Room was clean. Location was excellent
Nothing really. Did well

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. Very roomy, spotlessly clean, private, modern. The location is also amazing... right by the nearest train station. The value-for-money is exceptional. Highly recommended.
We did hear a bit of noise from the nearby train line from the bedrooms, but the windows are fairly good at blocking it out. Not enough of an issue to cause a problem.

excellent service
nothing to critisise

Located closed to station and all eateries, supermarket! Very family friendly.

The location was great! It is close to the train station and shops.

Location and good size full equipped 2 rooms apartment. We like the supermarkets around the vicinity and many food options. It is like staying a local neighbourhood. Apartment is 3 stops by local train and 1 stop by express train to Shinjuku station.
Floor is a little dusty when we mopped it with the MagicClean stick. Would be nice if coffee/tea bags, cooking oil and basic sauces could be provided in the kitchen.

Everything you need is at your doorstep: grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants.
Just one stop from Shinjuku with the express train.
Clean.
Would stay here again.
4.3
Close to the Sasazuka rail station but still very quiet. Convenience stores/supermarkets/restaurants very close. Very clean - plenty of space.
hard to find the entrance
4.3
It’s very close to sasazuka station, only 50 steps from the exit. The space is enough for 4 people, more than 4 will be very compact.
hard to arrange space to hang the laundry (concidering there’s a washing macine inside the room)
4.3
Great location near train station but not easy to find
After 20 minutes trying to find it no one at reception to check us in. Another 20 minutes there.
No tea or coffee...
Very noisy

So spacious and the biggest apartment I’ve ever seen in Tokyo. It is so close and convenient to everything you need and was very modern.
4.3
Staffs super helpful & efficient especially there's a problem in regards to facilities. They've given free cleaning for our room as well.
Great location that you could get everything even late night.
The room that I've got is a bit too small for the 3 of us. It's last room in a corner facing highway.
4.3
The room has washing machine, microwave and bigger fridge, cooking top and a sink which makes all the difference since we stayed there for 7days. The hotel is so close to a train station (less than a minute walk away from Sasazuka station). There are a few places we can eat at, close to convenience stores, supermarket etc
4.3
Good size for Tokyo - living room and kitchen were very handy to have. Washing machine was available and the facilities were comfortable and convenient. Close to the Sasazuka Train Station and shops, restaurants which was great, just one stop from Shinjuku. Staff were friendly and were able to store luggage for late flights.
Would have liked glasses, a tea towel and a toaster. A little rail noise in the early morning.

The room was spacious, location to train station was excellent. Very convenient to restaurants and stores.
But I have spent 30 mins just looking for the entrance of the hotel. Apart from that everything was really good.
4.3
Location- just next door to the station, 1 min walk, very convenient. 1 station away from Shinjuku st (have fast train and normal trains that stop at every stations).
Great for long stay, have microwave, kitchen, basic utensils, fridge, laundry. Very clean and convenient.
Have few supermarkets nearby. We end up not cooking that much because it's easier to buy all the supermarket ready to eat food and bentos.
Feel very safe.

N/A
Cleanliness (rooms were dusty, grease stains in kitchen, dirty couches) and staff friendliness.
4.3
very clean and big
the bed is a little uncomfortable
4.3
Great location close to many convenience stores and restaurants. Very close to the Sasazuka station as well which made travelling via train convenient.
Room was clean and spacious for 1 person
Room cleaning service was only 1 time throughout my stay. It would've been nicer if room cleaning was more frequent.
4.3
Literally perfect location
TV was suuuper small.
4.3
the bathroom
the low ceiling
4.3
big space
easily to become dusty
4.3
convenient distance to shops, subway
Room layout: ouch-bumped heads to low ceilings, most often at entry door. Too many doors open to hallway and block movement.
Old vintage furniture, looks like from flea markets.
Serious lack of shelving in bathroom and bedrooms. We had the 2 bedroom suite.
4.3
cleanliness and privacy
only Japanese speaking staff

Location is pretty great. A few steps away from Keio Line, so getting around is quite convenient. There's a few convenience stores, a supermarket and nice restaurants within a 10-minute radius. Shimokitazawa is also a walking distance away.
Room was spacious enough for two and the bed was comfy. No noise whatsoever despite being located right next to a highway and a train station, apart some slight noise from adjacent rooms during the weekend.
Reception seemed to be there solely for checking guests in and out, and were absent a lot of the time, so don't expect hotel-like service at the front desk. This was perfectly fine for us.
Upon entering our room, we noticed it was a bit poorly cleaned. A few corners had quite a bit of dust laying around, and we found a previous guest's used contact lens on the floor. While the layout and furniture of the apartment was more or less as pictured in the photos, it felt like it had seen better days already.
However, this was by far not the biggest issue. One of the air vents located right next to the bed was broken and would not close. The place was quite cold when we got in, and cranking the heating up couldn't keep the room warm, as the air vent was perpetually blowing cold air inside without the ability to close it. This would take an even worse turn, as several times during the evening and night we would get a horrible sewage smell coming into the room through the vent from outside (those who have been to Tokyo know the smell I'm talking about). When this happened, the room was inhabitable. This smell would not dissipate for a long time, and this would reoccur during the night, waking us up occasionally. The next day we mentioned this at the reception, and the only remedy offered was that we tape the air vent shut. We borrowed some strong tape and taped it shut, noticing that we were definitely not the first ones who had to use a similar quick fix. Doing this our stay went from unbearable to bearable. The smell would still occasionally permeate the room, albeit not as strongly as before - it was still extremely unpleasant. Having the air conditioning at maximum temperature would keep the room warm enough to be in, but a bit on the chilly side.
Had this issue not bothered us throughout our stay, we would have been satisfied even if the room cleaning was a bit on the shoddy side. Overall this was quite a major disappointment - which is a shame, since Sasazuka is a nice area. Judging from earlier reviews this apartment hotel has once been a decent, reasonably priced find.

can be a bit cleaner
