Location was perfect for my activities. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Clean, large room.

The location. The free tea and water. Cleaning team
The room was small, the door in the shower wasn’t easy to close. Furniture pretty basic.

Free tea and coffee on 3rd floor, a microwave as well as there isn’t one in the room.
The room was just okay. TV didn’t work. A hole in the wall outside of our bathroom. Our room faced offices so we had to keep blinds closed as I’m sure they could see in our room. There was also no sunlight on that side of building. I feel the rooms needed a lot of touch ups with little things. Photos online didn’t match what we got.

Layout of the closet and bed were nice.
The bathroom had poor design flaw. The doors to the toilet and shower could've been structured better. There is almost no room to open and close the toilet door once you're inside. I accidentally opened the door inwards while I was getting up from using the toilet and the corner of the door ended up cutting open my pinky toe. I bled so much and was in pain the rest of the trip.
In addition, the housekeeping threw away my packet of Cottonelle wipes that were on the floor next to the toilet. There were probably 10-15 wipes left.

Location was great
The wi-fi was awful. It messed up my phone. I will not be able to stay at this hotel again :(

Location was great, and the folks upstairs at Aire ended up being helpful.
Check-in process was awful, rooms were not comfortable (the bathroom design is interesting to say the least), food at the restaurant was pretty bad, the food provided at our super expensive event was even worse. There were literally costco style trays of raw vegetables with buckets of ranch sauce. Quite disappointed with the event and will definitely not book at this hotel again.

Location. Modern and practical room design. Very comfortable bed, coffee maker in the room. Unlike other comments, we had no problem with hot water in the mornings.
we tried breakfast once, and although the female staff was nice and friendly, the service was too slow in our opinion, so we decided to choose a nearest Yolk a few block away for the next two days of our stay.

Location was great; room was great and the bed and pillows were fantastic. Very nice and worth it!
The air wasn't working for my friend so the workers had to bring in a fan, but otherwise it worked out.

We travelled in a group so we had different rooms. There was lovely self service chill out on the third floor, coffee was really good and the set were very comfortable we would sit there most morning etc. Also, the staff were very friendly, approachable and professional.

Everything was great. The valet was top-tier. All attractions, shopping, tours, and food are within close proximity. Walgreens on every corner for convenience. Great location, would definitely stay here again.
Need more luggage carts.
