Me gusto que dejan calentador de agua y café instantáneo. También el servicio de limpieza.
Que cobran una tarifa de garantía aunque supuestamente es reembolsable.

beautiful property right in middle of city centre

Staff were exceptional and very accommodating.
The bathroom was quite small and the decor in the room a little dated but that's being very critical.
3.9
Perfect location, friendly staff, clean hotel and value for money. Great breakfast in the morning.
The only couple of faults I could pick was on our 2 night stay we had no housekeeping in the room, plus the mattress was abit too soft for me but it really wasn't a big deal.

Location, bar area lovely
Rooms Could do with a bit of updating

The rooms were spacious . The staff were really helpful and attentive. There was a lovely bar. All the food we had was delicious this included lunch and breakfast! It was in an ideal location and great value for money
It would have been nice to see fruit and cereal to accompany the full English Breakfast but the food we had was excellent value for money !

Good location. Lovely staff!
A little dated but is under renovation
3.9
the bar area is nice
the rooms.. absolutely roasting hot with no way to turn the radiator off.. rooms not the best either .. very dated and they take £50 deposit pending from your bank in case of damage , the rooms where not good enough to do that .

Bar area was lovely.
Room street side, noisy all the time, furniture very dated and Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast no side plates for pastries or toast, only full fat milk, not all breakfast items available but only find out when not on your plate.

The bathroom was nice and clean
Everything else. If you plan on having a good nights sleep at this hotel, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The noise from outside was horrendous until 4/5am. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, only one pillow to sleep on and it was too soft. No AC in the room and the radiator came on during the night and there was no way to turn it off. The radiator also kept making a leaking sound, so along with the ridiculous noises outside, my nights sleep wasn’t looking great.
I understand that the hotel has just been refurbished but I think they need to invest in double glazing or sound proofing. Plus the refurbed room isn’t a great look.

There was nothing not to like

Very central location, friendly staff. Let us check in at 1pm as our room was ready.
Room quite dated but the hotel is being renovated. If you have a room with a street view you won't get much sleep.

Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff
Didn’t bother us but only negative thing was the tv didn’t pick up signal in the morning

Location and bar/restaurant were excellent. . Added bonus of discounted parking a few minutes walk away.
Our room not so great. Hotel is going through a renovation and so I believe there are modern updated rooms. However, ours had ripped and stained carpets, broken furniture and wasn't the cleanest. I guess this was reflected in the price of the stay. Hotel took a damage deposit before checking in. On entering the room I took photos of the damage etc so that no one could say we had done any of this.
Once all the renovation work Is completed I would think this would be a great place to stay

Very central location, within walking distance to all the main attractions. Stayed for Eurovision, so both the M&S Bank arena and Pier head were both only about 15 minutes on foot. Liverpool One Bus station also only about ten minutes on foot, did not have to use public transport once throughout my two-day stay.
Pleasant staff, very filling breakfast.
Can get noisy at night, those sensitive to noise may struggle to sleep.

We’ve stayed here before and love the location. Nice bar and character as it was a former bank.
Rooms need some updating but this is currently happening

Close to city centre. Lovely friendly staff
Bit tired but didn’t bother us

Staff were very accommodating, left nice birthday card in the room which was a nice touch. Bar very modern. Toilets were very clean and had a power shower. Location was perfect near everything. Only 25 mins from the airport.
A little bit noisy at night but not too bad. Apart from that it was perfect. Room was a little bit dark needed a little more lighting and more mirrors. Only one mirror which was located in the bathroom.

lovely old building but crying out for attention. extremely dated and room was very badly in need of a complete makeover. Was advised that the third floor had been renovated. Should have put me in there. I won’t be back.
Not a lot

Hotel was a good location
Rooms are need for refurb which are under way
And bar didn't really stay open late
3.9
great location, nearby car park, which was good value
The room was clean, but in need of renovation as well worn

This hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment, which is needed as the rooms are looking very tired. Staff are all very welcoming and friendley. Breakfast is limited options, but we asked for something not as a menu option and staff and chef gave us what we requested. Location is excellent.
The size of the bed, and the shower is far too small.
3.9
location and room size
room decor, scary broken lift, old furniture, dodgy fittings
