Отель действительно красивый, удобное месторасположение.
Сверху топали до самого вечера и с 6 утра. При этом отель был полупустой. Могли бы заселить нас или других клиентов не друг над другом.
Также в отеле шел ремонт, о котором нам не сообщили.

Wonderful staff
Meals very overpriced especially for a family. Overall not good value for money.

Lovely exterior. Good location. Nice staff. Pleasant rooms
The only food available at breakfast and at dinner was a buffet which was extortionate for what it was. The food was extremely basic and to charge 25 dollars pp when there were no alternatives to eat in town just felt like the hotel was completely taking advantage

Amenities part of the hotel was great. Nice looking hotel. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly.
Room was a little worn and could do with an upgrade. Did have a strang odour.

very prestigious property with lots of aristocracy. We loved the suit with attic. It as perfect for a family of four. Buffet dinner and breakfast was very good choice which was changed regularly. It had a very beautiful garden, which we could not enjoy due to bad weather. In summery perfect for those who like to relax and love slow travelling.
Not much activity in the hotel. It was great for mature travellers but kids can get bored easily. Considering the fact that they have ample space, they can arrange different activities like BBQ and horse riding for kids. Just a suggestion.

Location
Check in process was unpleasant, we were not given rooms near each other despite making a group booking; overall not friendly service, before we complained
3.9
Staff did their best to be helpful. Good ambiance. Clean.
More vegetarian options. Also staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with basic request at times. Tea is not upto Sri Lankan standard - was VERY disappointed with the rather watered down version compared to other hotels in Sri Lanka

I paid on arrival but when shown the room I realized it was not worth a penny
The room was dirty and unkempt
After being shown another room the person in charge voided the transaction on my card and then they suggested we go to another of their Jetwing properties that would be cleaner, instead of giving a clean room even though it was only 50% occupied

The staff was good and helpful. The location is amazing and the garden is very beautiful, clean and well-maintained.
They had a very small buffet and the food wasn’t that great. Breakfast was good but dinner was not up to the standards of a Jetwing hotel. The rooms were not that clean.

Food is nice nothing to say about it, but in general in Sri Lanka we missed the cheese platters at breakfast
I didnt like that Booking.com have informed the hotel that we required 2 separate beds, although in the booking itself we clearly mentioned one extra king bed.
Also we were given a room in the second floor, although we booked a room in the ground floor with access to the garden.
Cant blame the hotel coz it is booking.com mistake.

this was a very quaint old hotel had lots of character

Food excellent and staff great, even made us pack lunch for train journey to Ella free of charge after checking out
Noise along corridors and surrounding area but not excessive

Hotel had a nostalgic English look as it is supposed to be. Had Qibla directions in the ceiling. Most of the staff were pleasant except for one of the staff who greeted us to fetch our bags.
Although v green, hotel garden was relatively average compared to the other top hotel. No flowers in the garden! Even though I paid for 2 rooms they did not allocate me a double bed upon request. Not much for children activities. Safe box was locked in one of the rooms Think hotel is need of refurbishment...hotel rates are overpriced in relation to hotel state.

staff was extremely good
the property is dated and seems old and it can be maintained well and their breakfast needs improvement also

senaka who helped with baggage was very good.
location of room with no view at all and front desk did not follow up for request to change the room.

There were a few maintenance issues at Jetwing St Andrews and the manager graciously upgraded us to Jetwing Warwick Gardens, an affiliated property in the vicinity. The service and quality of the food and rooms was exceptional at Jetwing Warwick Gardens and we would recommend any Jetwing Hotel to potential travellers to Sri Lanka. Our subsequent experience at Jetwing Vil Uyana, and at Jetwing Colombo Seven, were similarly satisfying.

Great vibe, helpful staff and nice garden.
Bathroom could use a little refreshing

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They exceeded our expectations
The rooms opened out into a beautiful garden.
The breakfast was elaborate with many options
We had many meals there. The food was very tasteful.
We will want to go back to St.Andrew’s!
The old wing is the place to stay but the bathrooms are a little tired. Could do with a bit of a facelift. This is not to say that they weren’t usable. In spite of this I will prefer the old wing for the beautiful setting

Room was nicely decorated with a balcony and view of the hills. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. It was set in pleasant gardens, with a conservatory overlooking the gardens. Lounge pleasant with lovely log fire on colder evenings, ordered a nice coffee sat there which came with several lovely biscuits and chocolate swirl - excellent. Food was good. If I was in this area again I would definitely stay at this hotel
It was good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room with a teapot and proper tea ( not tea bags), as we were in tea growing area. However would have appreciated some additional teabags of other varieties, eg green tea etc

The location
The restaurant
The staff
The property is quite tired and needs updating. My bathroom had a lot of mould.
I was very surprised that this was part of the Jetwing group as our previous Jetwing experience in Yala was superb. The manager at Jetwing St Andrew’s said they were planning renovations

well sustained feeling
several spots need a general make over.
compared to other high class hotels it has a poor location, especially on the left side of the hotel where a huge school with 3-4 floors sits next to it.

Out of all the hotels in Nuwara Eliya (I've stayed in a few), St. Andrew's is the place for me and my wife. The level of service of the staff and the tranquility (though it's only a few metres away from the centre) is incomparable. Added to that, the Manager, Mr. Leukebandara is very accommodative and goes out of his way to ensure the guests' comfort.

Beautiful historical building and very nice neatly decorated rooms. Nice garden, bar and wood fire rooms.
Tea in the room and welcome soup were very cute!
The staff have problems with taking breakfast orders, keep confusing every order and cant remember what each of us ordered: tea, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, omlets
There were no gowns in the room and few towels
3.9
Property desperately needs renovation and upgrade in multiple areas. No facilities such as spa, pool, sauna etc very limited dining options especially for vegetarians.

Great Location for a visit to hill country with nice staff and wonderful views from the rooms into the beautiful garden.

The staffs over here super friendly and they take excellent care of their guests.
The property has a heritage feeling with lots of greenery around it, the property is situated near a small settlement which has a beautiful feeling. Morning walk net the property is absolutely delightful.

Overall the hotel is very nice, atmosphere like in Scotland...no feeling that you are in Sri Lanka. Compared to other hotels here quite different, good stay for couple of days.
The staff in reception should be more carefull, or skilled when charging credit card. Mistake to charge the amount of our extras in USD, instead of LKR bring us not pleasent time after we left. On the other hand good news was that they contacted us immediatelly they noticed via guide. But this should not happen...
