The breakfast was amazing. The building and the rooms were all immaculate and renovated to a high standard and beautifully decorated. The owner includes a lot of extras and uses Welsh products from the food and toiletries throughout. It is clear that the owner has thought of and provided everything a guest could want.
The only downside were the stairs but that has more to do with my mobility than the accommodation.

Simon the owner was very helpful and informative.. Great location and comfortable room and excellent mattress on the bed.
Lovely views from the room.

The location is great and having off street parking is a bonus.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
The stairs, but that can’t be helped in an old house.
The shower was broken, the owner soon replaced it and it worked fine.

It was lovely, lovely weather lovely views , The owner Simon was absolutely brilliant couldn't do enough for us , Food was beautiful, fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast, cereal, poached salmon , croissants, pan o chocolate, juices , tea's of different sorts and coffees ☕️ just beside the Tram to the Orm , we had a great few days , Simon even gave us a lift to the station when we were going home , The property is beautiful mixing Old with New , Also catering for kids with toys and games and books and the garden is lovely Well Done Simon 👏 We Will Definitely Be Back .
There was nothing we didn't like

The hotel is in a great location, a short stroll from the promenade. The hotel owner Simon was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb with great views of the Orme. Excellent breakfast choice.

Amazing guest house. Ex-Masonic hall so the do I not area has original wooden ceiling that’s reminiscent of a medieval dining hall. The rooms were modern and comfy but with an air of another age (in a good way!). The hotelier was a really wonderful man, great to chat to and really helpful with suggestions for the local area.
Nothing. It was brilliant!

Clean and comfortable. In a great position. Very quiet. Lovely views
Nothing all good

Breakfast was great, Simon is a former chef, so you would expect this.
The house is one of great character, being a former masonic lodge, the dining room is a place of real interest.
Sitting on the bench, outside the dining room, gives an elevated position, for viewing down to the sea, with a lovely breeze blowing through, possibly one of the best kept secrets in Llandudno.
The house backed onto the Great Orm, watching the goats navigate the very narrow edges on the side kept us amused.
Simon accommodated our request for Lactose free milk, due to intolerance of Lactose. Simon would go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Parking in Llandudno, can be problematic, we were very lucky, as we arrived some one had just left.
You can upgrade your room, to a more expensive one which comes with parking behind the house, something we would consider next time we stay.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean and tidy room, but by far the 'Star of the show' was Simon. Helpful, informative, approachable.....nothing was too much trouble....he effortlessly made everyone feel completely at home. Breakfast was superb.
I could not recommend a stay at The Chelsea more highly...the only downside being, that this could result in no availability for ourselves in the future.
Brilliant short break, thank you Simon, you deserve every success with your venture.
Honestly, nothing.....even the British weather played its part.

The owner was so friendly and really took the time with us. He even went to the shop and bought a herbal tea for my partner. The food was lovely and everything was very clean. We had a great nights sleep too.
Nothing. It was ideal.

Fantastic, the owner went out to do anything he could for my wife and my daughter and granddaughter even going out to buy an avocado for her breakfast, nothing was too much for Simon. He went out his way and we would recommend the Chelsea to anybody, but a fantastic little hotel.

The host and his family were friendly and welcoming. The location, room and food were excellent and our room was clean, comfortable and relaxing.
There were a lot of stairs - but I now feel fitter.
4.8
Breakfast was excellent and a good start to the day. Simon is an excellent cook and the service was the same.
I would not change anything but in the current climate change is inevitable but talking to Simon change will be on another level.
