An excellent location for walking straight onto Ingleborough, Fountains Fell and Pen-y-gent. Easy straightforward check-in. Parking on street. Cosy and well done up little house. Lovely small touches throughout.

Beautiful location and nice cosy cottage. We walked the three peaks from here because it is only 2 miles from Peny Gent.

Small backyard, but to be honest, we didn’t stay in the house all that much to use the garden.

Well presented, modern and had everything we needed

It was comfortable and suited the purpose
The house suited our needs. We were doing the three peaks. It would be good to leave the basics
Such as oil, washing up liquid, dish wash tablets. There was not nothing - we were walking all day so no opportunity to buy.
Also the covid message was outdated. It’s fine to say the beds but don’t say it’s for covid.

The house was is extremely well presented, quite a modern feel but with a lovely log burner and plenty of logs provided. Great kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. Also the pub is 1 min 23 seconds walk away and does great food.
That the pub wasn't closer. I also didn't appreciate that I had to share the property with two Muppets I've know since we were at school.

The cottage was an excellent base for the three peaks. once there we didn’t use the car at all. There are plenty of walks from the cottage. it has a well equipped kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer (we got a Tesco delivery the first evening). Comfy beds and very clean.
My only comments to stop me giving 10 out of 10 would be the low water pressure which cause the shower to start and stop or just trickle and no black out curtains. however this would not stop me booking again.

The cottage is deceptively large and has a lovely/kitchen/diner to socialise in. It was clean and the bedrooms and living room were well equipped for if it was chilly - fortunately, we visited in the sunshine! We will definitely return!

Loved the location, the house is beautiful. The hot water bottles were an added bonus. Comfy pillows. Easy key collection and good contact with the owner when needed

The location was perfect for doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks with a pub 2 minutes walk away being an added bonus. The scenery from the windows was amazing, the shower was brilliant and the cottage was very clean. The DVD collection was good for our lazy day after the 3 Peaks walk. We would definitely stay here again if we were walking in the area again.
The wi-fi was very poor, but wasn't really an issue as we were there to walk, not be on our phones.

Lovely cottage in great condition with very usable living space. The kitchen diner is generous for cooking and socialising, the lounge is cosy and has a log burner, the three bedrooms are comfortable along with a really tidy bathroom plus a ground floor toilet.
There are some wonderful views from the rear of the property and is located next to a wonderful river side pub.

Location was beautiful. Accommodation was perfect. Absolutely lovely. There were three of us but the property would accommodate five and still be as comfortable.
The area means the water pressure is a little slow, but actually, if you go with the flow, and just be patient, it adds to the quiet restfulness of the area.

Lovely place to stay, had everything we needed.
Nothing it Mey all our needs

The cottage was lovely and spacious. Had everything we needed. Hot water bottles in bed were a nice thought. Host was very obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Heating was set , too early in a morning plus not on long enough. Both morning and night. Extra charge for logs. As 1st basket of logs free, after that a charge of £3 per basket full. No coal to keep logfire going, so logs burnt quickly when eventually got it going as logs stored outside where rain got to them. Hence being Feb it was rainy snowy icy and gales so more heating was needed.

Location and cleanliness
Everything about the property was very good. To improve I suggest like a bigger teapot, a bread knife and a Dab radio because the WiFi was too weak to listen on our own devices. The latter issue is surely not the owner’s fault though! Oh and perhaps a cafetière for the fussy coffee drinkers amongst us.
