Located on top floor of the "E" Building you will find this walk up 2 bedroom 2 bath unit featuring a colorful Hacienda decor that lets you know you've arrived at the perfect place to relax and unwind in always sunny Cabo!
The residence features an open kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and is equipped with an abundant supply of the essentials in case you like to cook in. A water filtration system supplies the unit and there is an additional ice maker to cover any desire for blended drinks or a cooler fill up to take fishing. There are flat screen TVs in the main living room, both bedrooms and complimentary in unit Wifi. Retracting glass sliders open onto the front balcony and welcome the outside in. A built in BBQ and outdoor seating make this the perfect spot to grill and enjoy the fish you caught, have morning coffee or enjoying the twinkling lights of the city off in the distance while enjoying an evening night cap. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer should you need it or relax and simply drop your laundry off to be done. Your options are endless here.
The Marina Sol activities center provides access to complimentary ping pong and billiards. Poolside beverages, meals and room service are all available from the on site Tres Amigas restaurant. Our first host cancelled on us last minute before we left, it was a horrible experience . The only positive that came out of rebooking through vrbo was our second hostess Jenae. She really came through for us and we cannot thank her enough.

We’ve stayed at Marina Sol in the past, but this was our best rental experience for sure! The condo owner was quick to answer every question, flexible and knowledgable. The condo was well appointed and spacious enough for our group. We had a great experience also with Marina Sol staff - the pizza from the pizza oven was a big hit with our group!

The condo was wonderful. Within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, and all the hot spots. Jenae was great to work with and gave us suggestions on places to check out. Elly at the concierge desk es amazing and helpful. We would definitely come back.

I booked this property with limited/no real knowledge of Cabo and I couldn’t have chosen a better location. Walk to anything and everything you need! Restaurants. Bars. Groceries. Shops. Marina. Beach. The property itself is extremely well maintained with someone always cleaning, gardening etc. having the restaurant/bar on site was a huge bonus when we were too lazy to go out or cook. The condo is well appointed and I’d say with more than sufficient amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with some spices, oils etc. my only suggestion would be if possible the lighting be switched out with brighter, perhaps LED lights….and I’m not even complaining about that LOL. We would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days in January, which of course is a beautiful time to be in Cabo san Lucas. I agree with the previous poster who said that the condo is nicer than the pictures appear. Very clean and comfortable. We would have had plenty of room for another couple too.
The location is great - close to the marina and beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Nice pool area, populated mostly by retirees so there were no loud parties to contend with (perhaps a drawback if loud parties are what you are looking for in Cabo).
Jenae was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend! This condo is located in the heart of it all. Location location location!! We loved the quaint resort and the quiet feel of it all. We loved walking to absolutely everything in town and feeling so connected to all the activities and nightlife. The beach is a short walk. Cabo Wabo was a short walk and of course Gardenias with the best ceviche and fish and shrimp tacos ever!! Just outside the back gate is another slew of restaurants just steps away. The condo itself was gorgeous and comfortable and we literally squealed with excitement when we opened the door for the first time. Everyone at the resort is nice. Staff was wonderful. Make sure you get a deep tissue massage in the front lobby, it's cheap and wonderful! Owners and managers are absolutely wonderful people and allowed us to stay a tiny bit late due to our flight being bumped later. Cannot stress enough how wonderful it was. We also appreciated the ample supply of cooking spices and oils and bathroom essentials. Perfect experience!! The condo was so relaxing and had all the comforts of home. Well done guys!!

The condo is even better than the pics. My family of four had plenty of space and we walked everywhere. Restaurants nearby were excellent. We enjoyed Gardenias twice and La Lupita twice. Loved the nearby Bar Esquina coffee shop. Be sure to use the gate card for the back entrance--much closer to beach and restaurants. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi with the very responsive and delicious in-house restaurant.

Nice condo located close to everything. Medano beach, the marina, great restaurants and the nightlife on the strip. Lots of storage space, fairly well equipped, well stocked, new appliances and a great view. The onsite restaurant is great after a long travel day. The grounds are very well maintained along with the pool. The host is super responsive and a sweetheart to deal with. The condo reflects the architecture of the mid eighties haciendas, can be hot at times, but plenty of AC units. A bit of street noise but not too bad. The stairs can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. But overall would definatly recommend this condo for you stay in Cabo.

Great Spot
This property was so clean. The vaulted ceilings provide a greater sense of space. The kitchen is has everything you could possible need, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, filters and a lime squeezer ( Very important when you're on vacation). This location is within walking distance of the marina, Medano beach (the most happening beach in Cabo), all the best restaurants in town and my favorite taco spot, Gardenias. Will definitely request to stay in Jenae's place again in the future. LOVED IT!

This condo did not disappoint. It’s beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The property is in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and marina. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. If given the chance I would definitely stay here again.

Intrusive Owner
Let me start by saying that I love Cabo!
This is our first time using Vrbo but have used other apps many times.
After I payed for the apartment for my family and I to visit Cabo, I received an email from the owner asking me for the passport numbers and dates of birth for all 4 of us.
I replied that I did not feel comfortable releasing that type of information, but that I could sent her a copy of my driver’s license instead (which I did). She replied that it was a standard for her to ask all her tenants in order to rent her condo, but that this time she would allow us to stay but that I needed to provide all names and ages of all occupants (so we did gave her that).
After we came back from our first day trip (on our second day there), I notice that something was quite not right with the screen front door, but I couldn’t say anything because I wasn’t 100% sure how I left the door.
The following day we did an all day trip to Balandra Beach. We left at 8:15 am and came back at 7:30 pm
This is a private condominium resort with security and a lobby that allows to control everything and everyone who comes in and out. The security people will ask you for your apartment number before you leave and when you arrive, so they know who is there and who is not.
I decided before we left, to close the doble screen door all the way to the left side. I thought that if someone would come in they would not pay attention to that detail and more likely will close it in a different position. OMG I was right!!! When we came back the screen door was not even completely closed!!!
I contacted the owner immediately and she said that she wasn’t sure who could enter but that maybe the maid came to check if we needed towels or toilet paper. I replied saying that why would someone enter our apartment without previous notification and she said that she will figure it out. Later she replied that in her computer she could see the log in code of a “maid” entering our apartment while we were out and excusing her saying that they needed to repair a small water leak. I ask her again why we were not notified previously or after that the “maid” and the “handyman” enter our apartment and for how long they were there, she said that in apartments “as nice as hers“ they try to fix things in a manner so tenants don’t notice. I told her that that was a completely violation of our privacy and that I didn’t feel safe anymore leaving my kids or valuables unattended. Long story..

Perfect location - Perfect Condo
We were there for a fishing trip. This place is super close to the Marina which made our early morning excursions really convenient. The condo is beautiful, quiet and has a really nice pool and bar area to relax after a day on the water. The fast WiFi and Netflix was a plus also. We recommend it!

Steps away from the best places to eat and drink. But far enough away from the beach and marina to stay secluded. Beautiful condos with everything you need to have a great stay for several people. Solid WiFi. Good bar in the lobby and convenient store is just that. Highly recommend.

Charming oasis
This delightful condo looks from the third floor out over a charming oasis in downtown Cabo only blocks from the beach. We found it very clean, spacious with it's high ceilings, a kitchen better stocked than ours at home, and very comfortable with colorful art and comfortable beds and furniture. We stayed here for a family reunion, other family members staying throughout Marina Sol. It was great for that. We could easily all gather for a birthday celebration in this condo. When we had a small issue arise, the owner and manager were very responsive. I would recommend this condo and hope to return here myself.

Spacious, lovely condo in great location!
We couldn't have picked a better condo for our stay in Cabo! The unit is beautifully furnished, spacious and had all the amenities we could need such as Netflix, Amazon, ESPN, TVs in every room, wireless printer, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and the lovely grounds. The location is absolutely terrific. We were a short walk to the Marina and to the beach and within walking distance to many of the best restaurants. Another wonderful selling point is that the owner is extremely responsive and answers any questions very promptly. We highly recommend this condo!

WOW! What a great place!
We had a fun stay at the Marina Sol and this unit was amazing. The condo is great and has the stuff you need. Great appliances, AC, Internet WIFI, a wireless printer for your boarding passes or whatever. Netfliks, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN, FOX, what else do you need? :)
We were a little nervous about the 3 flights of stairs because we had my 80 year old mother-in-law with us, but it was no issue at all.
We will definitely visit again and if possible stay at this amazing place.

Beautiful Condo with all the amenities!!
This condo is a really nice place. It has plenty of amenities and is situated in the most convenient resort right in Cabo San Lucas. Lots of places advertise "walking distance to the beach" or "right next to the marina" and in the Case of the Marina Sol it is the truth.
Less than a 4 minute walk to the beach or to the marina. There is no location that is more quiet, secure and perfectly located than this complex.
While we were there, the weather turned a little nasty, but we just stayed on our patio, played cards and watched the rare Cabo rain storm pass through without any issue.
Internet was great and the unit has Netflix, all the major TV channels and even a wireless printer to make you feel guilty about not doing a little work while on vacation. ;)
Overall the place is 5 stars!!

Beautiful condo in a great location in Cabo
This condo is beautifully decorated and appointed. Everything was perfect. It is very nice to have the bar/outdoor restaurant right on the property for convenience. It was a very quick walk to the beach...go to The Office for superb drinks and lunch. The owner, Jenae, was a pleasure to deal with - extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. We also found an amazing coffee shop right across the street from the gate closest to our unit and ate at an amazing Argentinian steak house less than one block away. Very nice visit. The only negative thing was the unit on the second floor below us was being remodeled and it was noisy during the day. If this bothers you, ask if the work has been completed yet.

Beautiful Condo
Stunning condo with absolutely everything you could wish for . The reason I gave 4 stars was because ther were 3 other condos under construction one being underneath us.The constant banging, drilling and cutting of tile did not make it relaxing at all .

this unit, is perfect start to finish. It’s located right in the center of town with easy walking to all the great sights and attractions, it has all the amenities including fast Wi-Fi and a wireless printer for your boarding passes and stuff. It’s located right across the street from peacocks restaurant which is amazing as well as Edith‘s and bar Esquina. The complex was beautiful the pool was great and if you’re into spinning, there’s even a spin gym, CycleHaus within a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic Unit for a Fantastic Vacation
To begin, the unit was immaculate, just as advertised and more. Spacious and very well appointed, it instantly invited us to relax and enjoy. The unit had fast WiFi and netflix on the TV's so time in the unit was well spent too.
The complex is perfectly located in walking distance to everything that matters...ie: fishing, the beach, the best restaurants, upscale shopping and the pool is gorgeous.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy Cabo San Lucas.

Vibrant Condo with Relaxing Vibes
Look no further than this incredible gem in the heart of Cabo! This condo has everything you need in a vacation - restaurant downstairs, walking distance to the best restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the beach, mall and marina! Despite being in the center of town, this resort feels like a small hideaway with the large trees and quiet rooms.
Jenae, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. We had a long day to traveling to arrive in Cabo and didn't want to waste time going to the grocery store. Jenae arranged for someone to pick up groceries for us and deliver them to the condo before we arrived so once we were there we could be in full vacation mode. When we walked into the condo we were speechless...the vibrant colors immediately made us feel like we were in Mexico, the large kitchen table was great for family dinners, and the balcony was so peaceful for coffee and reading in the morning. This condo was everything we could have wanted and more. Ten out of ten recommend!

Lovely unit, well supplied, location is perfect.
We are repeat visitors to Marina Sol and the second time we stayed in this owner's units. Both are great units, but this one has more pazazz. The owner has provided everything you need, just bring your clothes and tooth brush.

This was a great deal and a great value. The owners were very easy to work with and it couldn’t of went any smoother. Far enough from the crazy crowds but close enough to walk to when you want to enjoy the night life. I would definitely recommend this condo and this unit if you’re looking for a nice clean comfortable place to stay in Cabo.

Best Cabo trip yet
We have stayed in numerous condos, at this price point, all over Mexico but I must say this might be our favorite of all. Everything about this condo was delightful and worked perfectly.
The decor is somewhat traditional but the colors, and art, are amazing and fun. The fixtures and appliances are all modern and new. The unit has multiple TV's (big) with wifi, cable, ROKU and air conditioning throughout.
Marina Sol is a wonderful quiet resort that is always well maintained and has a great little bar and restaurant steps away. (best Pina Coladas in town). There are several new restaurants in the area, that look awesome, along with old favorites within easy walking distance.
