Ubytování u potoka

Ubytování se nachází v lese u potoka. Panuje zde klid. Majitelé jsou velmi milí a vstřícní. Přestože jsme si zarezervovali určitý pokoj, majitelka nám vybrala za stejnou cenu ten nejlepší. Štědrý večer jsme trávili na pohodlném balkoně nad tekoucím potokem. Místo klimatizace ventilátor, který byl dostačující. Celkově se nám velmi líbilo a jednalo se o jedno z nejlepších ubytování, co jsme na Kostarice navštívili. Město s obchodem je nedaleko, taktéž vodopády či oceán. K přípravě večeře jsme využili kuchyni majitelů.

Beautiful small hotel with flowing stream, shade, shared kitchen, free tea, plus 3 jungle cabanas

Wonderful small hotel run by a grandmother and her daughter I think. Very friendly. Nice to have shared kitchen available. Good drinking water from the mountain, lovely stream runs by too which cools the place off more than others. Nice jungle cover and various places to sit in the sun or shade. Close to restaurants, cafes, waterfall. Even a trail in the jungle to a large yoga shala/pavilion on the stream. Quite nice! Easy walk to the main street and super market tiendas. It's a pretty built up area with grass fed butcher, bakery, expensive cafes, and some more local style. new food truck court nearby also for that $13 burger or rice. Some of the beds were newer than others but all were comfortable. I recommend the rooms with terrace overlooking the stream (2nd floor). The downstairs can be loud if guests don't know how to be conscious of others sleeping.

Fantastic family run place but not the quietest. We found they do have 3 cabanas in the forest jungle that are much quieter but a 3 minute walk on a trail. Highly recommend those. In the main hotel The doors are a bit loud and slam a lot, and the end large rooms have wood floor between so you can hear everyone below. There is a school next door as well so various music and kids after 8am. Also some dogs in the neighborhood but that's pretty normal. Sound carries a lot here with the stream though so if you're a light sleeper it could be challenging.

Beautiful place surrouded by forest and creek. Place was clean and the owners were so very nice to us 😊 recommended!

The view from the terrace was nice.

I didn't consider the place clean as I would imagine. But it didn't cost so much money, so I guess that for the price it is OK. Unfortunately I was really afraid of the bathroom. It was a nightmare for me.

A place that should be avoided especially on times of pandemia

Nothing is a really bad place to stay

Looks like a per hour motel. No follow up on the COVID disposures set up from the goverment. A place to avoid going to

Very good

The owner was very friendly. Large bedroom with comfortable bed.

For safety there should be a light at the entrance way leading up to property. I couldn’t see at all at 7:30pm. I was scared I entered someone’s private property. For the cost I wish the fan worked without stopping frequently throughout the night.
