Everything. Staff was very nice, and the owner one of the nicest people we have met. The design and architecture of the building was impressive. We had the top floor room with a private balcony. Breakfast was nice. I had an hammam+massage with Fatima who was so attentive, a proper treat. The location of this riad is top. 3min walk from the medina, and yet far enough that it is quieter. Plus easy to get a taxi if needed.

The central lobby was spotlessly clean and stylish with a very bright and refreshingly open feeling. The velvet and silk fabrics at each seating area added to the air of elegance.
We reserved the Iwalitani suite and were not disappointed. The heating worked well and the decor was very elegant. What the picture doesn’t show is the cupola above the bed. At sunrise the sections between the plaster design are lit in different colors of glass.
The bed was the softest we’ve had in 10 days/5 locations.
We were able to find movies on the tv on our rainy night in.
The staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived sick with a sinus infection from all the dust and the owner/former Dr. insured I had the correct antibiotic picked up at a local pharmacy and advised on accompanying meds.
They were authentically warm, kind and helpful in solving a problem we encountered in the Medina.
Use this riad’s guides and you’ll be absolutely fine. Don’t think a friendly grandpa on the train will get you a better guide. Go direct to the Mtns to buy rugs. Skip the middle and triple man.

Room was so cozy & classic with antic furniture plus own shower and balcony which what we like..shower area was massive. Bed & mattress very comfy. We weren't bothered about telly even its located right infront the bed. Welcomed us by nice young man named Hussain. Moroccan tea surely..He's quite friendly, always smiling, polite, helpful and looking after guests so well. Breakfast served in perfection way with plenty of choices morning ready steady meal. Loved it. Other staff also friendly and nice people. Stunning Riad..Very good services in and out. Thanks for your hospitality. So happy with our stayed here.

Very good location.
Great check-in and check-out hours.
Service helped us by printing our boarding passes.
Not so shiny and pretty as on the photos, could benefit from some renovations.
Breakfast was pretty poor, no fruits.
Not that easy to communicate with the service, we had to pay a city tax and first they told us that we can pay by card but there will be a 5% fee. That was completely okay for us. Later they changed their minds and payment by card was not an option, we had to pay in cash. But they didn't want to get coins from us and finally we had to pay in dirhams. A lot of trouble for couple euros. In general they speak okay English but when it came to that payment I had an impression that they do not understand anything; I guess they just pretended.

friendly staff..big room..good breakfast
sanitary installation needs updating..blankets on bed were skimpy..refrigerator barely working../lunch/dinner recs were expensive

The shower was short for a 6ft (185 cm) man.
We ask to change the bed sheets (were dirty) but they didn't respond.
They give us as a breakfast take away bag (because of early departure) yogurt without spoons.
The personnel didn't speak fluently English and the communication was difficult.
They propose to us a private taxi from train station to hotel charging it 12 euros while the taxi price was 1,5 Euro.

The place was very beautiful and in a good location breakfast on the first morning was nice and fresh
The room had a constant faint smell of sewage.
We were asked for a cash payment for the whole of our stay after the first night without the hotel agreeing to provide a receipt. We refused and only paid when a receipt see was given. Strange behaviour on their part that left a bad atmosphere.

nothing to mention

home made breakfast
in spite of the kindness of our young host Hossin who has been very voluntary to satisfy our needs, we are deceived by the 4 stars hotel prestations: no water bottle in the room at our nigh arrival, heating out of service (we were so cold), taxi transfer service more expensive than others and the hammam was a nightmare (cold, no hot water…)
this hostel needs maintenance and à best management by the owner to receive properly guests, the staff has not to compensate the lack of services quality and old means

The staff was so friendly and welcoming they even upgraded our room for free, took care of an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early for the Sahara and gave us great tips and recommendations.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The riad was beautiful and we had a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Hossim was a fantastic host and went out of his way to help us and answer all our questions. Breakfast was really yum! Thank you for the mint tea! We parked at a secured underground car park (close to the roundabout, 5 minute walk away) for 30 dirham per night with no issues.

The big room, the internal court, the spa service and the breakfast.
Not everything was well organized.

the location is very good. The interiors of the place are beautiful and well maintained.
The staff was not really nice (at least some of them). When I asked for a glass of hot water one of the staff members said NO ! after which I showed him the kettle and said I want hot water, he got pissed and made a face and put a glass of water in the kettle. Once we got locked outside the hotel door as they shut it and no one opened it even after we kept ringing the bell and knocking on the door. In the evening I asked the staff to switch on the hotel lobby lights for a min as it was pitch dark and he said NO!! Finally while checking out we tried paying by 4 different cards and all weren’t working in their card machine (obviously the machine didn’t work) and he told me that my cards (all of them) were faulty.

Very cozy riad. we had a wonderful spacious room. Close to the medina and easy to get to. Would 100% recommend!

The Riad was conveniently located close to the medina
The main staff member wasn't friendly or engaging. When we arrived, we were left sitting, waiting and eventually some 'welcome' tea was brought out. No information was provided about the area etc. The engagement with the staff was next to nothing. In fact, when we were leaving, there was no "I hope you enjoyed your stay, thanks for staying with us etc." - nothing - we were put into a taxi and he literally walked off without saying anything. When we collected our bags from one of the lounge areas, we were surprised to see one of the staff, with a pillow and blanket asleep on one of the couches. The bathroom was filthy. It had a constant stench. The shower cublicle itself was disgusting, with tiles coming off, and who know what appeared to be growing in the corner. I have travelled a lot and also stayed at other Riads and this was by far the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. I would question the 9.1 rating poster that was on display in reception!

We really enjoyed the hosts here....Zachariah and Mohammed. Very welcoming and concerned about our needs. Gave restaurant suggestions and even walked us to it, to ensure we did not lose our way. Arranged for a guide at our request. We would have been lost in the medina without one! Place was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Awesome value!
All was great. Nothing we didn't like.

good location
it needs more of an atmosphere. The property is nice but reception is dark and needs to be more welcoming.

great communication for the day we booked the Riad until the day we left. we were picked up and walked to the riad from the parking lot just 2 min away, parking worked perfectly. directions to get to the supermarket and places to visit. room was huge and very comfortable! great hamam experience (40 min hamam and 40 min full body massage for 50€ each). staff very trustworthy - We felt very safe and at home!
Safe provided but didnt work, smell from the bathroom

The location is perfect near the medina
They were busy painting the hallway during our stay. The smell was horrible and gave us headache at night. The area painted wasn't protected so while walking in the stairs, we made stains on our clothes.
The breakfast wasn't the best we had in Morocco and exactly the same everyday.
Rooms doors cannot close properly. Without a key, you can just enter the room by pushing a little bit on the door.
Not enough soap/shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom.
