À 5 min de marche du Shibuya Scrabble square!

La chambre était relativement spacieuse. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite! À 5 min de marche de la station de Shibuya, des restaurants et buvettes typiques sont directement sur la ruelle de l'hôtel. Malgré que nous avions réservé une chambre fumeur alors que nous sommes non fumeur, l'odeur de cigarette était peu présente et s'est complètement estompée après 24 heures.

Aucun point négatif significatif digne de mention.

禁煙室で、寝れたのでよかった。

システムがよく分かってなくて、喫煙室とは知らずに予約をしてしまいましたが、チェックイン後、喫煙室と気付いて、禁煙室に変更をお願いしたら、丁寧に対応をしていただいた。ありがたかったです。

トイレの床の清掃かな。臭いが残って、アンモニア臭なのか、少し嫌でした。

A very good well located hôtel with professional people.

Vers nice and professional people. English speakers. Good location at Shibuya. Housekeeping done everyday. Free cofee machine available. For example, when we arrive with a lot of luggages, one of the hotel agent came with us to our room for help.

Some tables are available in the hall, near the coffee machine, however, a lot af empty boxes were not stored properly (very minor issue).

Friendly and helpful staff. Entrance is pretty. Relatively close to Shibuya station.

The level and the room had lots of wear and tear e.g smudges and marks all over the wall and floor. Room needed a deep clean. There were hairs up the walls in the bathroom when we arrived. Reminded me of a backpackers.

unfortunate a lot of construction in neighbourhood made it hard to get to, , room was very small but bathroom was more t

comfy place to stay within easy reach of everything in shibuya and easy transport to the rest of Tokyo

very convenient location with lots of shops, restaurants and transport nearby. room was small but very comfy and clean, good shower and good sized bed even in single room

no breakfast or any lounge to sit in, in single room just a couple of hangers and no shelf or drawer to store clothes a lot of road works and construction currently in central shibuya

Stone's throwaway from Shibuya station and Cherry blossom spot

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Shibuya station, making it easy to travel around the city. In spring, it's one street away from the Sakuragaodori street. Staff were great and friendly, helpful in keeping my stuff before check in and after check out. I even had my luggage delivered to them two days in advance for safekeeping.

Room was small until i couldn't open my suitcase full but it's small issue. Small rooms are expected in Japan.

bad hotel in good location

Location, is super close from the Shibuya station. But if you want stay in the middle of the crowd, you will find better hotels for the same price. The size of the room is ok, i can open my luggage. The bed is ok.

This is the perfect exemple when the pictures are well made, because they look like a such better room then the reality. The room was dirty, old and dark. This pictures sell a new hotel, but is not, is a old hotel with a few modifications, but the rooms are not in good conditions. Super expensive for this kind of hotel.

The shower pressure is the best, beds are comfy too. quite convenient 5-7min walk to Shibuya station area.

premier Queen room at 24sqm was really tiny. hardly any space to walk/put luggages. Worst facing/view: another building side wall just 5m away. Room was dim. only 1 down light and 2 colored lights.
