Comfortable hotel

Comfortable, clean. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Lovely pool area with loungers. Bus stop just outside hotel, line 7. Bus every 20 minutes on week days.

About 20 minute bus journey from the Arena and last bus is after 8pm.

Gut für eine Nacht

Wenn man mit dem Auto reist und eine Übernachtung in der Nähe der Autobahn sucht, ist man hier richtig. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einem Viertel mit vielen Hotels. Es wirkt eher wie ein Industrieviertel. Das Haus ist farbenfroh und schlicht eingerichtet. Im Apartment gab es eine Küche, aber ohne jede Ausstattung.

Die Betten waren schmal. Das Hotel war in allem minimalistisch.

It was better on pictures than in real life.

Great location if you need somewhere close to the highway. Nice to have instant coffee in the room.

It feels like a bit too expensive.

Great Swimmingpool and restaurant

Advertisement pictures is not accurate as per reality. Photos indicated shower, but in reality it was shower in bathtub. You do not get what you think you are paying for.

dissapointed of the attitude

the new rules at the hotel: you pay for your stay and also they ask you to pay deposit…especially, when you arrive “late”, for example after 10 p.m.- like then it is a bigger risk :you gonna brake something or else. This is no respect for loyal customers. Dear management, it is time to do something …

Superb

Clean and nice rooms. Large parking in front of the hotel. Great pool for relaxing after the traveling.

The air conditioner blew on one bed, it was not possible to adjust it in another direction

This was a disaster. As in the whole of France, nobody knew English. I consider it the height of arrogance - neither at the petrol station, nor at the shop, nor at the hotel! We waited half an hour for the receptionist to arrive. At one in the morning. She couldn't even load the payment into the computer. I would never go here again.

Unbelievably bad. Indifferent staff. 1 is a very high rating.

That I will never have to stay there again. It was quite simply the worst hotel I have stayed since I spent time in Libya some years ago.

The staff were unhelpful. We had to change rooms three times in two days. We booked a Junior Suite. The room had three beds and not enough room to swing a cat. When I complained I was told it was my fault, I booked a family room. When I showed the booking they reluctantly agreed a change of room. The air conditioning in this room didn't work and, after two complaints we were given a third room. No apology. No wonder one is asked to pay on arrival.

A very nice Hotel. The bed was very big and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was some aspects of the bathroom. For eg, the hairdryer didn't work and the shower head kept falling downwards making it difficult to enjoy my showers. These things can easily be fixed from a maintenance person. Otherwise the hotel was really great.

We loved the room, pool and staff. Interior clean and new, pool - very relaxing. Can be recommended for those who don't need to stay in the city centre - that was the case for us.

Would be great value for money if breakfast was included in the price.

Can't think of anything. It is targeting clients with own transportation, which I was.
