Underwhelming for the price

Bath tub was nice

Expensive compared to all other hotels we stayed at and was the lowest quality. Room was ok, staff were ok breakfast was just some different foods spread around the lobby. Location is a bit far away from the main drag

Que los recepcionistas no hablaban casi ingles. Todos muy amables pero con dificultad para comunicarnos. La chica de la primera mañana no sabia indicarnos donde estaba el hotel en un mapa del barrio. Por otro lado, el recepcionista que nos recibió en la noche al llegar al hotel fue extremadamente amable

A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant neighborhood with a lot of amenities

The location is near a lot of eateries and in a very pleasant neighborhood. Train stations are nearby about 10 mins walk

It’s located on a slope. Walking up was quite tiring.

Enjoyed the area and the room

Staff was super helpful and they always had fully stoked bath salts and stuff for ur baths which are large enough for my partner who is tall the area was near the station and so many yum sushi places around and ramen open later into the night too

The bathroom noise can be heard but u can play music

I became an Ebisuholic!

Excellent location. Very spacious room by Japan standards.

Breakfast was pretty lame. No variety. Terrible baked goods. In room safe batteries were low but no one would change the batteries.

Recommend to everyone!

Wonderful location. Nice, clean, very comfortable room! Stuff was extremely helpful!! He called for a taxi in the morning, made us breakfast earlier, than regular time, as we had to leave very early.

The location was great and the staff were very accommodating.

We appreciated that there was a free breakfast but the choices were limited. Travellers should manage their expectations. Access can also be confusing. There are 2 entrances: 1 on the ground floor where you can directly access the elevators and another via stairs where you can access the lobby. First time customers might not notice the first entrance and may bring their luggage by using the stairs instead.

Comfortable Hotel

The room was very comfortable and quiet at night. Lovely city views and places to eat around the hotel.

We didn’t bother with the breakfast as when we went down there was three slices of pineapple, four tiny pastries and some curry, that was it. I’m not sure why they bother really. We stayed for over a week and didn’t eat it once. The room wasn’t very clean, the sheets were sometimes dirty, the bathroom glass / grout was dirty, the glasses weren’t always changed. The room itself also seemed a lot bigger in the pictures, the internet didn’t work in the room. The hotel is up a big hill from the station, recommend a taxi if you have larger luggage.

For the price, coupled with how new the facility still feels, it’s really a great deal.

Location is great, with Ebisu station 5-7mins walk away but be warned it’s a bit of an uphill climb to the property, if your luggage is heavy!

Almost perfect if only the breakfast were good.

The location was perfect for the purpose of the trip. It's very close to Ebisu Station. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. The room set-up is very comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous.

The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming.

Great location but some mild need for improvements

The location was good for our needs and Ebisu is a fine place for a base. The large windows were nice.

The breakfast is essentially the same each day and quickly grows old with a longer stay. The mandatory elevator stop on the second floor was annoying. Housekeeping was good but not great. The rooms are quite small but not atypical for a Japanese hotel.

Very good

Location is close to Ebisu station, and adjacent to some great neighborhoods. The room was quite nice for the price, and the design aesthetic and dimmers were good for this price range of hotel. Breakfast was simple and ok - a few pastries that you could toast, limited fruit, and a miso soup.

There was a food smell in our room - I think it was from the hotel kitchen exhaust?
