Beautiful views and a very spacious house. Beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was great. The kids loved it. There was a morrisons just down the road and a bus stop near by.
Not a dislike but just to say, it's not dog secure and you need to be quite fit to be able to access the house (steep steps) and the higher garden areas. But you get fab views!!

The view and the facilities at the property were amazing. We didn't know there would be a HUGE garden with such a spectacular view. Wow, the photos don't do this property justice! It actually rained heavily the whole time we were there but since the home was spacious we could cook and enjoy the rainy days in the dinning room or in the hot tub. It is the perfect location to do yoga while watching the sunrise. Rain or shine, I would come back to this property any time. We even saw a deer in the garden. Thank you for the reminder e-mail the day before checking out of what to do when checking out, that was very helpful.
The neighbours. Thankfully the host of this property called us to tell us to stop playing music while we were outside at 5pm. We wish the neighbours complained to us directly as we didn't realise. When re-reading the instructions we saw it was actually don't play music at all, we thought it was don't play music after 10pm. We are sorry to both the neighbours and the host for playing music outside.

The property certainly has the 'wow' factor! The views are phenomenal from all aspects. The garden has several levels with the views changing at each. Every room is huge, with the main living areas being all open plan to allow for socialising. The hot tub is just outside the living area and was well-used by our group. The property is within walking distance to Teignmouth and it is just a few mins walk to Morrisons. Planning to return next year. Vendor was very friendly and helpful.
The land the property is on is very steep, and there are lots of steps inside and out, so it isn't an appropriate place for anyone who has mobility issues. Two of the party had their swimming costume/trunks terribly discolour/fade in the hot tub - use old cozzies! The hot water went off twice during our stay but a quick call to the vendor rectified it quickly. We didn't have an issue with all the rules that others have complained about. One of the neighbours' house is right next to the hot tub and we certainly wouldn't like it if large parties were in the hot tub every night next to our own home.
