Stunning hotel in the heart of the Nimes, loved the location and our beautiful room with its fabulous outlook over the courtyard and very pretty french streets below.
wifi service could of been better.

Room was more pleasant and spacious than expected. Very helpful staff. Within easy reach of public underground car park and within the historical old town.

Stunning location; helpful staff.
It is obviously quite small due to the very central location and the absence of a lift might be a problem for some, but this is more than compensated for by the lovely position and environment.

Everything! This is one of the loveliest Hotels I've stayed in anywhere. The location, between the Arena and the delightful old city of Nimes, is perfect. A restrained entry porch gives access to a colourful hallway and stairwell, off which is a comfortable lounge area and the well appointed breakfast room. There is a definite sense of design and colour coordination throughout. The reception counter is charmingly discreet with a bowl of chocolates to tempt one! Killian and his partner Lily were superb hosts, providing local recommendations and the most delicious breakfast! My room, though simply decorated, was very comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a solo traveler. This is a charming, understated hotel of character.
Nothing, the rooms are as shown in the photos and everything is a charming discovery!

The location was great, close to sites.
The shower overflowed when used, resulting in floor being warped and stained, same as the vanity, it is timber and rotting around the bowl base, very unsanitary.

location was great and room was large and comfy
the 3 floor walk up with the luggage wasn’t great
4.1
great location, you can see the amphitheater from the road, it’s so close.
the rooms are a little grungy, they really need an update on everything. the beds were a bit lumpy and the bathroom wasn’t great. although the water pressure was nice!

We chose this hotel because of its central location and were not disappointed. We arrived by train and the location is within walking distance of Nimes Central SNCF station.
The staff were unable to suggest a restaurant that would be open on a Monday night, so we had to walk about in the rain until we found one ourselves (Chez Hubert if you find yourself in the same situation). The furnishings gave the hotel a definite French flavour but could benefit from better quality renovations.

Beware of this place. The room did not have the advertised balcony and was, on top of that, flawed in several respects (charmless, small windows, scant lighting, difficult to heat, 3d floor without elevator). They tried to convince me to stay there until I threatened to look elsewhere. Only then they offered a smaller and cheaper and altogether decent room for the following nights, even with the initially promised balcony.

A perfectly located hotel near the Amphitheater. A beautiful building with a spacious room and a pleasant view of the square.

Excellent location. Comfortable hotel and fabulous breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
Some of the decor in the room was a bit dated.

The location was incredible. Arena was literally "a stones throw away" (if you have a good arm) and the Roman Museum not much further. Close to restaurants and shops.
Bed was a little soft for me. Room decorations could be brightened and improved.

So quaint and quirky. very clean. staff were super friendly and helpful. wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😊
It’s trivial, but the shower drained poorly.

Perfect location, walking distance to Nimes attractions and train station.
A little difficult to carry luggage upstairs but very pleasant staff helped.

Stop browsing and book this hotel straightaway. So central and yet quiet, just behind the amphitheatre. The decor is exquisite and the room size incredibly large. We had a wonderful stay.

no lift. pack a small overnight bag and they will gladly hold your bags for you.

Everything! Amazing location, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean & fantastic staff who humoured our terrible attempts to speak a little French!
It wasn’t a problem for us, but less mobile people may struggle with parking 5 mins away & no lift. But this is all clearly stated & was absolutely no problem for us - it’s in the heart of the old town & only pedestrian area, which makes it such a fabulous location.

Good location but no view of the amphitheatre.
No milk for the tea making facilities. There is no lift to upper floors. It is in a noisy location and the city is very difficult to navigate.
4.1
Communications really good and seemed to really want us to have a good stay. Attentive to guest needs. Lovely decor that befit the location. Comfortable bed and good shower. Location good in one respect…
Location not always so good… a couple of nights running we were kept awake being so close to bars and lots of late night revellers right outside. Air conditioner also too noisy and not able to be turned off in the room. A shame because otherwise a lovely place.

location
Very French
noise from the street
no lift to go to the 3rd floor but very good room

no elevator!

central location, clean, comfortable bed
Room was very dull - beige and no pictures and with poor lighting. There was only a small guest sitting room and hotel staff were mostly invisible. We did not feel looked after and might as well have stayed in an Airbnb, for less money.
The hotel tried twice to get us to pay our bill even though it had been settled through booking.com.
