Flott leilighet og sentral beliggenhet. Gikk fint med 4 personer, men ikke dør mellom stuen med sovesofa og soverommet. 15 min og gå fra jernbanestasjonen. 👍
4.3
Everything about the property from location to cleanliness was spot on. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff really helped when needed also :)
4.3
funky design, great location
Lots of noise from the apartment above - no soundproofing, our wall creaked with all of the movement above and no carpet, rugs or even furniture pads to soften the noise
4.3
We had everything we needed plus extras which was really nice! The apartment was warm, very comfortable and was in an ideal location. Would definitely stay here again.
The amount of stairs to climb as we were high up however that's part of its charm!
4.3
Great Location - could not fault it.
The access. The initial door code given did not work as given unless you used *or # before and after numbers but this was total trial and error. The key card in the studio to get back in the building did not work which is why we had to return to using the door code. Also it was not clear from the instructions that to lock the doors you had to tap the card and then press the key. When we arrived the front door was already open probably for this reason
The TV in number 9 did not allow screen sharing from either a PC, iPad or iPhone and no Apps so could not simply log in to Netflix or Prime which is rather poor these days. Had booked this to be able to sit down on a sofa, make tea and watch a family movie.

The shower and cowshed products were excellent.
Our studio was on the third floor and there were no elevators. While this was ok for us, it might be an issue for some others.
4.3
Easy to check in and nice to receive a call 20 mins after arrival to check everything was ok and we had found our key cards. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed!
Apartment was a bit small but fine for an overnight stay!
4.3
The studio apartment itself was fine and had some good touches such as large towels, a decent shower and a place to relax and a place and eat. Warm, but with the ability to adjust heating down as needed, was also welcome.
The noise from outside was unbearable. I was woken on two of the three morings I stayed in the early hours (even when using ear plugs) and then could not get back to sleep. The aparment lists sound proofing and although the sound internally was muted (although being on the near top floor I'd not expect too much noise), but the noise through the (single glazed?) window was as though there were no windows there. I stay a LOT in Bath and his has been the most disrupted sleep I have had in the town centre.
Another smaller annoyance was there was no-where to put your shower products; only the floor of the shower.

Clean. Lovely lady at reception helped us.
My parents and I haven’t slept whatsoever as there were loud, drunk people walking past constantly, incredibly loud bin collections in the middle of the night and very loud singing. I have to drive 4 hours tomorrow on no sleep because of this. Any noise from the outside seeps in due to the single glazing, and sounds like it is in the room with you. I wish I could include recordings I have to emphasise just how loud it was. I should have read the other reviews properly. For people who want to stay in a lovely place with a great location but have no intention of actually sleeping, this is the one for you!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location
4.3
Location very good
Noisy at night from pubs closing time but not a big deal
4.3
Very clean and spacious as we were staying on the ground floor apartment. It was dim not a lot of natural light but very cosy. The amenities were great especially the cowshed products. Overall great value for money as we were right in the city centre and only few mins away from most of the big attractions. Special thank you to staff for being so accommodating with holding our luggage for us!
It did take quite a while for the heating to start up and it was quite cold until it did, however once the heat picked up it was nice and warm.

We were on an upper flight and there were a lot of stairs.

Really clean, comfortable beds, easy to get to, in a really prime location

It was cozy, comfortable, well equipped.
The drunk people from the streets were shouting under my window at late night but it’s not the property’s fault.
4.3
Central location. Comfortable studio, albeit on the small side. Clean bathrooms and good Wi-Fi. Easy check in process.

Great location and lovely apartment
Not much!
4.3
Beautiful, clean and well presented apartment. Right in the heart of town.
The sensor lights were a bit annoying during the night.
4.3
Clean, modern amenities, good water pressure in shower with nice shower head. Quality bedding, nice view and prompt replies from staff when concerns come up.
No lift and noisy seagulls even at night.
4.3
This is a really nice apartment with quality furniture and appliances.
The layout for this small room was spot on with crockery and pots and pans neatly tucked away. There is a sofa bed in the room, so overall the apartment is comfortable for 3 people, 4 at a squeeze. The furnishings are very modern.
The main bed was extremely comfortable. The shower room is a good size. Great shower, I loved it. They have the Cowshed products to use which are really nice and you can purchase the range from Reception. It made the shower room smell amazing.
There is a mini bar, but we did not use it.
The paint colour throughout the rooms and communal areas makes the space appear very warm and cosy.
The property is so close to all the attractions that I was interested in, so I did not need a tour bus to get around. There are also loads of retail shops, restaurants and coffee shops for all budgets. Waitrose is a short walk away.
The apartment I was in is located on the 3rd floor, so it was nice that I was able to see on the opposite roof top a couple of seagulls and how they cared for their two chicks. Priceless moment.
Please note there is no lift, I did not mind. However, it could be a struggle with loads of suitcases.
Acoustics was a problem, the apartment has sash windows, so I could hear vans along the road with people talking loudly early hours of the morning. Plus there are loads of seagulls that are continuously vocal throughout the day and night.
I could hear the people in the Penthouse above us walking and running around. It sounds extra load with the wooden floorboards.
I was disappointed that, although there were two televisions in the room they did not have cable TV. So, no Netflix. That was a first on my journeys.
It would have been nice if the appliances were checked prior to me arriving. The oven was not clean, and the coffee machine was really dirty inside with an old coffee pod in it. I was just put off from using it.
Finally, in the communal area on each floor there were stains on the carpet, which is not pleasant. Perhaps a Jute rug to cover this would be nice.
4.3
Very central located and very well functioning apartment.
4.3
Flat was in a great location and very nice.
Beds are a bit uncomfortable and seagulls woke us up at 5am.
4.3
its location, big comfy beds and everything needed was there.
they could work on the door closers and knobs. the doors kept slamming and door knobs were hard to turn.
4.3
Location and access to the centre of Bath.
Seagulls and early rising.
4.3
The location is great. As Bath is a small city everything we needed was within walking distance. It was convenient and comfortable.
A shower curtain might be needed for the shower and perhaps a shower caddy/shelf inside the shower.
4.3
Very central. Clean and cosy
I didn't realise the mezzanine was really close to the ceiling
4.3
Check in process was good. We had trouble locating some items after check out - the staff was prompt and courteous and helpful in locating efforts. Location was in a quite place - within 10/15 mins walk to the tourist spots.
The apartment was good for 2 adults - not for 3. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and left VERY LITTLE room on being opened. There was very little available in the ladder - kitchen was poorly quipped - but other room items were adequate. Bathroom was difficult to use - with little storage/clothes hanging facilities.

close to city centre & well equipped

great central location
the amount of stairs to get to it
4.3
Great location. Near the main area of the city and easy to get to from the train. The space was great and perfect for a family.
We were near the main tourist area and our room was on the ground level. We could hear a fair bit of noise from other tourists being out enjoying the restaurants and bars so that was a down side.
4.3
location was first class for dinning out and being in the think of it, great feel to the area.
nothing
