Close to the beach and restaurants.
Not always someone available to get information. Also not good with English language.

This was a hostel, not a hotel.

Good restaurant on site.

This hotel is hosted and owned by the most responsible and lovely human, who speaks perfect English and treats you like his family. Whatever we needed and wished during these two weeks staying there, he made it possible so smoothly. Once we needed a taxi, when the taxi did not show up, he drove us personally. On site, is also the fantastic restaurant that he owns and runs, and you could taste his professional master chef training in every dish. The hotel is walking distance to the most beautiful beach and park, and right in the center of everything. All the other staff on site are also the nicest people l have ever met. Thanks!
The hotel is right there where everything is going, so it is not quite, but you could always go to the most serene beach or your destination easily.
The hotel doesn't have hot water, but we found it not a problem at all. In this tropical climate, we really enjoyed the cold water shower.
I saw some other reviews with such negative comments that are not true! It hurts! These people put their hearts to it and they deserve respect. Maybe you shouldn't have 5 star expectations for paying this type of prices?

There was nothing to like about this so called hotel.
It was like a prison cell. The room was falsely advertised. It had no bed clothes, the door didn't lock and had no running water. When we tried to book into a different room the proprietor tried to charge more. I feel like it's a trap to get people to book here. When we asked to leave they claimed to have booked us a taxi and then left us waiting in the rain. Do not go here

The sheets were moldy, the bathroom was dirty!!!
There was no daily cleaning, there were many cockroaches!!!
There was no hot water in the whole hotel, that is the minimum in all hotels!!
There is no reception and the staff is not friendly.

perfect place to stay if you want to be walking distance to the beach (which closes at 5:30pm) and walking distance to the discoteca (bar/club)!! I loved the location, I loved the two workers as well? not only were they handsome but they were sweet and kind. I liked how the works respected our privacy! it made the stay more enjoyable.
the bathroom is connected to the rest of the room… it made it a little uncomfortable when having to poop because the whole room could smell and hear everything. the light in the bathroom lit up the room in a soft light and that was both good and bad as it did wake us up anytime someone had to use the restroom

not much, it’s close to the National park.
The room doesn’t look like the pictures in booking.com at all. The room was dirty, long dead insects everywhere. Some parts of the room apart or were never finished.
The facilities were dirty and haven’t been cleaned in a long time.
The so called pool has no filter or any cleaning, the surface was full with algea.
Next door is a bar/club which is running loud music till late.

The location was great very close to the beach
and facilities were good. Staff friendly and very good air-conditioning.
Didn't get warned that there was building work taking place on site meaning a very early wake up call.

Stuff was nice, they washed our clothes for us
They locked the gate and open it at 8am, we wanted to leave for a trip about 6am,but got to wait. Nobody told us about this in advance.
Some weird black out during the night, lights in room were flashing for quite some time in the middle of the night
Too much light from inside
The first room we booked was not very nice, so we had to upgrate
Kitchen cooker didn't work, no equipment
It is 200 meters from a beach, but the beach is not public, you have to pay entrance and it is opened only from 8am to 4pm

Friendly staff, good value
No Hot water shower
