The villa is located very close to the beach. Hosts are super friendly. There is a restaurant very near, good for breakfast, lunch, etc. Very good value for money.

I know everyone says this but I don’t normally leave reviews unless it was really good or really bad. I almost don’t want to tell everyone about this little slice of paradise. The place was exactly how it looked online. It was perfect for two adults and two children. The distance to the beach was an easy walk, even if doing it multiple times a day. We found ourselves walking down for the sunrise each morning which was special. The beach out front the place was never crowded even when the resorts next door were lined with umbrellas and chairs we felt like we had our own private beach and water access. There was a big umbrella that we took down to the beach each day to avoid buying one. Only downfall was the beach chair situation, wish the unit had actual beach chairs instead of tailgate chairs lol. We made it work and it certainly didn’t take away from the trip. The guys selling the chairs and umbrellas are nice and seemed to work with people on the rates. Most days chairs were $15 each and umbrellas $30. Violas was good not great when it came to the food. Nice that it was onsite for quick bites when needed. The pools were perfect for us, kids enjoyed having them right there. We walked to The Atlantis one night which was nice. You can walk to a small grocery store but a little far when walking back to the unit with groceries. Not a far drive to one of our favorite places to eat, The Poop Deck. We also made the trip to Goldie’s in the fish fry district which was unreal food.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was beautiful.

The location is good with the bar and restaurant nearby. The Ocean did not cooperation until the last two of our seven days. It was very rough, too much for us to swim. The Kitchen was functional but groceries were hard to get. We ate out mostly. The disappointments were with the remotes for the air-conditioning and for the TVs. We could not change the temperature or turn off the air conditioning which was too cold upstairs and down. Also the TV remotes were impossible and the TVs useless. The owner's friend came and magically made one TV work but we could not get it to function. We will not return since we made arrangements for a timeshare in a complex with a beautiful ocean view for the next few years. I should say the location was good for walkers. It is an easy walk to Atlantis and the beach is nice to walk long distances.

Our 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with full kitchen was everything we needed. The unit was literally 10 steps from the pool and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient and the location of the property was within walking distiance to all the Paridise Island attractions. An 1 hour walk or 10 minute cab ride got you to downtown Nassau. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach proximity. No public transportation in this area only extremely expensive taxis..

Property has a lovely pool with lounge chairs, so when we didn't feel like renting beach chairs we just hung out at the pool! (The place actually does come with beach chairs and umbrella but we wanted lounge chairs, which you can rent at beach. Make sure to bargain them down--we got them down to $30 / day.) The apartment itself is spacious and the restaurant on the property is really, REALLY good! Try the conch (or fish) tacos or the spicy wrap. Walking distance to Atlantis, Anthony's (another great restaurant) and the ferry terminal where many of the excursions leave from. 2 min walk down a path to the beach. Love love love this place.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. Loved everything about it. If your looking for something busy it's a short walk. But we were more than happy to enjoy the quiet.

We loved everything about our stay here! The condo is wonderful and the property is so great. The location on Cabbage Beach is perfect. Go out the gate and take a right to enjoy a great time on the beach. If it gets windy or rough, step right out the condo and enjoy the pool. We had everything we needed. Then there is the on site restaurant, Violas. We LOVED everything we had there and ate there at least once a day. Best prices on the island and such great food. We definitely recommend this condo.

Good privacy, patio. Two pools on property, one included a baby 1 foot deep pool, as well as a nice restaurant. Never had a bad meal there. Very nice and pleasant staff. Location is right on the ocean with gated stairs leading down to the beach. You can rent loungers on the beach. AC worked great. Water pressure was horrible in shower but full force in faucets. Bed was large and firm. Couch pull out bed was not so comfortable. My 18yr slept on it. Bedroom located upstairs with a spiral staircase . Atlantis Marina Village is a short walk, if you consider 3/4 mile short. Taxi's always available. Nassau is about 3 miles away. I would recommend this resort for a nice rest and relax kind of vacation.

Great location, the beach and everything is right there. Check in and check out times were very flexible which was great. Violas bar and restaurant at the Villa was awesome, we ate there many times and the service/hospitality was great (shout out to Herman and Shaq there), food was good and affordable compared to most places
Would definitely stay there again

Great location/Maintenance needed
It was a great stay that allowed us to do everything we wanted. We were in Villa 101. The plumbing was slow but that might be the case in most residential Villa's. It was amazing to have a washer and dryer right in the unit and they provided every essential item that we needed. We would definitely stay again as the location was on the beach. The overall building needed some serious maintenance fixes. We could use the pool but the case part was crumbing into the pool. There was a path to the beach which was supposed to be secure but one of the gates was broke, we just had to push it open. The fence that was supposed to keep locals out was laying on the ground making the building accessible to anyone.
I would recommend any renter get a rental car to be able to experience Nassau. Feel free to get a taxi but know it is expensive. We went to Super Value grocery on the main island and it was the best value compared to other grocery stores. Overall, though, we would definitely comes back if the opportunity presents itself.

Paradise at the Sunnrise ❤️
My spouse and I absolutely love it!!! The place was walking distance to every thing… Atlantis, ferry, shops, restaurants… Viola’s restaurant on site is delicious and the Beauchamps well it is Paradise!!!
The condo was nice and clean (as usual). It is the best corner unit, as it is located at the very end, straight to the beach !!! No neighbour just nature!!! We simply loved it. It is our 2nd time there and we will go back! Enjoy!!!

Very nice location
Great location, just a one min walk to the beach. Host was very fast in responding to any requests for information. Viola’s restaurant on property has very good food, although required reservations on Friday night.
Beach was clean, and the locals were very friendly. Beach vendors were around but not pushy at all.
The unit itself was as advertised and the pictures are an accurate reflection of the size/ condition. Both the unit and resort are getting older, and could use an update. We would happily return though as it was just the two of us and we spent the day on the beach.

Staying in the condo was a great way to relax on Paradise Island. It was quiet and relaxing without being at one of the larger resorts. We ( 2 women) felt very safe staying there. The condo was clean and well stocked. The close beach access was great and we loved having the patio to hang out in. There are lounge chairs on the beach to use for free (tips were appreciated) and a vendor selling drinks and food. Violas restaurant on site was excellent and so reasonably priced compared to everywhere else. The restaurant staff was friendly and everything we ordered was outstanding. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have information on various tours and excursions and are more than glad to call and make reservations for you. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower. We talked with other people staying there and it seemed to be a common issue in all the units. If you plan on using the sofa bed downstairs, you will have to move the coffee table and side chair out of your way but there is plenty of room to tuck them away. That wasn't a big deal for us. The bedroom upstairs is really large and there is a roll-a-way bed up there as well. The a/c worked great with separate controls for upstairs and downstairs. There is a little market within walking distance but for a little extra money we were able to get the taxi driver to make a quick stop there on the way in from the airport. The office staff were glad to call a cab for us when we needed one and there are plenty around the area. We only waited about 5 minutes for a cab. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here for our 5 day vacation and hope to be able to come back again some day.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Beach. The unit was well furnished and the owners were very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a chilled bottle of wine and fresh fruit upon our arrival. The staff are very attentive onsite and at the restaurant/bar, Viola’s.While the beach is fairly empty early morning and late afternoon it did get crowded with people from the cruise ships from 10 - 4 as all beaches are open to the public.

We really enjoyed our stay. Carey welcomed us and gave us a good orientation. Everything in the unit was perfectly clean and fresh. Superb location, quiet & quaint, gracious hosts!
We had a fantastic time on our anniversary at this property. It is very quiet and situated perfectly between 2 large resorts so there are amenities nearby but without the constant motion of the mega resorts. It was a good size for 2 people, very safe/secure, a few steps to the pool, and about 100yds from the beautiful ocean & beach.

Clean property, great friendly service
Our accommodation was clean and arrival was very welcoming with fresh flowers, fresh fruit and cookies awaiting us. The owner was very gracious and friendly as were service people. The property location was in close proximity to shops and the beach was beautiful.
A return visit is certainly in the future...Thanks Dee and Carey for a most wonderful vacation. Heather and Donna

Condo in paradise
Super comfortable condo with attentive owners who were willing to help at any time. The bed was superb. Cooking at the condo and having a washer / dryer really made you feel like home. Violas restaurant was always lively and the food is quite good. The location is convenient. Not too far from Atlantis and the beach is super. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo
The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted online. The pool is right off of your patio and the beach is literally a 60-second walk. The complex itself is very nice, too. Not too big where it's overwhelming but big enough to have two pools and a nice bar and grill. It's very secure and every employee we came across was nice and cheerful.
The condo is a short walk to the Paradise Island Shopping plaza, which has a market liquor store and some shops. Across the street is Marina Village (part of Atlantis), where we ate a couple times. Just beyond that is the ferry that will take you to downtown Nassau for $4.
If we ever find ourselves coming back to the island I will definitely look into booking this condo again. Thank you Nalini, Dee and Carey!

Loved the location
Carey greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She was sure we had the pass codes and important phone #s if needed. Periodically she would stop and check in on us when we were outside. Our T-Mobile phone we purchased, did not work there for making reservations. The office staff was so very helpful to schedule our reservations and call taxis for us. Wonderful time, peaceful, would highly recommend.

Perfect location for affordable price
This was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip of 3. Owner very responsive before and during our stay for questions and recommendations. Carey, who takes care of the home, met us when we arrived at the villa and showed us around. Gallon of water, three water bottles and apples when we arrived were nice. WiFi and cable available at villa. Villa was nice and enough space for 3 of us. They had a pull out sofa downstairs, queen bed upstairs and also a rollout twin bed. Ample enough of towels and toiletries. They had beach chairs and umbrellas if needed in the villa. Viola’s restaurant on site has great food and specials daily, cheapest we found on paradise island, we ate there most days. Short walk to Anthony’s restaurant and liquor and small grocery store (however be aware prices on paradise island much higher than Nassau so recommend stopping in Nassau on your way in if you’d like to prepare most of your food). We only needed milk, fruit punch and extra water as we wanted to eat out most of the time and brought dry food and snacks in our luggage. The beach is literally steps away. There are people from the cruise ship who do go out to the beach as their excursion, so some days more crowded than others depending on how many cruise ships in bay but we always had nice spot. There are vendors/locals on the beach who walk around and offer drink packages (from their individual coolers) or water activities, they are very nice but heard from others that drinks not worth it. So we were ok on just buying our liquor at liquor store and making our own drinks. Our exuma excursion to go see swimming pigs was cancelled due to weather so we went to Atlantis aquaadeveture for the day ($120/each) and had lots of fun. However not as many water slides as I was expecting for the high price. The office ladies helped us reserve a sailboat excursion with the Flying Cloud (highly recommend) and get a taxi back to the airport. Make sure to ask taxi fare before getting into taxi and can perhaps negotiate. We also walked to the harbor and took the water ferry taxi to downtown Nassau for a day ($8round trip per person) and walked around market and then about one mile walk to the fish fry vendors (must do for local food) you can also hop on the bus if you don’t want to talk ($1.50).
Overall tip: bring cash and lots of change! Things are expensive compared to the US so be prepared.
Overall will definitely be back to this villa and highly recommend. So affordable!

Great Location, Nice Condo
We had a great stay at this condo. The location was perfect, and so was the weather! The beach and ocean is the nicest I've ever seen! The unit itself was a bit tired but it did the trick. It had everything we needed from kitchen appliances, all the utensils, and well stocked in terms of sundries. The bed was comfortable too!
The people at the resort were super friendly and Nalini (the owner) and Carey were VERY responsive if ever I had a problem or a question...she literally responded in minutes!
My wife and I are big walkers so there were miles of beach to walk on. We also walked to restaurants in the area, including checking out Atlantis on a few occassions (very expensive!). The liquor store was a 10 minute walk, which was handy. Beer is extremely expensive ($65 a case) but liquor is cheap. We ate breakfast in the unit each day and even had lunch and some suppers in the condo. A full kitchen with a BBQ made that possible. The grocery store is over the bridge, so I would suggest taking a taxi ($15 each) and stocking up at the beginning of your stay.
All in all a fantastic vacation at a very reasonable price. Excellent value for money!
