooks to keep things organized in the entryway. Awesome Location!! Summer Beach Vaca Gem
Super short walk to Seabright Beach! The house was super clean and even roomier than it looks in the pics. Kids had a great time playing pool, grabbing burgers and shakes at Betty's Burgers and hanging out at the beach. Beds in every room were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check-in/check-out and the owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This rental went beyond our expectations! It was very very clean and located one block away from the beach. We were a party of 7 and everyone was comfortable in their rooms and other shared spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked! You really do feel like your in a home away from home! We will definitely come back!
