Necesita un buen renueve

Las camas son muy cómodas. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Se ve que es un hotel que vivió tiempos mejores. Las fotos no son nada actuales, ya que a las habitaciones les hace falta una mano de pintura y un cambio de muebles. La limpieza muy regulera, encontramos muchas pelusas y pelos tanto en la habitación como en el baño. La azotea muy descuidada, jacuzzi que no funcionaba con agua estamcada. La ubicación, si bien se llega en taxi en 5-10 min al centro de Georgetown, está algo alejada para ir andando.

Not value for money. You get less than what you paid for.

The location.

There was NO wifi in the family room at level 4. The air-conditioning for multiple rooms were very bad. My family in another room, had to move the bed in front of the Aircon. The whole lobby Aircon was terrible. The kid's place area had NO Aircon and it was an enclosed heated area when the sun shines in. When we needed an extra card (since we had a family room, they said they didn't have any more cards). The evening staff and afternoon staff did not liaise properly/ one of them did not enter in the system. They wanted to take double deposits from our bookings. Our family room, the shower mixer for hot and cold was mixed up so we had such hot water for so long and could not bathe until the maintenance guy came and told us the switch. We wanted to pay for our room by credit card but their credit card terminal was spoiled at first. In the evening, it some how was repaired or the earlier staff did not now how to use it. Who would bring so much cash with all the e payments available?

Great location and good value for money.

The location was good, close to the main bus station, malls and places to eat. The staff were friendly, the reception area was a nice place to meet friends or family. They had a water cooler to fill up water bottles. The blue lights surrounding the beds were neat.

The room we had was on the road side so you could hear the traffic at night. The neighbours door were right next to ours so you could hear them coming and going. The shower didn't drain very well when having a shower. You had to use your key card to turn on the air conditioning so when you return to your room after spending the day out it was hot. The blue lights showed up the dust that was on the floor by the beds. The fridge felt warm and we weren't sure if stayed on all the time.

睡在sauna房间

房型价钱算便宜，有浴缸，浴室蛮大的

presidential suite只有一间501，冷气不冷，整个晚上好像在sauna，去柜台要求换房间，staff的语气很不好，说只有一间presidential suite而已，要等明天收拾房间的staff去看冷气，小孩游乐设施都是坏的，一进房间就有一股霉味，厕所有蟑螂，照片9片金色的东西都是钉上去的，按摩椅都是烂烂的，果然是照骗

Too hot and disappointing

Location was good

No working air con in a hotel in peak summer A curtain to be used as a door for bathroom ? No privacy No provision of a second key despite the there being three people in one room False advertisement of decor the place is extreamly dated and run down, lots of dirty brushes and towels left by our room No room service or even offer of clean bedding or towels during our stay No way of contacting the hotel over night Would not recommend to stay here highly disappointed we had to leave early and book elsewhere due to how un habitable it was very sad !!!

It was a good place to stay.

Nice hotel room in a nice location. The entrance may look small but the Lobby and the hotel was not. The room was in the right size and had good facilities in the hotel. However, the wifi didn't really work.

สถานที่ตั้งที่พัก เหมาะแก่การเดินเที่ยวไปตามจุดต่างๆ ของเมืองปีนังมากๆ เพราะตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามตึก Komtar ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางย่านท่องเที่ยวและเมืองเก่า (แค่เดินข้ามถนนก็ถึงเลย) มีของกิน มินิมาร์ท เยอะแยะมากมาย ราคาโคตรถูกและอร่อยมากๆด้วย สามารถเดินทางไปตามจุด check in ต่างๆได้ง่ายมากๆ

บริเวณ Kid club ในโรงแรมไม่ได้ปรับปรุงหรือดูแลให้ดี ทั้งเรื่องของเล่นเด็กที่สภาพทรุดโทรม, บ้านบอลที่สภาพไม่น่าเล่นเท่าไร รวมถึงเรื่องความสะอาดก็อาจจะไม่เรียบร้อยมากนัก (แต่ในส่วนของชั้นดาดฟ้าและร้านอาหารข้างบนถือว่าดีอยู่ เพียงแต่เวลาเปิดทำการน้อยไปนิดนึง

Pulizia, manutenzione inesistente, tante cose rotte e vetuste, struttura molto umida e calda, bagno sporco con calcare e muffa, muri scrostati. Volevano il pagamento solo in contanti...poi è magicamente comparso il pos.

Simple and enjoyable stay

Super comfy bed just like any other hotel. Staff clean rooms on daily basis if guests leave the indicator on. Privacy respected at all times. Walking distance to the many malls of Komtar area, also, plenty eateries nearby. Simply impossible to get lost.

WiFi connection kept dropping. WiFi is structured based on every floor, and the connection drop is inconsistent. Alternatively, you can choose another floor WiFi as a quick workaround. Nothing else is a downer.

Parking khas utk yg stay hotel, mmg betul2 dekat dengan smua tempat viral. And i will repeat utk stay sini lagi.

Lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan semua benda and betul2 berhadapan Komtar.

je n'ai pas reside a l'hotel .

Le soir du check in , J'etais devant l'hotel avec ma femme a 1:15 du matin suite a un retard du bus , la porte etait fermee et personne ne repondait ni au telephone ni a la sonnerie de la porte, ceci malgre un echange avec l'etablissement et il savait que je serais en retard. donc j'ai decide de changer l'hotel tout de suite et ne pas passer la nuit dans la rue . je n'ai pas reside a l'hotel .

WOW, i am shocked!

Only the location as it is just opposite Komtar

Air in the room smelt stale. Water in the bathroom and adjoining toilet did not flow away properly resulting in water ponding and bad smell. The toilet seat cover was smaller than the toilet bowl.

Good locations to many places

1. Too dirty, have cockroach appears on the bed. When asked staff to clear it, he just spray pesticides even the cockroach has run under the bed and still survive. 2. Since the cockroack has run under the bed, We pull out the bed and spray it and see got mask that has been used under the bed. From here can see the cleanliness of this hotel is very bad. 3. The drainage system also very bad. Everytime after bathed need time to let the water flow out. 4. Sound insulation bad also. Can hear outside car passed by sound. Really can't accept the room has cockroach and mask under room. How dirty was the room just will have cockroach. Please la. Be more attention on the cleanliness.

Bersih, Selesa dan sangat berbaloi-baloi

Bilik sangat besar dan selesa.. bersih... bilik air pon luas dan ada bath tab memang smpai2 my son terus nak berendam.. semua facility okay.. ada aircond function well.. water heater okay.. ada TV.. berdekatan dgn Komtar..so jalan kaki je.. parking pon disediakan memang nice gilaa tak perlu berebut parking.. Level 1 ada indoor playground ye untuk budak2.. security mmg okay lift pon pakai kad.

Mesin kad out of service and kena bayar pakai cash.. so kena cari atm dulu yg berdekatan.. Dari hotel nk ke komtar jalan kaki tapi kalau ada laluan kecil tepi hotel lg better sebab yg kami lalu tempat tgh buat agak bahaya actually.. then naik grab pon..grab berhenti di belakang hotel tepi jalan besar,..hotel berada di belakang kedai means kena pusing ke belakang.. last sekali dia bg 1 access kad je.. n kad tu guna utk lift and main suiz bilik.. kalau tertinggal brg dalam kereta.. amik kad utk turun lift tapi bilik bergelap laa...

Enough to rest & sleep

1. Location 2. Comfortable bed 3. Housekeeping, change of towel & refill the bottle water each day.

1. Smell when you sleep at the nearest to bathroom. When on bed & facing the bathroom, you able to smell it. 2. Bring your own toiletries. Their’s smell awful. 3. The facilities is not upkeep. Don’t get fool with the photos. 4. If you use public transport, don’t bring big suitcase. Receptionist located at 1st floor.

Disappointed with my stay. Will not return for second visit.

Friendly staff

Housekeeping is a nightmare. The shower curtain is mouldy with black and yellow stains. Shower room walls and toilet bowl are also not properly washed. See pictures attached. Staircase a bit run-down and not well maintained. Risky for aged travellers.

Nice centric hotel with affordable price

Location is centric and the hotel itself is very affordable. The bed and the air conditioner were very good. The shower had good water flow and tap as well. Nice staff

The room itself could look better; The walls in our room were little dirty and worn. There was something moldy on the ceiling of the bathroom and the air conditioning duct was bit dirty and nasty.

Superb

There is a karaoke club which was nearby so a few of the nights we could hear music late at night whilst we were trying to sleep
