Nulla.

This was by far the best experience I had in Morocco. Riad Farah is a really beautiful place in the heart of the Medina and really easy to find. Ahmed, Omar and the other staff are really wonderful humans, they’ll get you set up, tell you about places to visit, how to get there and arrange trips / activities for you. Around the clock they work to make your stay just perfect. This is not just a place to stay but they take you in, care for you and you’ll be part of the family. Everything was perfectly clean, the breakfast was insane and you can have a wonderful view from the rooftops! Make sure you book a cooking class with the one and only Omar while staying here, he’ll take you to the market for grocery shopping, teach you how to find the best ingredients and spices and tell you a lot about moroccan history / traditions. Thank you so much for having me, at some point I’ll be back!
Everything was perfect :)

We ended up staying at the Riad Green House which is operated by the same company because Riad Farrah is currently being renovated. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We also ate the dinner they offered there, and it was very good. Parking is available, a short distance away, for a reasonable price.

Breakfast was the best out of all the riads we stayed at in Fes (we stayed at 3). The staff were happy to serve it anywhere, even 5 floors up on the terrace. Very hardworking staff and highly accomodating. They gave us a map, explained the city hotspots and places to visit. Appreciated that.
The bathroom was a bit crammy, it was a small place and it was hard to move around without bumping elbows to the walls. That wasn't comfortable. Otherwise the rest of the room was immaculate.

Great breakfast, so much food! Staff is amazing and so helpful, made the stay wonderful.
Got lost several times, luckily they've put up lots of signs to point you to them.

The staff was very helpful all the time. We arrived late and they took care of our late dinner in a nice setup, very welcoming and cozy. They treated our 2 year old soon very kindly and joyful. The breakfast was really good with nice view from the rooftop. The room was cleaned and the AC worked nicely.

The Riad by itself is absolutely fantastic regarding the architecture and comfort.
The food homemade by the Chef is delicious, very tasteful and everyone working there is extremely kind and caring. It feels like being at home 🙏🏾.
The bedroom I had on the last floor (2 separate beds) is amazing !
Nothing to dislike about Riad Farah

We were greeted by Beuchra who was the sweetest person. She was so helpful and friendly and took personal care of us.
Rooms were comfy and clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Great location.
Beware if you have trouble with stairs. They are narrow and could be a problem for some. Also, be aware payment is made at the hotel and only in cash. They do not take cards.

I travel a lot and Riad Farah has been by far one of the best regarding customer service I have ever seen.
I was honestly very surprised with the difference compared with other hotel / Riad in Morocco. I read the good reviews but I was not thinking to be looked after so much in a hotel.
From the moment you step in, the staff will spoil you in any possible way. We were offered tea and sweet while checking in and given detailed explanation of what to do and what to avoid. They provided us a map with all useful information.
We had dinner and the food was delicious. The breakfast was abundant, food could not fit on the table.
When we came back to collect our luggages they offered orange juice. Such a small gesture that goes a long way!
Not often you can encounter a such well trained employee but at Riad Farah the staff genuinely care about the guests and they want to make sure all guests have a wonderful stay / experience. Being polite and good at the job is one thing, caring / looking after the guests is such a further step.
I cannot recommend this Riad enough.
Well done to the manager!
It was absolutely everything fantastic but there is always room for improvement.
Instead of using single dose shampoo and soap, a more eco friendly option would be to have bottles to refill (just like the hand soap at the hand washing sink). I am sure guests would not mind to pay the difference if this will help the environment.

Very beautiful, clean & comfortable room and common spaces, all the facilities working perfectly. Amazing friendly & helpful stuff - they ensured our stay was 'like home'. Tasty breakfast, also our special (dietary) requests were kindly taken into consideration. Bravo!

gorgeous traditional setting
It was great for us but would be tough for somebody with mobility issues.

The property was beautiful with many details typical to the Moroccan architecture.
I had a very hard time sleeping due to the street noise that could be heard until 1AM. Closing the windows in the hallway at night could potentially alleviate this problem.
The property pictures are showing various staff, serving breakfast at the property, my breakfast however, was served by the same person that checked me in when I arrived. It was the only person I saw during my stay.

Staff were very helpful and made us feel at home.
Nothing bad to say

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, making us feel at home all the time.
The breakfast was brilliant and generous, with beautiful views from the terrace (we very much appreciate the effort they do going up and down stairs with the food!!)
It was very clean and fresh.
The location was fantastic between the two main roads of the medina and very close to the blue gate.
Excellent value for money.

Very beautiful riad that was very well placed in the city! The hospitality of Hind was exceptional! Thank you very much! We strongly recommend it!

it was easy to find and the staff, Hint and Marwan, were the highlights our stay.
it was difficult to sleep some nights in Fes during Ramadan with the drums, cannon fire and long prayers during 2am-5am. Due to the age of the hotel, the bathrooms do have a sewer smell at times. but we found that if we close the windows at night and turn on the AC then the pressure would keep the smell away.

Great staff, very friendly and awesome service. Extra care in hygiene in the Riad (automatic air fresheners, bubbles in the mini fountain, etc.). Great location. Great food, both dinner and breakfast. The best Harira soup we ever had in Morocco!

We LOVED Riad Farah. Out of the riads/ hotels we stayed, this was the best. The BEST thing about our stay was was our host/hostess, Mohammed and Hind. They made our stay amazing. They were attentive and looked after us throughout the stay. They answered our questions and made us feel welcome. They brought us tea when we came back and also explained to us the city. We loved coming back to the riad and seeing them. To be honest, we never had this great service anywhere we travelled and Mohammed and Hind made all the difference :) Breakfast was great and included, and the terrace had a great view as well. Location was great as well. It was very close to the Blue Gate. The rooms were comfortable. Wifi sometimes had some connection issues but generally worked. We would definitely come back and recommend others to Riad Farah!
Nothing much - if I had to be picky, would be stronger WiFi connection. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect

A beautiful riad pretty well located in the medina in walking distante to all sightseeing. Mohammed and the young lady at the front desk were amazing giving us great tips and always ready to help.

Amazing place. Very warm welcome by the hosts, with tea and a detailed explanation and tips about Fez. We also had dinner on the roof terrace, which was delicious.
Nothing specific to mention.

The location of this riad was really great! Right in the heard of the medina. It was tucked away enough that it was quiet- but easy to access everything. Breakfast was really great- some of the best I had in Morocco. Staff were wonderful with helping us with our bags at the end of our stay.
The room we were offered was not quite up to standard. It was dated and I am not quite sure they even offer that room anymore as it is not listed on any booking sites. Our room was listed as having a kitchenette, which it did not. The floors felt a bit dirty, and there was a general must in the air. The shower was not heating but, but reception staff fixed that for us quickly. The wifi did not work our entire stay, with no compensation offered.

Riad Farah was our first wonderful experience in a riad we had in Morocco. Mohamed (Simo) took very good care of us, was very friendly and helped us with useful tips & tricks visiting Fes.
5.0
Riad Farah was just a wonderful choice. The staff - Muhamed and Sukeina - turned our stay into pure pleasure. Both of them are really passionate about what they are doing. Also the decorations of riada was very nice, kept in blue tonality. View from terrace to the city is impressive. Breakfast is rich and each day has small difference. And it is worth to have a dinner there. We even stayed one night longer as expected.
Nothing to complain
