the property is within good travel time from where I was coming from
I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel washroom. it was very ghetto in the swimming pool area

It’s a beautiful property and the front desk is amazing! It’s in a convenient location! The room was beautiful and spacious ! The bed was comfortable!
The main reason I booked this property is because of location and the fact it was listed as soundproof as I hate hearing other guests when I stay at hotels! It indeed was not soundproof as I could hear the room above mines conversation and flushing of the toilet all night ! I usually do not sleep with the tv on but I had to do so in order to try and block out the sound! Also, the parking is expensive and as much as we pay for the rooms already it should either be complimentary or $10-15 cheaper!

Everything.
Nothing.

I like that they had a indoor pool
no complimentary breakfast, no free Wi-Fi , had to pay $35 for parking and the ticket machine was not working. I had to get out my car and walk back to the front desk Every time I wanted to leave the gate it was very frustrating. I couldn’t pay cash for my room, but they told me cash was except it for everything else. It just didn’t make sense.

location and cleanliness, staff was pleasant. Adobo Grill was tasty and food was prepared quickly. Starbucks on-site was nice.
beds were uncomfortable. had to use the sofa bed and the mattress was so thin and broken down. the pool wasn’t as warm as we’d expect for a heated pool.
the $35/ night fee for parking in the garage. no thermostat in room was odd.

The room was nice. Our first night check in staff was nice. The information was shared by the first night staff for parking but not online.
The fact that none of chicago has free parking is a huge misinform. We drove in and was charged nightly for parking. This info was not shared online. The second evening staff was very rude and misinforming about the parking. From what was told to us, we needed to prepay, however, never stated that we also had to get a ticket every time upon entry. TO "RE-ENTER" I was told to go back out and press "intercom" and give my room number, and which I did, only to have to walk back into lobby, from outside a second time and learn , "Oh no! You have to just get a new ticket!". This was very frustrating. Further, staff that was there the second evening have absolutely no concept of "Good Customer Service". This is a real problem. People will have to problem coming there and paying the prices, but if the staff is not good or proper, then they would not even think to go back.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel.
The sleeper sofa mattress was old and raggedy. It looked like a mattress from the 1970’s.

The rooms appeared to be clean and the staff was pleasant.
1. I booked this hotel for my daughter's birthday so she and her two friends could swim in the HEATED pool. The pool was barely even lukewarm and the hot tub jets were broken.
2. The heading "1 br suite with _____ beds and pullout sofa should be that and fully functional. The room was small and it was not a 1 br. There was no separate room. That completely ruined the sleeping plan for our stay. The sofa bed had NO LINENS ON IT and there was not any pillows for the bed either. So we had to request they bring us the linens and pillows.
3. The wifi and parking are outrageously priced. Considering the TVs are outdated and only offer basic cable the least you could do is offer wifi.
I frequently stay at hotels and was expecting this hotel to be at least comparble to other nearby suites and was very disappointed. I had to rent an additional suite with a king bed because mine was so small and misrepresented as having a "bedroom." They explained that only the king suites actually have a separated bedroom. At least it was cheaper to rent there than booking.com. This room also had the sofa bed with NO LINENS. Booking overcharged by $65. The pool being cold and hot tub broken also ruined the experience as that and the separate room were the ONLY reasons I chose it. I will not be staying here again and Im questioning why Im using booking if none of the info was accurate and the price was more.
