Gorgeous, luxurious BnB

Beautiful BnB, gorgeous location and stunning lake and mountain views. Really a luxury boutique hotel. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfy beds, huge bathrooms. Really nice terrace outside the room. Immaculately clean. Lovely lounge with fireplace to sit and have a tea or hot chocolate. Hannah is the nicest person, she has gone above and beyond for us, including meeting gluten free dietary needs. We are so sad to leave!

Best accom in Te Anau

The room was modern and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The electric blankets, heater and heated bathroom tiles were amazing in winter. Hannah was the most wonderful host and cooks an amazing breakfast, we really felt like we were at home and were sad to leave Dunluce! The rooms overlook the mountains and it is a short drive to the town centre. Honestly couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Peaceful, lovely home-base to explore Te Anau, Milford & Manapouri

Hannah is the ultimate host! This lovely, quiet B&B is just 5 minutes out of town, and a world away. Guests feel welcome as a result of all the little touches Hannah has provided throughout the stay as well as the great tips she provides for whatever you might want to do in the area. She has a gracious sense of how much to be present for her guests, leaving them to their privacy and relaxation in perfect measure. The breakfasts are hearty, homemade and deeply delicious. We'll surely be back!

amazing host , beautiful comfortable stay

the property was beautiful and clean, very nice setup and. view with a nice amenities, Hannah is lovely with her amazing suggestions and breakfast she cooked was served hot and plated well.

the location is but further from city center , if you want to walk, by car is super close just 5 mins , but it’s difficult to find parking in city center.

wonderful place and location to explore the Milford sounds area!

The location was quiet but still reachable by foot to the restaurants in the Centre. The room was very nice and thought of everything that you can imagine with a great private seating area to envoy your wine and look at all the stars! Hannah is a lovely host with great knowledge of the area and delicious breakfast

Very clean very tidy very pleasing to the eye great views of the water from the bedroom also the manager lady on duty is very easy to speak to very knowledgeable about the area very helpful breakfast was amazing cooked to your requirements

We stayed for one night did not have any negative feedback on the service of the property very pleasing overnight stay

Probably one of the best experiences we've had across our hundreds of stays around the world. Hannah was an amazing host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent, Everything was immaculately clean, the rooms were very well designed for both practicality and decore, amazing views of Lake Te Anau, delicious cooked breakfast, amazing location; really we couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Incredible all round!!

Dunluce is as beautiful as pictured (in my opinion it’s even better). Extremely clean and comfortable located in an absolutely picturesque location. For breakfast you are treated with a delicious continental breakfast and the option to also partake in a cooked breakfast. Hannah is an absolutely wonderful host and you will definitely feel extremely welcomed and be taken care of. I cannot recommend or rate Dunluce highly enough!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I absolutely loved my stay at Dunluce!

Hannah was very friendly and welcoming! Also gave great advice on where to stop on the way to Milford Sound :) Room was very comfy and clean with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and was the extra 10%.

This place was amazing in every way from arrival to departure the host was tentative to every detail & made you feel very welcome. The room was exceptionally clean & beautifully presented. The attention to detail with food choices, lovely home made baking was made freely available. The breakfast was amazing This host went to the next level to provide an amazing stay
