Very convenient and clean. Very comfortable bed.
The air conditioning did not really work and it was a warm night, and the shower did not have any pressure or water coming out.
9.0
Easy and covered access to terminal 2, nice and functional rooms. Rooms are very quiet despite being on the airport.
Ps : we needed an extra bed, and staff opened the joining room so we can all sleep in a bed as they were lacking extra beds.
Food is very costly while being mediocre.

We were so amazed at how quiet and comfortable this airport hotel is. It is such an excellent way to start your holiday if you have an early flight the next day. The bar and restaurant were lovely too.

Location and restaurant
The shower bath was very slippery. One of our rooms had no anti slip mat and my son in law fell heavily injuring his back.

Pool and location to T2
Originally booked for the spa to have a massage before flying home as they advertise it on their website/booking.com. Contacted hotel to book and they said the hotel no longer had a spa.
Reception button on phone didn’t work in room, had to walk down to reception
Was given pull out bed instead of cot so had to go down and ask/wait for switch over
Had to wait 10+ minutes at 5am to get lift down to reception
Long wait time to check in/talk to someone about cot

Location, clean, the reception staff
Only one receptionist working, queue was constantly long, the restaurant staff was not knowledgeable and rude on both evenings.

Comfortable room and facilities.
Room 851. Bathroom entrance has a raised floor entrance which lead to toe stubbing especially when using the bathroom in the evening. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well when usingg the plug function to hold water. The hot water was poor in the sink but fine in the shower

Didnt have breakfast as we had an early flight
Sports Bar was very ordinary, food very average
The executive lounge had no afternoon tea and the evening drinks & food was very lacking in choice

Great size room with runway view. Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean.
We found the beds uncomfortable but we are used to a tempur at home!

The location was brilliant, with the restaurant overlooking various planes.
Room was nice, it had a bath (which is always a bonus for me) and the bed was very comfy
It was really expensive. I was able to use my genius points which made the room affordable, but food and drink (although very good) were extortionate
8.0
Near to terminals.
Price for rooms with access to executive lounge was too high for what was on offer. It was really busy and all good seating was taken. Had to sit at far end in seats where we could not see each other!!!
5.0
As usual , staff on checkout and in bar very good.
And the location is soooo handy for departure and car parking
We think of the stay at Raddison as the start of our holiday and always pay that little extra for lounge access, over the years we’ve seen a decline in what’s on offer and the general standard of cleanliness and attentiveness from the staff, this was most evident this time, to the degree that we’ve decided probably not to bother with lounge access from now as we feel it’s not value for money.

Think the room had been smoked in and I thought we’d asked for a non smoking room but it wasn’t a problem

Fantastic hotel! Despite the fact it’s basically the airport it was very quiet & peaceful. I was delighted to be upgraded to an Executive room. Had all that I needed and there’s a 24 hour shop in the reception area where you can scan & pay for goods yourself. Will be back!

Very comfortable, nice bar (although we had hoped to watch the rugby but they said they couldn't change the channel so couldn't put it on ??) Great location for terminal 2, no going outside as the tunnel goes straight from the reception.
10.0
So near shops and central to city centre. Staff were wonderful, cooking beautiful breakfast and providing fresh towels when needed. Very quiet despite being on a busy road.
There is no lift and many stairs. A person with much luggage and limited mobility would struggle. Yet the guesthouse mentions this anyway.

Very nice hotel at the most convenient location. Food was good, especially the breakfast! Swimming pool was a lovely bonus and the beds are big and very comfortable. We stayed with our one year old daughter, who enjoyed the stay just as well as we did. We’ll definitely stay again next time we have an opportunity.
