Leisure centre was fantastic, bar staff and function room staff were professional and efficient. The food was good. The bedroom badly let the place down.
The room was not clean and freezing cold. The bathroom had mould, a cracked sink, stained and dirty waterproofing around the taps and bath, chipped mirror and bath. The bed room had cobwebs, dust and dirt around the radiator, paint was filthy and bubbling paint from the damp . During the night it rained and the ceiling started leaking down onto a lamp on the bed side locker and wetting the bed.

Location
The bath was very dirty and had not been cleaned, staff agreed and it was done while we left the room.

Bed was very comfy and spacious, location was great, close to everything! View from the room of the sea was fab, food at the bar was delicious.
leisure centre is across the car park and not within the hotel

The staff were nice the hotel was spotless decent breakfast
Couldn't fault the hotel itself
The room next to us was playing music all nite we called
Reception they responded straight away and asked for the music
To be turned down but they didn't turn it down wasn't the hotels
Fault but I wish I had asked 2 be moved out of that room

The location is nice and quiet, the hotel is clean and organised with separate rooms for breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean and tidy, we had all the facilities needed. They have a lovely pool and jacuzzi with 2 different saunas and a small gym if you need to keep your good shape 😀 overall, I'm satisfied with our stay here.
the only small issue was the window did not fully close, making a bit chilly if the curtains were not there

It was very expensive for one night I know it’s rated a 4* Hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy but it i don’t think that it is an affordable price… Also I was looking to book again for a Friday night in feb and it’s been quoted at €180 which is obscene!

The food in this hotel is of the highest standard and the staff are excellent.
There was a function on in the building and the noise was audible till 12.15 am and then at 1.40am a motorcycle revved it's engines for about 10 mins, when reception was asked to address this as it was disturbing the sleep pattern again their answer was do not worry it's a motorcycle, this stated the obvious but was not addressing it.
