Muy agradable

El trato del personal es bueno, son muy amables, la habitación es amplia, se ve limpia y tiene espacios para poner tus cosas, además la ubicación es muy buena, está a sólo unas cuadras del centro histórico y tiene estacionamiento. Por el precio la verdad es que valió mucho la pena.

El desayuno no nos agrado mucho, es muy limitado, solo es una opción de alimento la que te sirven y la calidad del mismo tampoco estuvo muy bien.

great value for money

In side of this hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious. the location is quite convenient for everywhere. The cleaning lady works very hard.

We were given a ground floor room which was dark and lack of air when we arrived. That room wasn’t the one we booked. So we went to the receptionist to show her the room descriptions from our booking confirmation. She gave us a much better room then. although the room was very clean, the sheets and towels were too old so they don’t have very clean looking.

delicia en merida..

el pan riquisimoo y los alimentos durante el desayuno, la piscina estaba en reparacion pero observamos que para cuando regresemos este lista ...y lo mejor es que no esta honda y se pueden meter los niños. llegamos caminando desde el ado pero ya vimos que cuenta con estacionamiento ahi mismo para la proxima. todo muy bien

Pool, close to city centre, friendly staff

The aircon was old and dusty and blew directly on to one bed which was undoable over night. Also the floor wasn’t cleaned you couldn’t walk barefoot without getting black feet. Breakfast was pasta with egg or rice with egg BUT if you go into the small dining room you get also corn flakes or choco pops which obviously are nice :)

Séjour correct dans hôtel simple mais fonctionnel.

Bonne situation proche du centre. Le petit déjeuner inclus et bon La piscine agréable.

Bâtiment et chambre pas de toute fraîcheur. Propreté correcte mais linge de toilette avec des tâches. Chambre petite et faible vue sur l'extérieur. Bruit résonance du hall dans la chambre

Room was big. Breakfast was simple but included in the price, so cant complain here. There's free parking, which is great if you have a rental car. It's a 15 minute walk to the center Overall an okay stay.

There was a pool, it was very cold. The room was very basic. Not decorated to a good standard. The saving grace of this hotel was was its location in the city. Breakfast was one step above the gruel served in a siberian prison.

Value for money, centraly located, friendly people.

Second time there in 03/2019 and 03/2022, room was better and larger and more modern than the one back in 2019. Same friendly and helpful personnel and good wifi reception. There is a restaurant in the premises with very very competitive prices!

You dont have any choice of breakfast. Everybody got the same eggs, seemed scrambled or estrellados to me, accompanied with either rice or pasta. Didn't have any option the one day were served with rice the day after with pasta. A couple of bananas in the fridge, plane and choco/cocoa puffs. This isnt the same breakfast served exactly 3 yrs ago. You dont have any other option when booking this hotel. They simply shove you the breakfast, which I am definite, it doesn't worth more than $20MXN. Three years ago, breakfast was awesome with lots of choices and buffet type! Better offer an option to the customers to opt out the breakfast.

Good for the price. Not a great place. Staff is a bit aloof.

The location is very good. I think that the price is good for what you get, but the photos are not very accurate to represent that the hotel is quite rustic.

Breakfast was not great. The staff was not super friendly. No late check out, explained with lies. They said it wasn't possible because the system charges you for the room "automatically" if you dont check out EXACTLY at noon, according to them. The beds were mushy on one side and hard on the other.
