The location of this condo is the highlight! It is within walking distance of pier park, Diego’s, Sharky’s, Walmart and target. The space of the condo is also fabulous. 3 bed and 3 bath. Although it could use some updating (cracked tiles, furniture, towels) the space makes up for it. Great views as well. It was very clean. The pool areas were awesome. Loved the tiki bar. They also monitored use of chairs in pool area to decrease the amount of people saving them and hoarding. This was great and fair since the beach was closed a day or two during our stay. Any issues were handled promptly and in a friendly manner by the contact person. Some requests I made while there that are outstanding: -door mat needed to capture sand. -deck lounger broken -additional cookie sheets and dish towels to accomodate a large family. -keurig coffee maker would be nice. Have stayed here multiple times and plan on returning.

Our condo was extremely clean. The view from the top floor was amazing. We love to stay at the Calypso Resort because it is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the pier.

What a great place! Our norm for family vacations for years has been Orlando and all the parks. This year we changed because of their increased pricing, and what a jewel we found in Panama City. This unit is marvelous! The best of views, of locations, and of comfort! Walking distance to many activities and food at Pier Park, and right on the beach. A jewel to find, and one to which we plan to return!

Great spring break vacation. Pictures of condo are very accurate. Might want to show that the master bedroom has a closet because based on the pictures, I was worried there wasn’t a closet for the master bedroom. Condo definitely needs updated but was still clean and very nice. Also, you should let guests know if the washer is not high efficiency because I bought all he products for laundry. You need better pillows for master bedroom and maybe a couple extra blankets. These minor things I’ve mentioned are only helpful suggestions and nothing that affected our vacation. I loved how spacious the condo is; plenty of room for all 5 of us. Overall, very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable condo. DeAnn is very friendly, responsive and replies to any calls quickly. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo.

The only thing wrong is the washer and dryer need to be updated. The dryer takes to long to dry. I was with special needs girls who was on their first real vacation to the ocean and they loved the view from the balcony each night and in the mornings. Plan on another vacation there next year

All in all the property was wonderful. Great amenities and location. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms allowed for individual privacy. The balcony and view from it was fantastic. The unit shows a bit of expected wear being a rental property but doesn’t detract from anything. 5 stars. Beach access is fantastic as were the chairs and umbrella included. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to pier park. I will be back in the future.

This is an amazing condo with the absolute best views. We enjoyed everything about this place and trip. A few things that need attention are: new bed pillows are really needed, the toilet in the master suite is very loose/wobbly, and the living room furniture is pretty worn in. However, everything worked as it should and was very clean. We definitely would stay here again.

Deann, the owner is amazing to work with! We didn't need to contact the owner after we arrived BUT I'm sure we would have had an immediate response! As many have said from the 23rd floor it was an AWESOME view! The condo was in walking distance to the pier, shopping and restaurants! We were blessed to be able to check out at 3:00pm because our plane didn't take off until 6:00pm so Deann worked with us on that which was VERY helpful! We are sure you will enjoy this condo being right on the beach and walking distance to alot of places!

We selected this property originally because of its location. We have been to Panama City Beach before and wanted to be able to walk to dinner, putt-putt, Pier Park, etc. and this condo was perfect. The check in and out processes were seamless. The views were incredible. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. We did not need to contact the property manager for anything during our stay, but I feel confident they would have been responsive. I definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

We really enjoyed this property - plenty of room for us and four teens. The location was perfect for us in that we never had to drive anywhere. Instead, we'd simply walk out the door and head to various restaurants. The beach was also very nice, and we're glad it wasn't too crowded during our end-of-May trip. Recommended!

I’ve stayed in PCB multiple times and this was the best unit so far. It’s walking distance to the pier and pier park, it’s a penthouse with a gorgeous view, the unit was clean and roomy, and met all of our needs for the week!

This place is perfect! Spectacular view of the emerald-blue ocean water as soon as you walk in. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms. Loved the friendly beachy feel of the decor throughout the condo and the comfy beds. We really felt like we were on vacation – with all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was there, and the place was exceptionally clean. Calypso is SO close to Pier Park that we were able to walk everywhere. The pools have an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. We even saw some dolphins from the balcony!! The penthouse view from 2309W makes it a perfect place to beach vacation!

Our family of five enjoyed every minute of our trip even though the weather wasn't perfect. I am still in awe of the views from the balcony with a white sand beach and emerald greenish-blue ocean. There was an excellent selection of cocktails at the resort Tiki Bar between two swimming pools. Local restaurants and stores were very close for walking. We took a 2-hour boat tour of the area and saw many dolphins. We will be back for sure.

The views are so beautiful from this condo! Located on the top west corner of the building you can see the beach from everyone window. This was our second stay in this condo and enjoyed everyday. We were in PCB for our 4 yr wedding anniversary and hope to stay here next year and maybe even before then.

Upon arrival we found many unpleasant and disappointing issues with the condo. There were broken floor tiles, the cleaners left their wagon and cleaning supplies in the unit for 5 days of our stay, mold in bathrooms, broken stopper in the sink, burnt out and missing lights bulbs, stained comforters, and stained mattress covers. This unit is in great need of improvements. I have stayed in many different condos and this one is by far the worse.

Parking passes worked on and off and most of the time had to have the attendant raise the gate for us. We got stuck for a VERY long time during shift change bc our pass didn't work. Not the condo owners fault. The whole building had issues coming and going from here.
