Ocean Village Club is located on the white sandy shores of St. Augustine Beach, on the Atlantic Ocean, in St. Augustine FL, along well-known Highway A1A. The beach is just steps away from your patio door. We have two pools, one of which is heated. Tennis courts are next to the heated pool. We even provided rackets and tennis balls.
The R Building is one of the last five buildings built in this complex (completed approximately 1999-2000). This also makes it one of the newer oceanfront buildings along this area of the beach.
Our ('R') building is one of the four 'oceanfront' buildings in Ocean Village Club. You are only 400 steps away from the ocean.
Tennis courts, shuffleboard and an active clubhouse are available. Our clubhouse has exercise equipment. The Clubhouse has several new outdoor seating areas for your pleasure. Beautiful New picnic pavilion. Great for family gatherings!
Both pools provide wireless wifi!! One heated pool.

This beach home has literally everything you could possibly think of needing. It even has the cutest coffee bar station! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner went out of her way to think of little extras you might have forgotten to pack. I’ve never stayed at a place that had all the thought put into little extra touches that I experienced here. We had an amazing vacation with our family. Thank you Cheryl!

Everything you need for the beach is there, making packing so much lighter. Can’t recommend this place enough! Make sure you book this one…just not when we plan on coming back! 😂

Recliner could have been bigger, the photo looked deceiving, Handicap shower was excellent, only thing missing was higher water pressure. Loved everything, Will need two of the same next year

This was an all around dream week at the beach This condo is well appointed, beatifically decorated and close to the beach and the pool. So many extras provided by the host. Chairs, towels, sand toys, coolers. How can anyone ask for more? Our family will definitely book this condo for another stay on any return trip. And extremely clean- every last aspect.

From the very beginning, Cheryl made this reservation process so easy. Communication clear and thorough. Property location excellent, literally one or two minutes from the beach. Our boys loved having access to the pool as well, just as a different option to be outside in the sun. I think it is in a great spot, far enough away from Saint Augustine, that you don’t have to worry about traffic. We can walk to nearby restaurants, or bike a little further down the A1A strip.

This is an amazing condo with everything you need for your vacation. Believe me, no detail was overlooked!! Beach access is a breeze and the pool areas are inviting on this well maintained property. Second time staying here and will do so again given the chance. Cheryl has superb communication. Replies quickly. Very comfortable condo, upscale amenities, has everything you need and probably even more. Kitchen is fully stocked, as is the bathrooms. Lots of things included in the closet for the beach (massive amount of beach towels, chairs, tote bags, toys) Master bedroom bed is wonderfully comfortable, as is the large bed in the second bedroom. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer in unit. Lots of notes and info left for us as renters. Clean and up to date furnishings. Entire complex is well maintained, two pools, one heated (both in great shape). I highly recommend this host and unit!!!!

Only drawback is it is not directly on the ocean and it's a good walk to the pool and beach - I am disabled so this made it difficult to access these points. Very soft sand, so we had to rent a 4 x 4 to make it easier to get to the beach. Condo itself is 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The property was exactly as described and Cheryl's strategic notes left around the condo made it feel more like you were staying at a friend's beach condo than a rental. The amenities and extras in the condo were fantastic and all you really need to bring are your personal belongings and food.

We loved this place! The condo is so well furnished and convienent to all we set out to do. We were celebrating a college graduation and Cheryl set the mood from the moment we stepped through the door with a congratulations banner and a bottle of wine! Enjoyed taking advantage of the ground amenitites. We loved our shuffleboard competitions and time together at the beach. Will certainly plan to return to make more memories.

I was very pleased with the hosts. They respond quickly and are considerate and thoughtful. The bottle of wine is a nice touch. The condo met all our expectations. Very clean and everything we could need for the beach and pool. It’s so nice to not have to pack those things. The beds were comfortable and the decor pleasing. Cheryl was so helpful from start to finish. She was very prompt in answering any questions that we had, and was easy to contact during out stay. She really did think of everything that we might need. The condo was well stocked, and had many extra touches. The beach was a short walk from condo, and was a favorite part of our stay. Excellent accommodations in a terrific locale on Anastasia Island. Photos and description of this property are accurate. It's comfortable, very clean and well stocked with everything from cookware to beach chairs. Gated community felt safe and was quiet. Easy walk to a sandy beach and all paths are wheelchair/walker accessible (be sure to catch the sunrise!) Two grocery stores, drug store approx one mile away. Plenty of dining choices in the area. 10 minute drive north into St Augustine. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

For a family with young children this condo was perfect. It’s on the ground level and has beach access, tennis courts and pools close by. Also walkable to Kookabara coffee across the street!

Perfect mid week beach break.
We arrived on Tuesday and it was so nice we were able to get into the condo earlier which made for a great first day. The place was immaculate, perfectly decorated and homey as well. We had a six, four year and 2 month old. There was plenty of sleeping space with a crib and portable crib included. Our place was maybe a block to the beach side pool and entrance to beach. Both areas, actually the whole complex was manicured and well laid out. The pool was sparkling clean and was adult and family friendly. I can understand why people say this was the best stay they've had as it was ours too. They thought of every little thing you may need or forget. Also there was a bottle of wine with a electric chiller, coffee, creamer and sugar an awesome keurig coffee maker for pot/pod. A bag of ice to throw in the cooler which they provide, large one on wheels, small one also. Beach toys, boogie boards at least a dozen large beach towels, also really nice beach chairs, several of them! The regular bath towels were thick and soft and they provided a bar of Oil of Olay soap for each bathroom. Beds super comfy as well as pillows and bedding. movies and games were right there and also peppermint puff candies that we enjoyed. Cheryls condo is directly across A1A from Seafood kitchen that had delicious seafood and great service. Also Panama Hatties, close to gas stations and grocery stores but far enough off the road to be quiet and private. The price for the stay was a good one for this time of year. Booking, check in and departing was really easy, but leaving was hard!! We look forward to coming back here and hopefully for a little longer stay. We have actually stayed in another condo on this property but it was quite a ways from the beach side pool and beach entrance. One more thing, the beach entrance was smooth, no stairs. Also nice for families, there was a lifeguard on either side of where we were which was reassuring. This place was great, everyone in our group agreed!!!
