Hotel is amazing. The food is fantastic; the pool, spa, rooms, gym… all fantastic. The entire building is spotless. Amazing stay, will definitely be back.
We stayed in a grand landmark room… It would be helpful if there was a double sink in the bathroom. The rod was not high enough to hang a long dress without it crumpling on the bottom.

The absolute best customer service and willingness to meet and exceed my every expectation!!
I thought it was a little pricey, however for a special occasion and for the beautiful decor and cleanliness, along with the whole overall atmosphere of both beauty and exceptional staff, I was pleasantly impressed by this hotel. All I can say is WOW!! 😍

The hotel is a very different experience. Lobby is in the too floor, 60th floor. Facilities and rooms are in 8-10 floors beliw. Incredible views everywhere, including the room that has floor to ceiling windows.
I lijed the facilities a lot, but this tyoe of skyscraper hotel is not for me. My ears suffered everytime I used the elevator. But if you have no problems with heights and motion suckness, you ill live this hotel. Very pricey, but an unuque experience.

The bed was comfortable and the ambiance is beautiful. Modern tech room. Gunnar that works at JG skyhigh is absolutely amazing and made the dining experience wonderful.
The curtain for the shower seemed displaced and looked like a hospice care curtain. For the price of the room, I expected more space and amenities. The servers at JG skyhigh were not as friendly and forgot items, yet it was placed on the bill. We felt rushed or like an inconvenience during dinner.

Everything was exceptional.
My high expectations were met. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The place was super clean as a expected with a 4seasons.
9.0 / 10.0
It was beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff. Views from the room, pool, and restaurant were amazing!
Response time to requests were slow, if they even came. Mini bar refrigerator was broken so there was no ice. Asked for ice that didn't come and for the fridge to be fixed while we were out, which was never fixed. Room service was delivered 45 min after stated delivery time, so my daughter who was on a timed schedule, did not get to eat. I'm sure it's busy, but sometimes it's little things that help your stay go smoothly.
