Location
The room tv’s are very small

The location and the staff were very friendly qnd helpful.
Maybe a little bit dated decorating but everything worked and was perfectly fine
3.4
Great location, a stones throw from the beach. The hotel is a bit dated, like Fawlty Towers which was sort of cool.
Parking is awkward, even if there's space on the road outside, it's expensive. The twin room is a little cramped and basic for the price.
3.4
great location by the water front
my room was cold, there was some sort of auto repair shop next to my room that was active and loud at night / morning - the room was dated, wuite dirty within the bathroom

I love the chatsworth for good value and location. It’s comfortable , no frills and friendly and this is reflected in the price.
Unfortunately outside in the Steyne you get drunks screaming at eachother late at night .. not the fault of the hotel , but this is quite disturbing. Parking is a pain but just park further up the seafront for free .. no problem.

The hotel was in the right place , the hotel staff were polite and I will be staying here again.

Konumu merkezi, supermarket ve kafeler 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde , denizkenarı 2dk yürüme mesafesi
Cok coook eski bir hotel, yatakları konforsuz resmen battı sırtıma, camları acık gibi hava kaçırıyor fırtınalı bi akşamda rüzgar sanki odanın içinde esiyordu, camlara havlu sıkıştırmak zorunda kaldım inanılır gibi değildi

Great location, good price, heard rooms are not large so went for a family room instead for similar price, staff were lovely.
All was as expected

La posizione ottimale
Letto e cuscini comodissimi
La finestra non si chiudeva bene quindi la stanza era fredda
La camera dava sul deposito pullman quindi alle 5 sveglia

Staff were friendly. Hotel is close to beach and town, so great as a base if visiting Worthing.
15 minute walk from train station is pleasant.
The hotel is very dated, and could do with a refresh.
Windows are single glazed, so even when closed outside noise (traffic, nightlife) can be heard.
The door to my room squeaked when opening or closing; I could hear the guests in the room above when they moved around their room; and there was a creaking floorboard in my room which likely meant the guests below could hear me when I moved around.

The location was great. Right near seafront. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the check-in check out process was easy.
Didn't help as there was torrential rain and very windy, but due to single glazed windows, it was a bit loud/rattly. Tv was tucked away in the corner, so ended up using laptop
Decor a little outdated but cant be helped in old buildings

Location near the seafront was good.
1. The receptionist on our arrival was rude and challenging. She definitely needs training in customer service. Subsequent receptionists and staff on the main desk were helpful.
2. The necessity to change rooms was inconvenient because the first bedroom was unbearably hot without any radiators being on. Both rooms were noisy. The TV was minisule. No shampoo or conditioner provided.
3. Breakfast: One member of staff in particular was surly and we had to keep asking for items such as milk, butter etc. This was our experience over the three days we stayed.

Enjoy our stays at Chatsworth particularly the location and the historical feel of the building.
Would have liked to used the game room and look in the library but they were both closed.
3.4
Ideal location
Room, very poor standard , tv reception useless
Staff in dining area are inexperienced
Would not stay here again
Could do with a serious update
Bathroom in horrid state , cleaners could do with being shown what to do
Shame 🫠

Lovely helpful staff. Great location
Do do with a bit of updating. Breakfast was dire and we didn’t eat it and went for breakfast elsewhere. Bacon was like warmed up sliced ham, toast was burnt and cold!?!? Coffee was cold.

Excellent staff, reliable, really appreciated the staff giving us an additional 30 minutes for check out.
The sea could have been a little warmer and less choppy.
3.4
Were accommodating, and helped to fix issues
Room was in a noisy location within the building, all foot traffic within the building going past us on with side could be heard.
3.4
Ideal position for all local amenities
Very noisy hotel at night
3.4
It was beautiful from the outside, and very central on the seafront. The room was large and quiet. It was very good value and I would stay there again.
Little things, like missing light bulbs in the hallways, tired decor. No one to serve drinks in the bar.
3.4
Location was great
The noisy dustbin men

The location is great, right near the pier, in the middle of things. I had a lovely view overlooking the square in front of the hotel and then out to sea. I also liked that I had a window that could open for airflow.
It's a tired old hotel. There was a significant slope in my floor, there was gaffa tape over a hole in the centre of the carpet, the TV couldn't always change channels, the pillows were lumpy, towels crunchy and the bathroom is very basic. Essentially, you are paying for location and not for a nice hotel.

The staff was lovely and kind

The location was perfect for the wedding I attended on the beach front. Very pretty from outside. very dated within. Appreciated the £5 parking permit for the day around the square.
I felt slightly unsafe to be honest. I was presented with a lot of unusual characters during my stay and the corridor stank of smoke & cigarettes. Not so pleasant.
3.4
great location and friendly staff
very dated and rooms where on a hill. almost made me feel sea sick.
3.4
Great location
Friendly staff
Horrible shower
