La ubicación era excelente, la piscina estaba bien, aunque al estar al sol era pesado estar en ella, y la habitación, al estar nosotros cuatro se quedaba bastante justa, aunque en líneas generales era correcta.

Una gemma nel centro di Merida

Hotel storico, situato in un bellissimo palazzo storico con un patio meraviglioso e una bella piscina panoramica. Posizione semplicemente perfetta nel centro della città e ottimi servizi (es parcheggio gratuito)

Ho trovato tutti gli inservienti e lo staff molto gentili e disponibili, tranne una receptionist particolarmente annoiata e restia a fornire informazioni. Per il resto perfetto

Une bonne option pour un court séjour

Bien placé pour découvrir à pied le centre ville, belle piscine sur le toit.

Le réseau d’internet était en réparation mais malheureusement il a jamais été accessible. Les chambres sont trop petites et en general il manque des rénovations à faire pour le garder à jour et confortable.

Excelente ubicación, centrico y tiene todos los servicios al rededor. Mal actitud y fallo internet

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado tienes 2 cafes y cuando vas en plan de trabajo o negocio, te queda muy bien para verte con clientes o bien trabajar.

Mi estancia fue de 2 días, tuve dos situaciones que fueron más de actitud. 1.-Los mosquitos en la habitación: Los mosquitos, cuando baje a recepción no tenían repelente, tampoco se preocuparon por eso y a mi insistencia solo pudieron darme un insecticida que tuve que usar y salirme de la habitación, eso minimizo lo de los mosquitos, pero la actitud fue el tema. 2.-El INTERNET se fue desde el día 1 y ya no regreso, afortunadamente había un Starbucks que abrió desde 6:30am, lo que hizo que saliera a conectarme y ocuparlo cuando lo requería. Cuando uno sale de viaje por trabajo o negocios, el internet se vuelve importante en un hotel, por eso uno reserva que tengan Wifi, porque es la herramienta hoy en día que más se ocupa, a veces trabajamos de noche ya que hicimos nuestras visitas de trabajo o negocio.

Very basic stay that needs refurbishment but in the middle of the center

Excellent location

Unfriendly staff - feeling that you bother them when you ask a question We first got a room where you could smell the humidity. Second room was better. Very old building that needs to be refusbished. The pictures look much nicer than it actually is.

nice hotel in city center

Great location in two steps from Merida central square. A lot of restaurants and bars just around. Small pool on the rooftop better take a room on the top floor if you want to use it.

Parking is pretty far from hotel, you need to walk few blocks under Mexican sun to get there. breakfast is not a buffet and not the best but fair for the stay price

A historic jewel in the centre of Merida.

we love the location in Centro. we love the staff …especially the lady at the reception counter…she is such a value to the hotel …we enjoy the free secure parking..although it is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. we love the restaurant..always a great breakfast… and the service staff are wonderful……we always enjoy the rooftop pool area.

this is not a criticism.. just a request . please turn on the room’s AC unit at check in time. our room was stifling when we opened the door.l.and took 4 hours to cool down. also, the hotel room’s wifi is terrible.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Merida!

Gorgeous historic hotel in the heart of Merida, literally off of the main square. The staff were friendly the location was excellent and the rooftop pool area was lovely to relax after a day seeing the sights.

The room was a little more tired than I had hoped but it was still very clean and the beds were comfy.

Amazing value for money

Value for money can't be beat. Perfect location right in the center, at a really good price. The building itself is old, but very beautiful. The coffee in the room was really good coffee, and they refilled every day. Was great having water facilities on every floor, saving us from buying lots of plastic bottles

The aircon is quite old and makes a really loud noise. Personally I found it relaxing to sleep with it, but can imagine others won't.

Location was great. Rooms were very quiet. Staff was informative and very friendly.

Cold showers nearly every day even after complaining. (Room 35). Pool looked a bit dingy and basic.
