間違えてしまったけど、勉強になりました。

実はKアリーナ横浜でのコンサートに行くために近くのホテルを取るつもりが、横浜アリーナが同じものだと思い、宿泊の予約を取ってしまっていました。キャンセルができない予約サイトだったので、そのまま宿泊させて頂きました。新横浜駅から近くで夜遅くに着いたにも関わらずスタッフの方の応対が穏やかで疲れも癒やされました。ありがとうございました。

深夜にも関わらず、同じ階⁈の酔った男性の方数人がワイワイ騒がれててうるさくてねむれませんでした。近くに飲み屋さんがたくさんあるのでその方にとってはとても良いお宿だと思いますが、次回からは利用しないかと思います。ごめんなさい。

色々とあったが駅近だし価格適正なのでリピしたいです。

大浴場とモーニング。

夜遅くのチェックインだったが、めちゃ時間がかかってなかなか部屋の案内とならなかった。（とても疲れていたので、早くして欲しかった）会計ミスがあった。

全般的に快適でした。

ウェルカムドリンクやウェルカムバーが嬉しかった。スタッフさんが親切だった。大浴場が嬉しく、旅の疲れを癒せた。

やはり朝食はかなり混みますが、無料ですので仕方ないかなと思います。

I'm open to coming back to stay at this hotel again in the future. Overall a good experience.

Location of the hotel itself is very close to the Shin-Yokohama station, which is a plus point. The 1-person room is compact but cozy. Everything that a person needs for simple living is available, together with a range of amenities located at the level 2 check-in counter area. The in-house breakfast was also pretty nice - rice, bread, a decent food selection. Staff was also constantly replenishing food throughout the breakfast hours. The rooms use a number code to unlock the door instead of a card key, so lights, air-con, and electricity can be constantly maintained in your room without slotting in a card. Some other hotels only have 1 or 2 wall outlets in their rooms, but this one had more than a few outlets - not to worry.

The hotel's smoking area is at the level 1 carpark open area with just 1 ash-bin. I'm mostly ok and indifferent to it, but hope it can be improved to at least an hotel-exclusive ventilated smoking room like what other hotels have provided.

Great staff and area, disappointing amenities

A great location with friendly checkin staff. Rooms were very clean and I liked that you could collect different pillows, toothbrushes, and lamps in the corridor and lobby areas. The area had an excellent branch of High-high-low near to the hotel, which is far better value than eating at the Ramen museum (although this is still a fun visit).

We booked a 3 person room for ourselves and our son so we would obviously use the three beds in it. When we arrived in the room there was a notice on the bunk bed saying we had to make that bed ourselves, which was really unpleasant at the end of a long journey given we had paid for three people. Our double bed had a single pillow in it and extra pillows had run out on our floor, so I had to borrow from the next floor. The rooms at the back of the hotel have hardly any natural light so aren't good if you need to recover from jetlag. Queues for breakfast were extremely long so we went to Macdonalds and Starbucks because we didn't want to waste time on queueing for half an hour. It felt like a waste of money as we had paid for breakfast at the hotel, so they should provide more room for guests to sit and eat.

Close to Yokohama Arena and Shin Yokohama station. good facilities but can be crowded at peak times.

Great sized room and big closet space. Bed was very comfortable as well. Free breakfast is included in the price. There is also a public bath available on L2 but it gets crowded easily. good location close by to Shin Yokohama station and also Yokohama arena. It is in a night life area so there are alot of places to eat and drink nearby. Laundry is available and detergent is also provided.

Outside can be noisy full of drunk ppl depending on the time of the nigh tbut not a huge deal. Breakfast while free also meant that it got very crowded, but there is an option to do a take away box to take back to the room so points to the staff for implementing this.
