Lots of space for my family to spread out. Pool and basketball court were loved by my teens. Quiet at night. Walkable neighbourhood. Surprisingly good shower.
Problems with the elevators on our first day. Were told by residents and other guests that this had been happening frequently.

Traci at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back. This place is great for kids or a fun overnight stay!

luxury building. The apartment was gorgeous. The floor to ceiling windows. The view. The location.
The front desk people could be better. I forgot my key so I couldn’t use the elevator from the 12 th floor. I couldn’t get back into my room bec of no key and I was stuck. I called my husband who was already down waiting for me in the car. He asked the front desk to send someone to release the elevator and the girl at the front said no figure it out on your own. My husband had to depart the car and go back up to the 12 th floor to get me down. I think this was terrible.

Location, room was beautiful
No daily housekeeping. The one day we had housekeeping, bathroom wasn't cleaned and trash not taken out.
Parking was $70 a day. Staff not helpful with parking information. I later figured out about Spot Hero and free street parking 10p-8a.

I liked how the assistant manager listened with compassion and tried to remedy the egregious show of force used by his staff.
Check-out is 11 am. Employees came to my room at 11:09 with a gun and security to make me leave. I was booking another night on booking.com and wanted to show them my reservation but they wouldn’t hear any of it. They didn’t call the room first. They just came with force after I informed the maid at 11 that I had another reservation and would be coming downstairs to inform staff. Minutes later, they forced me out of the room in the 11 o’clock hour, forced me off of my professional Zoom call, and escorted me downstairs with a gun. Three employees kept telling me that forcing me down with security right after checkout is their policy and they do it for everyone. I asked them if they have late checkout. Erick said yes. Then I asked why not give me a late checkout while we figure out the reservation situation? Erick snickered and said it was because Security Hutchinson wanted to come upstairs with them. I explained this was inappropriate and that their cavalier use of force is dangerous. They were unmoved and unwilling to talk reasonably.
I was alarmed so I asked for a manager and they had the most reasonable and empathetic assistant manager come to help me once I explained what the employees had done to me. This manager listened with compassion, agreed that the behavior was aggressive and sought to solve the problem by helping me make another reservation (after I learned I didn’t submit my original). I returned to the room that I was forced out of with a gun.
I booked this place to have a quiet place to write and do work. Sadly, with many aggressive employees, it overshadows the good employees and I couldn’t enjoy it.
The aggression could be due to an active shooting that took place at the building the week before my arrival. It seems like there are many parties and and wild happenings at this place. But forcing business people off of meetings with a visible gun is not how to attract a business clientele. Only the partiers would tolerate this behavior.
