Quiet street and right next to the park. Great shower. Very spacious and comfortable and everything I needed for my stay. Shop and train station just around the corner.
More pillows for the double bed and maybe a couple of fans to help keep it cool especially at night when no breeze coming through the windows.

Louise gave us all the details we needed for our stay. The flat is lovely with everything you need in the kitchen. Great while we were visiting family. The park opposite makes a lovely view.

No hairdryer in the property, reported it, and told one would be ordered, nothing ever arrived. 4 night stay with no hairdryer :-(
No street parking, permit only, we have to find alternative street parking and walk back.
The entrance/hallway to the flat was damp and cold no heating, and a dog barked every time you entered the property.
Water went cold every time we had a shower.
In need of decorating and a good clean, I have never seen so much dust on a TV.
4.5
the property is very close to Worthing station, well decorated, everything you need to cook and pretty easy for us to park.
I love dogs, but the one downstairs was barking every single time will get near to the stairs. the apartment felt really cold at times.

Quiet, spacious and clean flat, the photos were accurate. Parking wasn't a problem in the area. View from the front was great. Used the kitchen and iron. Heating worked well. Shower and bath were great. Bed was comfy and the bedroom was cool at night.
The entrance and the front garden were awful. Was made worse by the vast amount of leaves blowing around. Once your in the flat and settled its forgotten though. View from the back was not great. TV and digibox were not easy to use
4.5
The flat was big and clean, the beds comfortable, very nice bathroom and very spacious living room with beautiful views over the park. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. The location was perfect for our needs. Everything within walking distance, shops, railway station and little bit further the beach and the pier. Parking can be tricky, but because we didn't have a car it was not a problem. And the parking situation was explained very well in the description.
We were very happy with everything. The parking situation is not ideal, but it is a city centre, and there is nothing the owners can do about.

Good location. opposite a park and near the station and a shop.
The double bed was uncomfortable. The entrance hallway is smelly and not very inviting.

Nothing!

We loved how spacious the flat is and the gorgeous views of the park and trees. The flat was SPOTLESS and benefitted from new carpets, bathroom and kitchen. It also has very nice furniture and fittings, not at all a standard holiday let but a very nice flat that had the feel of a permanent home. Lots of toys and books for the children, and cot and bedding, highchair and stairgate all provided.
There are some parking restrictions on the road Mon-Sat mid-morning and mid-afternoon but it is easy enough to park on neighbouring streets when needed, and pick up and drop off also fine. The restrictions would not at all put us off staying again, but I suppose could be problematic depending on circumstances such as any mobility problems, or someone solo parenting and having to drop off luggage and move the car etc,

Lovely flat. Location great. Opposite a park and 10 minutes walk to Worthing station and the town centre and beach. Didn’t have a car so parking not an issue. Lots of shops nearby. Lovely little cinema on beach front and theatre ( when it is able to open)
Shame we cant book the weather but it is what it is and plenty to do if not beach and sunbathing weather. Regular trains direct to Brighton Chichester Portsmouth etc.
4.5
It was comfortable, real home from home. Louise had provided everything we could possibly need. It was situated within walking distance of the town centre and the seafront and opposite a lovely park. It’s really quiet and peaceful. The only downside if you can class it as a downside was the dog downstairs always started barking when we came in or left but to be fair we didn’t hear it at any other time.
Nothing really although the bath towels could have been bigger.

Lovely view of Victoria park.

This quiet apartment was located 7 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the seafront and pedestrianised high street shops, so very convenient. It faces a lovely park. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a sense of peace. It was spotless, well-configured and easy, with everything we needed to hand. We loved staying there.
Louise the host was lovely and generous with check in and check out times so we were able to make the very most of our stay. She communicated clearly and quickly.
We came by train and it was easy to travel around via public transport. As well as enjoying Worthing and its shingle beach and seafront, we had day trips to Brighton, Arundle and the village of Nepcote where we walked to Cissbury Ring on the beautiful South Downs.
The water could have been hotter
