Exactly what I was hoping for.

Brilliant concierges, always ready to help. Quiet and comfortable. Great en-suite shower and nice balcony with view over a very big open courtyard. Very good location with easy access to public transport and walking distance from Waitrose and other useful shops. The host was very accessible and friendly both before and during my stay.

The door to the balcony was a little tricky and it would have been good to have a grip and a non-slip mat in the shower for older people.

Great location, parking in the basement of the buiding. 24 hour concierge who was very helpful. Close to shops and public transport links.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice building, but very poor level of maintenance, such a shame! No bedside tables, no light by the bed in one of the rooms, kitchen cupboards and drawers that didn't open etc.

Fantastic location for finsbury park events

Very convenient for concert at finsbury park. Great communication from host including recommendations for dinner. Secure parking. Very comfortable bed

Only a couple of minor issues with the kitchen area, specifically the extractor hood dripping in grease and an almost impossible set of drawers obstructed by their own cubpoard door. Plus only one wineglass. Easy fixes.

Avoid, there are better places to stay in London for a similar price.

The apartment was warm and the beds were comfy. There was enough space to store our luggage and it was handy having two bathrooms.

The instructions for collecting the keys were not correct with an out of date telephone number given to us. The flat had maintenance issues which the landlord acknowledged during our stay. He sent someone in and he said he would get the broken fridge replaced and the towel radiator was also going to be replaced because it leaked. This was all confirmed in a series of text messages. After our stay, the landlord said there weren't any maintenance issues and everything had been checked and it all worked. The fridge did not work correctly because the freezer compartment was completely frozen so the door would not close and it was not a safe temperature. The towel rail in the bathroom leaked and left a mess on the floor every morning. The crockery was not clean, there were some dirty bowels and the drawers were a mess. Generally it felt like the kitchen area needed a good clean. The area that the apartment is in is questionable, there were a lot of teenagers around and we saw a fight in the square that the apartment overlooks. Generally it was quite noisy.

Good Stay near to amenities

It was well located. Very comfortable inside. Concierge was very helpful when we arrived. Nice quiet area but near shops and cafes

The flat does need a spruce up and skirting boards need a good clean. Some information about the local area would have helped us

The apartment was comfortable and close to the tube.

There is a lovely place nearby that offers a variety of international foods. The tube is not far at all.

When we arrived we waited outside for about 10 minutes then another 15 minutes inside as there was a sign that said “be back in 10 minutes “ then we called the numbers posted and 20 minutes later we received the keys. The 10 minutes sign is a permanent fixture! Once we received the keys we had no issues. I think the apartment was relatively clean, but could be a little cleaner. I was a bit disappointed that the host didn’t leave us a little something- not even a welcome note.

Great stay in London !!

Great place to stay, about 5(ish) minute walk to and from the tube. Tesco's near to buy supplies. The concierge met us to give us the keys and everything was made clear by the host. Comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a two night stay.

The flat could do with a deep clean and a few things were broken and needed repairing. There was a party above us on the Saturday night. We complained to the concierge who explained he had already chatted to the party hosts and they had promised they would be quiet by 11 and they were ... :)

Well Positioned apartment in large complex and close to transport hub.John was accommodating on all requests.

Location for our purpose was excellent and close to major transport hub at Finsbury Park

Property well appointed but the bed needs some attention as broken slats.No microwave Overall happy with facilities.

A luxurious and comfortable stay!

The location was good, public transport close by with shops and restaurants.

There was no microwave, maybe a few more hangers for clothes. My elderly mother struggled with steps from the car park, would have been helpful to inform us.
