Excellent hosts, close to all amenities plus airport & very safe. I would definitely recommend.

Mary is an excellent host. I arrived after midnight and she wait for me. She offered me something hot since it was a bit cold but I had to wake up so early next day so I didn't take it. Next day, Mary was awake from very early waiting for me safari driver to pick me up. She is so kind and offered me breakfast but again no time for it. Thanks a Lot Mary
The location I guess is a bit hard to find. I was coming from the airport and one Uber driver reject my trip because he told me streets were closed near the location. A second driver took me but he called Mary and she explained how to get in there. It was a quick trip though.

Close to the airport. Stopped here for 16 hours. Good nearby but didn't explore much outside of that. Safe place inside a gated area. Owner is very nice.

Exceptional value for money. Good and secure location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. Mary and her assistant are amazing. They showed us everything and even escorted us to the city center to make sure we find the meeting points to our city tour and the bus to our next destination. We felt very secure and welcome. I would definitely recommend staying with them.
Nothing.

Mary and Violet were very friendly and helpful, directing us to local services/entities and assisting with Ubers. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast and wifi very good. Very convenient distance to the international airport. Safe parking for vehicles. Thank you!

we spent a night here before our flight back home. reception by the host was very friendly: she immediately made us coffee and tea with something to eat on our arrival and arranged in the middle of the night a taxi for us and even was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Also staff around the house is very kind. I wanted to go to the supermarket and one of the security guards at the gate took me there and walked back with me.

Mary and Violet were so accommodating and kind to me. They gave me a delicious meal when I arrived because all of the shops were closed already. Mary is great conversation. I would definitely return :)

Good breakfast and good portion too

Everything.
The host Mary is so kind and welcoming. Since I was missing breakfast the next morning Mary prepared me a warm meal (breakfast style) in the evening before.
The room is cozy and comfortable.
Nothing.

The staffs are so kind.

for the price it is a good accomodation. it is close to the airport and in a compound. So I could park the motorcycle safely
what I did not know is that the Kenya Inn is situated next to a mosk. Great if you are a Muslim, but otherwise it will wake you up at 5 in the morning.

It is a calm quite & secured place. But washroom was too small and washroom fittings were below standard. No ac or fan. I felt hot in the evening. Lighting was poor in the room.
Washroom and washroom fittings, ac/ fan, more lighting

Mary and Violet were very helpful. Even got up very early in the morning to give me breakfast before my flight and made sure I got safely in the taxi to the airport.

For its price the place is more than decent. I actually stayed just for some hours from 19.00 to 2.00 am . I needed to get some sleep in between flights and the lady insisted to wake up I the middle of the night to help me find a taxi and make sure I am safe. She also turned the breakfast to dinner so that I don't miss it and go to bed full.
Great hospitality, definitely recommend!

Mary was such a kind host and was so helpful getting me a taxi to my tour agency location. She waited up late to greet me as I arrived on a midnight flight, and had a delicious breakfast ready for me very early the next morning. Would highly recommend!

Location is pretty good - 20 min drive from airport. Hosts are friendly, responsive, and accommodating
leaks in the bathroom, wet bathroom floor, shower drips when not in use

The Host Mary is adorable. Well spoken and very humble. Woke me up with breakfast.
She remembered to wake me up for my connecting flight the next day. The location is excellent for connecting flights. I can now do as much layover because Kenya Inn is an excellent layby.
All was good. Thats if you are not looking for an exotic Hotel experience. This is boutique exotic.
4.1
It is generally clean and breakfast is provided at no extra cost. The host, Mary, also seemed nice.
Although maybe we should have expected less for the price we paid, the Kenya Inn unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. The first room we were showed to had mosquitos swarming around, the ceiling and walls were flaking, and there was only a curtain to separate the room from the toilet. Thankfully, we were transferred to another room as it had better Wifi - this room was basic but slightly better with a TV and two beds and a separate toilet. There were no windows, however, and it did seem a bit like a cell. The beds are very small for two people and not the most comfortable. It is a cheap place to stay for a night if you are not worried about comfort, but, if you are willing to spend a bit more, you could stay somewhere much nicer.

the room was simple but clean. Mary is an amazing, kind and helpful host! can highly recommend staying with Mary for a night or two if you are passing through Nairobi.

The proprietor needs to do much if they’ve to gain and retain the market relevance.
Not just good enough in all aspects.

Breakfast was outstanding. Host waited for us although our plane was very late.

Booked this because of it's proximity to the airport given we were arriving late. It is a short taxi ride from the airport. Our host was in communication with us via WhatsApp and advised us clear directions for giving to the taxi for getting there. She kindly stayed up late to allow check-in as our flight was delayed - very helpful and appreciated. Quiet, clean room. Basic accommodation at a very good price. Good breakfast left out for us so we could have a lie-in after our late night.
Nil issues - the accommodation is quiet basic but that is what we expected and paid for

The owner was super friendly and tried to help in any way she could. Eventhough I arrived after midnight she waited for me. She even gave me a bigger room for the same price. Because i had an early flight the next day she prepared a very early breakfast for me. It was very good. She also called a taxi for me in the morning to get to the airport. It only takes about 20 minutes to kenyatta airport.
For the taxi driver from the airport to the inn it was a bit difficult to find the exact location. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Nothing really to be honest.
The breakfast was very poor. No coffee, no jam, no margarine, no salt.
The shower was not nice.
No other travelers to talk to. No outer area to meet people. No shops close by.
Not easy to access as there are mainly private houses around.
Not very close to the airport too, needed quite a while.
The manager was not able to contact me on WhatsApp but my number is written in my profile.
