We have stayed at La Estancia at minimum 10 times over the past years. This by far was the nicest Villa we stayed at! The place is extremely clean, nice furniture, complete kitchen for cooking and an awesome view with a great patio! Gina was amazing and great with communication from start to finish. We WILL be back! Highly recommend this unit and Gina!!!!

My family and I really loved our stay at the Villa La Estancia. This was a great unit with beautiful grounds! The home was spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I loved that you have the opportunity to cook and/or eat at the onsite restaurants. There is an onsite grocery store was well as a Walmart just down the street for items you may need. This was also some of the best resort food we have had! Downtown is close with a lot to offer. The staff was warm welcoming and very accommodating! We loved our stay here and hope to be back in the future! You will not be disappointed with your stay here , we had a wonderful time! Thank you Gina for having us :-)

We stayed at two different properties on our recent trip, and I absolutely loved staying at Villa La Estancia the most. Gina is a wonderful host - extremely communicative and responsive - and the villa was beautifully decorated, super clean and well appointed. We felt very comfortable and loved spending time on the expansive terrace overlooking the gorgeous property and ocean views. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and serene, and the grounds of the resort were all beautiful and well maintained. We ate at two of the on-site restaurants and while both were wonderful, La Casona in particular was absolutely delicious. The service throughout our stay was impeccable.

We love Cabo and this condo was a great choice for our family. The location is perfect and the resort grounds are clean, beautiful and well kept. Nice large tvs and a beautiful patio with an ocean view. We rented a car this time and that was a great idea. You can rent from an Alamo right in the resort which is super convenient. There is a marketplace on prem too that is stocked full of USA faves. We felt very safe at this resort too (safety is why we choose Cabo generally over other Mexico hot spots). Only things we’d suggest is getting a toaster and having more laundry soap/supplies. Thanks to our hosts!

The property is a nice as advertised. The staff is courteous, and our unit was clean and comfortable. The food on the property was very good and reasonably priced. Only compliant would be the size of the beach and the limited number of chairs. Overall, a great experience.

I wish I could give this condo 10 stars! You will not find a kinder, more responsive, organized, and thoughtful host than Gina! She went above and beyond in so many ways. The condo itself is top notch and lacks nothing in accommodations. We loved the expansive balcony that can be accessed from the living room as well as each of the bedroom suites and yields a breathtaking view of the immaculate resort grounds and the beautiful Sea of Cortez!
While the resort and its two fully accessible sister properties have everything you need, this location is the best in Cabo by far if you find yourself wanting to roam! It’s close enough to the marina and restaurants that it was a leisurely stroll down the beach or a $9 taxi ride.
I can say with complete confidence, you will not be disappointed with this rental and you will wish you had a “Gina” back home as well!

This condo was absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk into the condo, to the huge overlooking balcony -- this unit was spacious, immaculate and beautiful. The host, Gina, was extremely communicative and knew the reason for our trip to Cabo and gave us suggestions on where to go and even how to get to the destinations. When we go back, I will no doubt look to reserve this unit again. It is beautiful.

Downside- all inclusive cost option was really steep for a family of 5. However, we found a ton of really great restaurants in town. Our favorites were Los Tres Gallos (fun mariachi band every night) and Gardenias.

We loved our stay at Villa La Estancia and hope to return. The resort (with sister properties) is fabulous. Gina was very helpful and attentive. This villa was updated and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and individual AC in the various living/sleep areas was helpful. The bathrooms were very nice but lighting was dim so putting on makeup was impossible. Some brighter LED light bulbs would help. The gigantic patio/balcony with amazing view of pool and ocean was the best part. This is where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The kitchen had very few eating dishes, coffee mugs, and no sharp knives limiting meal cooking. These are minor items as we ate most meals out. Housekeeping is not included and the property does not have sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment. I would recommend paying extra for periodic housekeeping if you are a clean freak like me. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We loved the beauty and comfort of our condo. We spent a lot of time on the the deck which was quite spacious and had a view of the pool and Sea of Cortes. The condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. The resort has a beautiful pool with swim up bar and quite a few hot tubs. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The beach was swimmable and convenient with lounge chairs. The steakhouse was absolutely delicious with amazing service. The overall service at this resort was impeccable!!

This condo was beautiful! It was spacious, clean and decorated in great taste. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the gorgeous pool and ocean. In terms of the Villa, the grounds are spotless, the amenities are great and the staff is very helpful. The location is perfect. The beach is swimmable and it's a short distance to the center of town and the marina. We hope to come back!

Really happy about this stay. Owner recommendations and info provided was all super helpful and accurate. Villa had so much space and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Great view of pool and ocean, very safe location with easy access to store, beach, and great food. Would def. book this again!

Great family trip
First time staying at Villa LA Estancia. Great experience from top to bottom! The 2 bedroom villa is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6. Amazing balcony for gathering and enjoying the ocean views. Close proximity to great restaurants in town… quick taxi ride or walk along the beach. We will be back!
