Muy buena opción para conocer la isla

El hotel esta muy chulo, bien ubicado con fácil aceso a las autopistas, tiene parking gratuito y el servicio es rápido y amable. El hotel estaba lleno pero no te sentías agobiado en el desayuno o cena. La comida estaba bien.

Habían cucarachas por la terraza cerca de la piscina y nos hemos encontrado 2 en nuestra habitación en días diferentes. Para pillar las hamacas cerca de la piscina hay q despertar pronto y dejar la toalla, sino, imposible.

Wasn’t pleased with a lot of things at this hotel.

Location

On arrival we given a room on floor 0 looking on to a bank with grass😔 I had to pay another €98 to get a better room. I was at reception 45min checking in as it was a new girl i was tired and hungry so wasn’t happy. On seeing room in morning the bathroom was awful Decided not to ask to change as was unpacked by then. The hot food was always cold we ate out 4 times at night because of this. Staff weren’t very pleasant. Wont be going back and wouldn’t recommend for money we paid.

Selection for breakfast was great . I loved that I could just charge to my room on other things . Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you . Pool was spotless aswel .

hotel was beautiful! if coming back to tenerife I will defo be back to the tigotan! room was clean and had the best view from our room in 436! Cocktails were my fav 😂 the smaller pools had a bit of heat in them brilliant for February weather 💖

Really nice hotel, great location, spotless and lovely staff!

Spotless hotel, really nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - called the second day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions. 2/3 minute walk from the main cluster of restaurants and 5/10 mins from the beach - really good location. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable!

There wasn't enough loungers for everyone beside the pool - for a hotel that’s a little bit pricier I definitely expected this wouldn’t be a problem. If you’re not at the pool before 9.30am (latest for us anyway) you won’t get a bed, this was the only negative feedback we really had, you could just get up early but we were on holiday and obviously wanted to avoid that - by 10am there was always 5/6 couples walking around looking and there was no beds left for them. The beds for the rooftop pool also had to be reserved for €20, you do get this €20 back via drinks but again not something I would have expected to pay for!

Amazing!

I was in the Tigotan when Spain went into lock down, so spent most of my stay in my room due to the Covid restrictions. Given that the staff were going through the same concerns about what was unfolding, they remained focus, helpful and informative. My recent stay didn't disappoint, with the whole team from reception, housekeeping and catering all amazing.

Couldn't get a place around the pool most days but not an issue as the beach is so close.

Amazing place

Staff was very helpful and friendly;) Amazing life music, champagne in the room for my birthday was a very nice surprise. Party foam in the pool. Yoga, fashion shop,dance at the pool. Food lots of choice. Rooftop pool great place with amazing view.

No kettle to prepare coffee/ tea in the room. Some of the sunbeds at the pool need repair.

Fabulous hotel. Every member of staff was so friendly & welcoming. Pool area great & everywhere is spotlessly clean. Entertainment was varied & top class & food was of exceptional quality and choice. Hotel is in a great location too. If you are coming to Playa de Las Americas stay here. 10/10
